Naim was an absolute star! Give this man a raise ! Honestly I’ve been to this branch before and didn’t enjoy it, I tried it again and it was mind blowing, the flavours were absolute perfection. customer service really does determine how good of a experience someone has ! And honestly perfection! Even waiting time was on point .

Bad customer service. I have been waiting around 20 minutes to take chicken Doner. They served first, some one came after me and the portion was big difference. I have ordered large. They are …….. & So disrespectful people. I will never go…

Chicken and kebab wrap was really nice and warm

Absolutely appalling. Two hours late every time I order and they don't have an actual number to contact them with, as well as extremely over priced. Absolute dump, don't recommend even in the slightest. Disgusting.

Pequeño restaurante brillante justo en el muelle. ¡Gran menú con porciones generosas! La comida estaba todo recién cocinado y eso era obvio por la calidad, ya que era todo delicioso. El personal era muy atento y conversó con mi hijo de 4 años. No se sirve alcohol pero puedes traer tu propio

Found this place on instagram and am i glad i went. Seating area was small and it was busy so we sat at the bar, however it was clean and plenty of space to eat, first time for everything. The food was spectacular, prices were what you expect from restaurants in London, so understandably fairly priced but more to the high side. Service was brilliant, for a busy bank holiday weekend it was solid. Will definitely be coming again, a well deserved 5/5 stars

Don’t recognise your meat and it’s not cooked I cannot eat the pizza the bread is burnt not that you care but I’m hungry and I spent money it is not a freebie for me.😚 shameful

A good dessert parkour serving a good variety of desserts and lovely tea. Not a big coffee lover but the tea is on point. Staff could do with better training on service, speed, cleanliness, customer service etc but maybe they were new and still getting up to speed so can be forgiven. I will be coming back here again. Lovely setting for a quick meeting and a quick dessert and tea. Thank you

Love coming here for coffee and cake but the service is always so slow! Staff aren’t particularly friendly but luckily the treats are so good, we keep coming back!

really good value for money, and especially if like me your daft and get an large kebab, and large chips you can just about eat it all, although you will feel a bit stuffed, you will go to sleep very happy indeed, very friendly people, and excellent service, and being someone who has gone there a couple of times, they are very happy to see you return there, excellent menu to choose from, sometimes it can take a couple of minutes to decide what you what, especially if spoilt for choice, and there kofta kebab is really one of the nicest kebabs i`ve ever had.
