Staying at the poacher next door for work, had a 9" pizza which was delicious

Terrible customer service burger came swimming in fat to the point the bun was so soggy I couldn't even pick it up chips were twice maybe 3 times cooked to call for 20 minutes to get no answer then when they finally answer they tell me they are closed and offer chicken nuggets! When I told then I had a photo and video of how bad the food was and that I would write reviews on bad food and terrible customer service they hang up on me!

Food was amazing fresh and lovely best kebab place in Stevenage by far ordered a Donna wrap and 2 burgers was all fresh really impressed and was good price 👌👍

Always difficult to find decent chicken sish from a kebab place but we’ve just had a mixed kebab and the quality of chicken was excellent. Donner meat was good too. Delivery was fast and efficient. Thankyou

Been using this place for a long time now. I'm disappointed how the large kebabs have downsized alot. Large pittas are now small supermarket pittas meaning alot less salad. Mainly onion and lettuce. Very little tomato and cucumber and no chillies anymore? Not cool

Food was delivered quickly, food was good, order was not quite right, as was missing salad that was ordered. But enjoyed the food regardless

My favourite kebab in town. Very Clean establishment. Tasty kebabs and pizza. Recommended.

Food is consistently good. Reasonably priced and the portion's are generous. Especially if you love lamb! Try the mixed Kebab, a generous helping of Kofte, Shish and Doner meat. Excellent food.

Great service staff are so friendly

The kebab meat was not fresh it was very dry the only part of the salad that was fresh was the onion the tomato and the lettuce was withered and dry cucumber was a waste of time

Staff were really rude. I specifically asked for no sauce on top of the chips and in a pot instead for my friend, but they covered and drenched the chips with it. I am allergic to this sauce.

AVOID!!!! Food was cold and the customer service was even worse! Ordered a collection and when I got it home we were missing the chips, I called up and explained she was told to come and collect them when I said but the rest of my food will be cold she said you will have to talk to the boss. They couldn’t deliver them, so I went and collected them and explained the rest of my food was now cold he shrugged he shoulders and turned his back to me no apology or anything. Worst customer service ever.

Used to be the best kebabs around, but our last 2 orders were wrong.Phoned after the last order to complain about it being wrong again and was told we would have a full credit note for next time.Just tried to order again and they have lied and said they only told us we could have £10 off.Will never use them again!!

The Bedwell special kebab is 1 of my favs half mushrooms big chunks of pepper ,tomato,chicken,lamb,beef,doner, and the best chilli sauce I've ever had , humus is fab. I love their food.

Absolutely disgusting....28.00 chips taste like they've been fried 15 times, pizza taste of oil and salt...burger tastes gross, dripping with oil making bun wet...vile ...what a waste of money... all gone in bin.travelling all day...now off to mcdonalds... Wouldn't give one star but had to to get my review on here...rank

should be called badwell or wellbad kebab. worst one ever. already used 2 toilet rolls. all shop said was OH WELL. at least the toilet is getting some serious use. save the forest (toilet roll). use another takeaway . meat and chips is cheaper than a chlonic irrigation

Ordered a pizza around 1030pm on a Thursday night, they took the order and even took the money, then closed and didn't bother to inform me I won't be receiving my order. Yeah great customer service 😐

I’ve tried a few kebabs in Stevenage and for me this one has the best quality meat by far. Unfortunately I’m always feeling hungry after ordering from here as the portions are WAY too small even when ordering a large and they’re very stingy with their sauce, which puts me off from ordering from here, otherwise I’d defo be a regular customer. #fastfoodaddict

I just had my first kebab from this place. Based on the reviews, I decided to give it a try. Food was collected,as sometimes deliveries can take a long time and the food can arrive cold. With all this,I'm disappointed about the food, the lamb was already cold, taken from a pot, not freshly grilled and the salad was made 80% of onions. Definitely, not the best kebab as most reviews stated.

Worst place ever ever never order from this place

When the food is good its great, when its not...its not. i frequently order from Bedwell Kebab & Pizza, particularly the donner meat, this has at times been the best kebab in stevenage however consistency is an issue, its almost 50/50 whether i get nice fresh doner meat thats got some colour from the grill or pasty grey doner meat that has no browning on it and has sat in the bottom of the bain marie staying warm a bit long. i really hope they see this as i really think they are one of the best food outlets in stevenage i just wish i was dissapointed a little less often. just ban anyone from slicing the kebab until its got some colour on it and you will have another happy 5 star customer.

Incomplete order once again, had to drive back to the restaurant to resolve order as they wouldn't answer their phone. Then greeted with no apology and total rudeness from the staff was trying to get your order resolved. totally poor customer service and rudeness avoid

OMG just had the worst experience Ordered my food, turns up late, When I check my food its cold , I give the driver back the food and tell him I'm not paying for it , to which he now tells me I've touched, so I buy it, then proceeds to inform me he will knock me down if I don't pay, shouting at my door, I ring the shop who tell me new food on it's way but I still have to pay (No thanks) ok the man in the shop says,next time just say you dont want the same driver (you couldn't make it up)

What rude ignorant people who own this place it actually used to be great but unfortunately have gone down hill ordered 4 large kebabs waited 1 hour for delivery to find out they only small kebabs packed with salad so they look large I’m not a greedy person but when you pay for large you expect a large not small and when phone up to complain they are rude I will not be using this place again

Ordered food to my house the garlic bread pizza came burnt and they didn’t being items that I paid for. Tried calling them got no answer then they closed and the phone just stays busy.

The kebabs here are excellent, probably best in Stevenage and we've tried a few. The service is always polite and friendly, there's never a long wait, and the food is reasonably priced. We've never ordered for delivery or tried the pizza so can't comment on either.

It was my first visit there. It is not very near me, but decided to go based on reviews. I tried chicken kebab and it was good, but not very different what other places offer. If I will be houngry nearby then might be a good option. Otherwise I will stick to more local one for now.

Had a pizza well not exactly dominos is it driver bring wrong drink wen I said what this about he told me it’s not his problem food was just warm plus over charged me by 1.67 pizza was half ok but still fix up please

Because of the snow i was so lazy to cook food. Tried kebab in bedwell for the first time and yeah i will go back again. Bedwell kebab not bad, pleasant staff, food was great with good portion. Defo be back again.

Before I can review I must first say what my order was. I had A large kebab and chips with hot wings on the side, teno f them to be exact. I ordered through JustEat and the food arrived very quickly and was very hot. The gentlemen that handled me the food was also very polite. I quickly unwrapped the hot meal and began my way on the hot wings. ‘Spicy, hot, the right amount of moisture' These were the thoughts that went through my head within the first few bites of the hot wings. I must say I was rather impressed, and being from a Carribean background with a large family that are experts in making chicken, I must say these hot wings were on par, obviously was not on par with my reggae loving family, however for the price of £3.50 for 10 wings, you can't argue with the great taste and moisture these wings have to offer.

It's easy to write this place off as another "cheap and cheerful" kebab/pizza joint but both of them are amongst the best in the area, at a really good price, and with the added bonus of super fast delivery.

After waiting for some tine on the other line ( understandable as they are busy) there was no sorry to keep you waiting or thank for waiting just " yes". After placing the order, the lady huffed and puffed when I wanted to use a credit card to pay! Terrible manners however, the food was good but the women on the phone obviously needs training in customer services!

The place to go for the best lamb shish and chicken kebabs. If you like doner theirs is the tastiest too! Very quick to serve and you won't get a better kebab in Stevenage.
