I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Bilal at Wattan Southall. His attitude was completely unprofessional and rude throughout my visit. Instead of offering hospitality and respect, which is expected from a reputable restaurant like Wattan , Bilal displayed arrogance and a lack of basic customer service skills. His tone was disrespectful, and his behavior made us feel very uncomfortable. This is not what I expect from such a well-known establishment. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures proper training for their staff in professionalism and customer care.

Amazing experience and excellent food with extremely high customer service. Very welcoming people and friendly. Fresh bread was amazing and all the food was excellent, best food in the town and I do recommend to everyone to try at least once and they will be regular customer like me.

Ordered a 2 ft long, guy didn’t listen to order. Picked up within 10mins, chips hard, bread hard, everything was cold on it, hardly any salad. Got it on recommendation but wish I didn’t bother. Only bonus is there was plenty on it.

Fuimos a cenar con mi primo. Pedimos tres corderos al curry y una porción de biryani. Sin embargo la comida era vieja una vez que nos fuimos nos enfermamos mucho con dolor de estómago y vómitos. la comida no era fresca cuando pagas por un servicio que debe proporcionar como se describe. nunca volveré a visitar aquí de nuevo.

Me encantó. Los kebabs estaban deliciosos y una porción generosa. El ambiente en el restaurante era agradable . . . algo de música ligera de Oriente Medio de fondo. El servicio fue muy eficiente. El único problema era el aparcamiento en la zona, que podría ser un poco difícil. Definitivamente volveré.

Good Turkish food - good for grills It gets busy at dinner times with families and friend groups which probably is the best way to enjoy this place. The bread is delicious. Quite a few vegetarian dishes but suggest you ask for the Tomato gravy on the side and add to your taste. Good Job

Lovely food, fresh and very tasty. Mix grill was very good and lamb karahi is perfect. Esha served the food, very friendly and good service. We enjoyed our time eating in this fab restaurant

Great food, friendly staff, usually got to the store to pick get it but after a long day was nice to have it delivered. Kebab fans, this is a must try

Ordered garlic bread it came over cooked and rock solid. paid for extra garlic on and it came dry as anything. £9.40 for a piece of cardboard. chips where half cooked. Phoned the shop to be roared and shouted at to then have the phone slammed down. AVOID at all cost
