Usually order from here all the time as a loyal customer and food is usually very good. Food and service tonight however were really bad. Bad enough for us to never use the place again - a loyal customer has been lost. Collected order and they did not give me the poppadoms we had ordered, had to drive back for them. Got an apology from man on desk but nothing was added to the order as a gesture of goodwill, considering I was half way home with the food and then had to drive back for items they had forgot. Also food was going cold when had to return for missing items. Chicken tikka masala was extremely bland, it’s usually red in colour and has lots of flavour, tonight it was a light orange colour and honestly had no flavour whatsoever. Also ordered “butterfly king prawns” as an appetiser. There were no prawns, it was one large prawn that was covered in breadcrumbs and deep fried. It was so bland and had no taste, also texture was like rubber. Very misleading on menu to list as “butterfly king prawns” when it’s actually one big deep fried breadcrumb prawn - not what we expected at all. Also cheese garlic naan tasted like simple cheese naan - could not taste the garlic whatsoever in it. Don’t know if chef has changed recently but the food and service has gone downhill. Won’t be returning.

A truly awful experience. We got to the café at 2.50pm, only to be told that they we now only serving drinks and cakes, due to a backlog, although disappointing, as the closure time was 4pm, we decided to take a table and order a Latte, an Americano, and a Cherry Bakewell. Whilst seated, the small room was very cramped with as many tables as they could fit it, making it so loud, it was hard to hold a conversation, as it was that full. We wait around 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive, and thought the Cherry Bakewell would follow. After 5 minutes we asked one of the servers about this and the response was “There is a backlog”.. The Cherry Bakewell eventually arrived 5 minutes after this, by which time we had finished our drinks. Even if we had asked for more drinks, this would have been caught in the “backlog”..! On the food & Drinks - The coffee was awful and Cherry Bakewell, turned out to be a cake on such a small plate, it was impossible not to drop some of it on the table whilst trying to eat into it. The cost of this truly awful experience was £13.90 The problem on service is clear to see, not enough backroom staff to accommodate the number of tables they have crammed into such a small space. If you want to be sitting in a crammed room, waiting for service and paying top money to be treated like cattle, then this is the place for you.

I had a Groupon Voucher which we had to reschedule due to TFL strikes. The manager agreed on the phone and said they moved the date. Me and my friends arrive on the day and they say there is no booking, one guy was nice and the other guy was being nothing but rude. I also tried calling them throughout the day before the commute over but no response. I have tried reaching out via email and both their contact numbers and still have not gotten a response. Groupon cannot refund me as they have marked it as a "No Show". These people are scam artists and their restaurant is empty for a reason. Please save yourself the hassle and eat elsewhere in Westfield.

The chips were raw, they were not cooked for long enough. The donner meat was a little bit cold. I would recommend not use them.

South Wales Curry Club has been touring South Wales and sampling the finest curries in the region for almost four years. We've visited nearly 50 restaurants. Some were outstanding, others fairly average. Mirchi, however, set a new standard for the SWCC by being the first curry house that we have walked out of before we got as far as ordering. To say it was filthy was an understatement. There were around 8-10 tables uncleared with food still on them, the buffet was absolutely mangled and the waiting staff and service was non-existent. I can't imagine we'll be returning.

Behesht is an absolute delight! The food is spot on, full of vibrant, rich flavours, with everything from juicy kebabs to fragrant rice cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is lovely too, with a warm and cosy vibe that feels both traditional and modern. Service is friendly and attentive, making it the perfect spot for a relaxed meal or special occasion. Highly recommend if you're after some top-notch Persian food!

The place is beautiful, kept clean and staff are nice. There is a lot of stuff to choose from. We got crepes, cookie dough and Matilda cake. The crepes were nicely made with a good amount of sauce filling and toppings. The Matilda cake was nice however after half it does get a little sickening. The cookie dough cold by the time it was served and one was unfortunately burnt. Probably woundnt go again as the product is not worth the price. The atmosphere is great though.

Very friendly place with good food and reasonable prices. We arrived relatively late, there was only one other table dining. The service was fast and friendly. The garlic naan was delicious. We ordered both a butter chicken and a chicken tikka masala. They had a very interesting spice mix, slightly different from others I’ve eaten, but worth it.
