Absolutely amazing! Lovely staff, great people to talk to, they work at a fast pace and the desserts are WOWW!! 😋 Can’t wait to go again!!

I'm rating all 1 star wish I could rate it 0 because first of all, We came here for a dessert treat but there is this lady just speaking jibberish like what you speaking? Hello? And second of all, She took ages and that's when we couldn't order. Never coming back here. Before it was all good when this lady wasn't here and now it's ruined??!! Creme you better speed up the time next time.

I totally disagree with all the previous reviews, the choco kebab speaks for itself it’s very own signature dessert, The quality of this is top tier, Food was amazing, was greeted very politely, My go to spot for desserts in Bradford, never disappoints when I’m in this city.

This place is a joke. Kids are running don’t have a clue what they are doing. My kids wanted dessert and after ordering it took them over an half hour before was given to them and kids said it was disgusting too. Only customers were my kids so not that it was even busy. Places like this need to be shut down. As I never went in until after they had eaten and looking at the fridge and back of counter they are mouse droppings behind the fridge. Disgusting I will be reporting them to the council in morning

Absolutely rubbish! Would never order from here ever again. Ordered via Uber Eats and they delivered incorrect items improperly packaged so everything was covered in the syrup from the dessert. Rang them several times and no answer. So we travelled to the place and the lady who said she’s the manager had a rubbish attitude no apology, no refund option no extra items offered or anything. Had the nerve to say she rang us when she didn’t and said the reason they didn’t answer was cuz the phone lines not working even tho it was ringing fine!!! Previously if I’ve ordered from a place and they don’t have the item first point of contact is to contact customer to explain or cancel the bloody order. Don’t just send whatever you flipping feel like! Waste of petrol money and time! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous, this place went downhill since new owner , Ordered chocolate kebab which some without no nutella on it and missing the chocolate kebab , Strawberries were modlit and crepe was cold and hard , When calling them rather thn apologies owner was rude and very unprofessional, Surely won't be returning there , what a shame what happen with this place

It’s been a couple of times I have tried crème’s ice cream, I I’m telling ya it out of this world, the taste and the flavours just hit differently. A must try in my opinion💯💯

First time visiting. Only ordered ice cream scoops for the family. Yet waited 45 minutes to be served. Customers that arrived after us got their desserts before us. When we did receive our orders-one was incorrect. Didnt bother to raise it with the staff as i didnt want to wait another 30 mins.

Cracking place, awesome desserts, choc kebab, waffles generous portion/sizes and for prices. Best ice cream flavours compared to anywhere else. Beats walls, Lyons. Etc. came all the way from down south for this place..don't bother going anywhere else.

Very disappointed!! I ordered the apple and cinnamon with custard and was really looking forward to tucking into after my meal. When the delivery arrived, both the cake and custard were cold. The middle of the cake was almost freezing as though it had just been taken out of the freezer 😞 I doubt I'll be ordering from there again 👎🏾

Sold me three frozen milk cakes, I only found out after getting home so I had to drive back into the store to ask for a refund. It took them nearly an hour to sort my refund the owner was called on the phone who had to do a bank transfer after asking for my bank details. Absolute waste of time, no apology whatsoever, I am never going back.

Excellent service and food on point. The Croffles were banging and tasted amazing. Donuts were also really nice saying they were baked not fried. Highly recommend. Will definitely go back !!

We came from London, Crème dela crème was recommended and Wowzaaah 🤩 the chocolate kebab was top notch 🥇 I had the brownie with strawberries 🍓 and as I’m writing the review im fasting and craving it again so will be going there again and getting my own one. lovingly put together by the wonderful young Fatima who was such a delight to speak with such a warm hearted person who took the time to speak to us we got to know about her journey and the family they’ve worked hard to get where they are and I pray nothing but goodness and prosperity for them, May Allah grant you only success and place Barakah in your business definitely a MUST visit place and grab yourself your OWN chocolate kebab as this should be illegal to share 😁 😆 We are here again can’t be in Bradford and NOT come for a chocolate kebab Great staff &service Thank you ❤️

Came here for an ice cream, and I was not disappointed by the flavours. Gelato ice cream made in the shop. They also have sorbet. I tried the lemon and think it was lime, so delicious. Would have put 5 stars, but you had to pay a pound extra for the waffle cone but did not say on the menu. The owner and staff were very polite and said they would change the menu at a later date.

Delicious quality ice cream, made in house not bought in. Excellent service from Fatima today, so pleasant and progressional. Things sometimes lacking in places in Bradford but not here, will definitely come again for more.

Came down yesterday first time, from Dewsbury. They didn’t disappoint!! Management gave me a great recommendation of a chocolate kebab, the crepe was delicious lots of cream, strawberries and chocolate shavings absolutely delicious. Definitely would recommend to others. The staff were really great, very attentive.

Just been down to crème de la crème with my family first time coming wanted to try some place new and WOW they did not disappoint the best dessert place in Bradford definitely our new family spot the girls were lovely the the atmosphere was on point. Heard a lot about their famous in house gelatos. They had 15 different flavours they were soft and creamy honestly the best Iv had deffo check out their tik tok page and come down it’s well worth it .

Not impressed. Very thick crepe, like rubber. 2 slivers of "chocolate doner". A serious amount of squirty cream, which made it incredibly sickly. The ice cream was melting and liquid as it was served to us but also had solid chunks of ice in it. I really wanted to like this place as it looked really colourful and inviting. There were people around so we did not want to complain infront of them. Our plates were not left empty as we decided to put all the ice cream together with the crepe to make it more palatable. Ot did not work. The ice cream, squirty cream and chocolate sauce had melted and congealed. The waitress stepped on my foot. I have walking stick because of damaged feet and your waitress unfortunately hurts the exact extremely pain area. I received a passing apology to tick the box. But not sincere or asking if i was actually ok. Crepes are supposed to be thin and light Ours was thick and rubbery. Maybe this item has this as it is, in that case i stand corrected. 2 slivers of chocolate doner was insulting. We tried 3 different chairs and the legs or the backs were broken.

Love the chocolate kebab something no-one else does

Usally not a sweet Thooth but tried the Chocolate Kebab was 10/10 honestly Havnt had a dessert like that in a white. Food was represented in a very good manner fast and a very good service would definitely recommend and will definitely be coming again!!!

Took around 35 mins for 2 milkshakes,workers looked completely lost.

I am giving them a 1 star rating why?? This is why 1. We sat down on table 4 which was in the middle table was so dirty it had hair on it same as well with the seats bit of food everywhere we called the waitres told him so he cleaned it. 2. We finaly choosen what we wanted went to the till to order waited nearly 15min after all that time waited we finaky got our food the waitress gave us tissues with forks spoons and knifes we looked at the tissues they had so much hair on them they were lituraly so dirty is like some one has wiped they face with them.same as well with the fork knifes and spoons. We told the waitress he apologized took them away came back with nearly the same ones dirty again. So i took them to the till my self and the guy next to till just looked at me and said sorry about that i will sort it out.

Been coming to Creme de la creme for a few years and they never disappoint, desserts are always on point and the staff are amazing especially Fatima who made sure everything was spot on for us. Definitely the best dessert cafe around and with the best portions!!

probably the worst chocolate cake and chocolate custard i’ve had. felt like normal custard with fondue sauce mixed. it was not traditional chocolate custard. it was gloopy and horrendously thick. table was not cleaned, there’s not many so i don’t understand why they can’t clean them, staff looked unenthusiastic, no charisma about them, no check back either. as someone who’s worked in a dessert company and now works in food hospitality as a whole, the service would confirm me to never ever come back. never known pudding desserts to be served with long small tea spoons. should be a larger spoon. hair should be in a bun or plaited or tucked into caps to avoid hair going into food. not impressed at all. not even worth the 5.95.

Went creme del la creme for dessert , so underrated Hospitality was on point 10 10 Service from Fatima in particular. Any issue she was there to fix it. Would defo come back , Everything was great the customer service to the desserts. We had a range of the desserts and they was all spot on 😍 Thanks cremes.

Ordered a choco kebab and a ferrero rocher milkshake. Both items were excellent probably the best desserts I’ve ever eaten before. I recommend this place to anyone. The customer service was great. A very friendly environment. Everyone please try them out.

Love love love the sweet city waffle but everytime I come here the Cutlery is always dirty so is the tea cups and dishes. They’ve always got stains and dirt on them. I do normally send the dirty dishes back but I just feel petty doing it everytime I come so didn’t do it this time. Apart from the dirty dishes the service and food is always great :)

Went to celebrate my birthday, I ordered three waffles which took over 30 mins to arrive. They had a sour off taste to them. We took these back and the staff explained that the reason for the off taste was too much oil when cooking the waffles by a novice staff. So we agreed for another batch to take out as we were running late. I have got home and tried the waffles, they still have that off taste that is clearly old batter or off milk, the second batch tastes worse than the first. This used to be the best place in town, and the reason why I would come all the way from Halifax now I’ll stick to Halifax waffles.

This place was horrible we waited 45 minutes for my food and we left within 5 minutes the waffle tasted like jam on toast and the drinks just tasted like sprite or 7up I advise not to go there ever.

The only desert place I come to due to the fact they are the only place that serves the chocolate kebab.. the experience is exceptional and the price is fair.. the way it is presented is to a high level and I would class it as being of high quality. The seating area is very welcoming, I enjoy sitting down and enjoying my dessert can't really complain. The staff have on occasions made mistakes with the orders however this is a person error and mistakes can happen. Mistakes have been rectified when mentioned without any arguments. Some criticism - Ensure that when serving that the knifes and forks are clean please, I had to alternate for the plastic ones as did not feel confident in the metal ones. On observing the food on the display cabinet I did see some mould on one some of the desserts, I should have mentioned it however did not, just ensure that these are checked and replaced if they are not bought. Final Verdict - I will continue to come to this place as I have never ran into problems with staff, food or other customers. The general hygiene needs to be checked to ensure that the experience is faultless. The server did mention that the food is freshly made and is placed into the display unit daily, I hope this is true for most of the display items (especially the cake as a I had purchased one for my mum), however it is evident that some have been left out past the ingredients expiration date (hence the mould)

Customer service was really bad. Staff is full of kids that don’t have a clue what’s going on freshly out of school. Ordered a cookie dough was told 5 minutes wait time took 15 mins and even then it was all cold and barley cooked throughout. Kids were all arguing and shouting at each other behind the counter customers were waiting not happy also. Not the 1st time this has happened.

£7.50 for 1 milk cake. Over inflated prices for average desserts. Never again!

Popped in with my husband for a weekend treat before heading home. We ordered a Molton chocolate cake and cornflake cake, both we delicious! We were served by Asad who recommended the desserts and even suggested to have ice cream with the Molton cake. 10/10 for customer service, food, price and presentation.

Usually it's ok, however my last visit was unpleasant, a male who said he is the "owner" approached our table to ask if everything is ok etc. Now I was with my wife, sisters and cousins so majority of them were lasses. Now this so called owner started pulling lame jokes and I was cringing, 10-15 minutes passed he was still there, I kindly said to him thankyou, can we have our own privacy please, he still didn't get the message.I had to get a bit abrupt and that's when he kind of backed off. Desserts were good besides the ice cream I had had pieces of ice inside it, either it was old, or stored at the incorrect temperature or of low quality the fact that it had crystallised . For that reason I have been put off and shall not return.
