A great experience. Delicious food packed with beautiful ambiance. All the dishes ordered were packed with flavors and amazing.

We went for kids eat free offer only to be told the adult meals had to be chicken so we couldn’t have pepperoni pizza which we wanted we had to order chicken. Whilst waiting for meals we checked terms and it didn’t say anything about having to order chicken, so we queried this with waitress who said she didn’t know this!!!! Also no jugs of drink available for 6.00 or tap water so had to pay 2.50 each for small bottle Coca Cola. Food was lovely but offer misleading and staff not knowledgeable or helpful

End September a bunch of friends (5) got attracted and fooled by their continuing 50% offer this branch of Manjoaros in Bradford had posted on their Instagram. To my bad luck and despair I got deluded as what the lady at till had charged me thinking it’s the promotional offer which was agreed and confirmed when ordering. It’s the day later when i noticed the full cost deducted from my account. I went in to complain and claim a 50% refund. The arrogant and most ignorant manager for whom the word gentleman has never crossed in his diary, gave me the most awful treatment and due not want to even listen to what I have to say and claimed let by gone be by gone. Don’t be fooled their customers service is appalling and their food is awful for someone who was a big fan of their Parmos will make noise about their disgusting greedy agendas on my media means far and wide . Hope you’re business goes hugely downhill all across UK.

I visited manjaros on a Friday night and I had the first and best experience. The manager and staff had dealt brilliantly as he was polite and smartly dressed. The staff very welcomingly. The service that was given was really good as the staff had asked "Do u need anything" or"Is everything ok". The food was excellent and well presented. The parmesan's that we ordered the hotshot, Spicy Bolognaise Chicken, Mushroom Topped and the chicken wings were superb. I and my friends were full as the food was delicious and the new refurbish that was recent looks really nice and effects the atmosphere. At the end as me and my friends left the kitchen staff said bye and have a great evening. This restaurant is really outstanding and u really should go!

My day with family was great, the staff were really polite. the service was awesome. The staff dealt fantastically with the customers. I ordered a mushroom topped Parmesan, our food was scrumptious would definitely recommend.

I visited Manjaros recently, food was lovely as always. Following COVID restrictions most staff were polite and explained everything in detail. My only complaint would be management, speaking to staff horrendous. I had complained about timings of my food to the manager and wasn’t happy at all with how he had responded, extremely rude , the waitress Rebecca had rearranged and resolved my complaint so am very happy with that.

Me and my family come into Manjaros about a week ago. One off our first times out after Covid-19 started! Yet was not 100% happy when I left! Wasn’t any hellos when walking in! The man who seemed to be the manager seated us on an unclean table, then the young lady come over to take our order everything was fine then. I thought everything was getting better the manger come back over with our food and throw it all over our table and the plates are very heavy for us to move around our table yet seen as he didn’t put them anywhere they was meant to be we had to move them! Then later on we wanted another round off drinks and the manger walked passed us about 4 times and never asked us if everything was okay then the young lady come and asked us and we finally got the drinks we wanted and an apology. Then payment come and he took it one last chance to make everything better yet just told me how much it was and then to leave not was everything okay, or enjoy the rest off your day! I would off understood a little if it was busy but there was one table in side and no one seemed to be waiting! In conclusion the manger shouldn’t be working there and is rude to the staff and customers!

I was here with a couple of friends of mine and the manager is unbelievably rube. And the way he treats his staff is disgusting. The girl who help me and my friends out got spoke to like trash. This is completely unacceptable. He just throws the food in the table without asking what plate is for who. He walks around like a headless chicken even though me and my friends was wanting drinks so we waited for someone to come to our table, he could clearly we wanted some assistance but he ignored us and left it to the girl it sorted everything out for us. I feel so sorry for the staff that have to call him boss because they act more in control and know what to do more then him. I didn’t know the job as a manager was to just stand their on your phone or walk laps around the restaurant. He should not be a manager. And someone give the girl who attended our wants and needs a raise or make her the manager because she was a brilliant waitress and the only enjoyable thing about the place.

Formal complaint. We were treated very unprofessionally and rudely by a member of staff named Rebecca. There was no greeting at the entrance and she simply asked me to add my details to a form with no explanation as to why. I specifically asked if they were still participating in the Eat Out to Help Out Scheme and she replied that they were.She was rude and blunt throughtout the whole experience. I went to pay and upon receiving the receipt i realised we were charged full price and the discount was not applied - she knew i had asked baout the scehem so it iwas wholly negligent of her to not apply the discount. I questioned the dismissed discount and she simply returned to the till and handed me £10 in cash (i paid via card) and walked off. Very disappointed and was not refunded the full amount for the eat out to help out scheme. Have submitted a formal complaint via Manjaros Feedback form online.

Ordered the chicken cajun wrap with extra cheese comes with steak chips and salad...my mother enjoyed this very much and that is saying alot as she is use to her own cooking and (the standard Pakistani haandi roti).Very fulfilling meal. Always a returning customer.The new layout of the restaurant is much more serene and has a good theme throughout.

I usually love going to Manjaros, however am used to the Huddersfield Manjaros and this is the first time I visited one since Covid-19. The last time I went to Manjaros Bradford it was not bad, however this time I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of the place. When you pay over £30 for a meal for 2, you expect the place to be clean, the ambience to be nice, etc etc. This place is disgusting. The staff were not wearing masks or visors and were stood less than 20cm away from me when taking my order. The tables had the sauce bottles, but they were dirty and all had no lids on so open to all kinds of bacteria (not just covid). When cleaning the tables, no attempt was being made to clean or even touch the filthy sauce bottles (and our table was actually sticky). They gave us plastic disposable cutlery because of corona and weren't able to pack our food at the end because of corona, however have they not considered that the chairs and sauces need a wipe down after each customer.I cannot believe the place was this unclean. The food itself was ok. We had ordered a hotshot parmo but asked for sweetcorn instead of mushrooms. This came wrong so they took it away to bring a replacement. That took almost 10 minutes by which time all the other food had gone cold.They didn't even offer any gesture of goodwill for this. I will only go to Huddersfield Manjaros from now on!! For Bradford, stick to Akbars Cafe!!

On 31 /08/2020 went to Manjaroes Bradford Ordered food at 6:50Pm food came at 7:45pm after chasing the staff because they list our order ticket little baby was crying . Food was good but service was VERY POOR. Came to bill no compensation provided at least take drinks off won’t be visiting again.

Visited Manjaros for a late dinner... This would be my second time eating here and not much has changed.Booking is not required and service was efficient,over all ambience was ok.Id recommend Manjaros for families and friends to dine at with a vast selection of starters and mains.. I had ordered garlic bread with bolognese for staters only to be later told that we would have to choose something else,instead I had garlic bread with cheese which was nothing to shout about.full grilled chicken with your choice of marinade was delicious and the Parmesan was Edible but lacked flavor.. for sides I went for spicy rice which I only had a spoon full of,way too spicy for anyone eating it and not enjoyable at all.. cutlery given was plastic and although I understand due to covid I found it very hard to cut through the chicken Incase of snapping the plastic knife and fork... over all I’d say it’s a nice place for all to dine in but certain side dishes like spicy rice need to be looked at,for children or anyone I think it’s way to spicy for ones palate..

Me and my family are in love with restaurant, we went for our first time after hearing lovely reviews from friends and are now consistent regulars. Every time we visit bradford, this is our first choice for food, and i have to say the managers and waiters really make our day. The waiters are so lovely to my daughter, as we had an incident when everyones food came, but my hungry daughter had not yet received her food, but was presented with extra chips, and a lovely smile and wave from the cook. The restaurant never fails to put a smile on our faces, and always makes our trips a 10/10 experience. I reccomend manjaros to as many people as possible!!!!

Firstly the customer service was terrible because not once was we asked if we were simply enjoying our food. The chicken tastes like the if was dipped into a curry. And the glasses were dirty and had food stain. The toilets are unhygienic.the chips covered all the chicken. The menu said that my chicken was going to be on a skewer but wasn't and was slatted all over the plate. It said 2 chicken wings and there was no chicken wing sand only chops and boneless chicken. No free water.

Family love this place so we becoming regulars. The food remains spot on as always and portion size has not reduced unlike many places. They do the best pasta dishes.. my favourite is the rasta pasta, my other half goes for the creamy version. Both are well tasty, but the rasta pasta has a spicy kick to it. Kids love their pizzas and on Thursdays Manjaros has FB offer on which is buy one get one free.. kids well happy and good on the pocket too. Don't take my word for it, go and try it yourself folks.

We visited the Bradford branch as we had already frequented the Huddersfield branch and enjoyed it many times. We live in Bradford.My wife brought her own bottle of wine...we were told it would cause offence to the other patrons. We pushed back a little and the manager relented and gave us a non-wine glass to use with the drink. No milkshakes available for me (driving).The starters came and we were given our mains whilst still eating the nachos. We sent it back as we would be at least another 10 minutes eating. 5 minutes later, the manager brought the mains back again...we complained but realised it was pointless. These people have no idea about standard serving practices.We spent about 50 minutes there and disliked the atmosphere and food (probably sub-consciously) didn’t taste as nice as Huddersfield’s.It’s 10minutes from where we live...I would rather travel 40 minutes to another town.VERY DISAPPOINTING and we were made to feel like the wrong type of clientele that they want at their branch.

This place is literally like the Black Plague, don’t eat at this place or this place will eat you. The management was completely unprofessional, treating staff like something the had trodden inThe only saving grace was our waitress Rebecca who made the trip slightly bearable

I love the atmosphere in Manjaro’s as it’s similar to Nando’s making it suitable for any type of visit with friends or family. I really enjoyed the chicken rasta pasta and hotshot parmesan. Menu is broad and reasonably priced. I’ve ate in and ordered takeaway & the taste is great. Love the house sauce!

Been here twice after my last review of Manjaros.. They've sorted out the heating n service since, which is excellent. It's a nice cosy place to eat now.. Food remains excellent folks, from the pasta dishes, to the Carribbean chicken and the supreme chicken, they all on the money .. you will not be disappointed whether u are looking for taste or portion size.. only thing I would suggest is a more leafy salad to those dishes that come with salads.. I'm looking forward to another visit to Manjaros in the new year...

Absolutely love their chicken hot shot parmesan and chicken rasta pasta. 2 of my favourites. Service is amazing and food is bought out fairly quick.

Ordered the Caribbean king prawns and a margarita pizza, the 1st dish was spot on and as a regular customer I can also say it is very consistent aswell, however the pizza had a strange tangy taste so I addressed this to the waiter to which he ran off into the back and then said that all the ingredients are fresh, I kindly asked him to taste the pizza to which he declined three times, he must have thought my boat was outside as he claimed it could be the tomatoe purée, “as they can be tangy”?! Some words of advice if somebody complains their food maybe off don’t offer to give the same dish again. I still paid for the pizza and just left as there was no reasoning with him. Observing this waiters behaviour he’s definitely not up to the standards of the eatery he’s either looking vacant or leaning somewhere. Message to the owner: from the other reviews it looks like your waiter needs training or replacing. I will definitely not be back

this place need an attitude upgrade , they turned kids down for claiming their 100% free meal and drink presented by the school as they agreed the deal with the school but when we got there the staff refused to serve it as a take away or eat in claiming they will lose on money instead they said you have to take another order with the free meal voucher which didn't state that on the voucher itself , very bad kids left very disappointed .

The parmesans are good (not great) and everything else on the menu we tried wasn't fantastic (except for the mushroom starter). This is average at best.

A fairly large group of us visited during the weekend rush. Although we can't fault the food, it must be said that the service definitely needs improvement. One member of the party ordered mixed charco skewers with spicy rice, and a chicken pita, which never came! After chasing it, the missing orders came, however, they still got that wrong. Had to chase this a further 2 times before it was resolved. Also ordered a spicy Bolognese parmesan, however it came without any Bolognese sauce. At this point we were tired of attempting to recorrect the staffs mistakes! All in all, good food let down by the unhelpful attitude of the staff.

Wanted to try this place out. Was disappointed. Had to call waiter to take order. Hummus was half the size of what other restaurants serve. Parmesan had so much cheese that less than halfway i had to abandon my food. Felt sick.

A bit too creamy. A good amount of salt. Whilst chewing it had a real majestic taste. It's quite decent.

I Went with a friend and I got given dirty glasses, when I asked to get it replaced the female staff pulled a face and then it was slammed on the table by a male staff. Absolutely awful and disgusting behaviour also the food was given abruptly by the same female staff. When our meal was finished we asked for a desert menu but got handed the bill instead, again rudely by the male member of staff. When We asked for desert menu again to the female member of staff she replied ‘we don’t do deserts here’ then we said the male member never explained this to us she then shrugged her shoulders and just walked off. I also rang in the branch to speak to a manager and was promised a phone call back from the assistant manager who apologised but never got back to me. Absolutely appalling and disgusting attitude from staff will not b returning there.

Usually we go to leeds manjaros, but this time we decided to try the bradford manjaros. On entering the restaurant you see the open kitchen, and than welcomed by the staff. The seating area looked spacious and the colour decor reminded of the Caribbean vibrant and colourful. As a family of 5 we ordered the jumbo platter, we were kept updated by staff when the food was arriving which was freshly made. The food lived up to its name of manjaros, full of flavour and succulent grilled chicken. Will definatly return, and a big thank you to Rebecca for looking after us.

Visited Manjaros on Sunday for my 9 years old daughter Birthday treat. Food arrived on time with a good service provided by the staff.

New year's Eve Meal out with the family let down by poor service. At 4pm, the place was fairly empty with only about 4 tables of customers. We couldn't understand the delay to sit down, until we realised there was only 1 person cooking and 1 person serving. What a shocker on probably the busiest night of the year! Now that's poor poor management, can't really blame the staff. The waitress, think she was called Rebecca did a sterling job on her own. It's always the case, good places are let down by 'cowboy' management.

Have come to manjaros a couple of times as I do really enjoy the food. It always tastes nice and has a lot of flavour. Their portion sizes are also big which is a huge plus. However on the last two occasions I have come here the restaurant in Bradford has been freezing cold. I asked if they could put the heaters up but they said they were already on the highest setting. I would really suggest getting some more heaters specially during the winter time. You cannot enjoy your food as much when your shivering because of the temperature. The staff have always done my orders right but they always look quite miserable and clueless to what's happening. Maybe some more training needed? Overall Manjaros food is delicious and worth the money they just really need some more heaters!!

Are here with friends. Staff were helpful and food portions were enormous. Very good value for money and food was fresh and tasty.

Where do I start. This place is run by a bunch of kids who have no idea what they're doing. Throughout our meal we tried to call staff but they were behind the till chatting away with no care for the customers. The chap behind the till wearing a gold chain was busy chatting up the female staff who provided no help at all. Good luck finding staff to serve you. This is my second time here as I thought I would chance it, I will never go to Manjaros again. For the second time they had a number of items on the menu which were unavailable. There were no lamb skewers or lamb dishes available.

This was my second visit to this place and I got to say they are consistent; but not the way you would want.

We came here when my son got a 50% voucher from school for 100% attendance and we will deffo be back great food and service and good value for money.Thank you for a lovely evening

I visited here with family and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. Excellent customer service but the food was awful and not to manjaro standard. We ordered lamb which was actually mutton disguised as lamb, it was over cooked and tasted awful

My girlfriend raved about this restaurant in Leeds and looking at the reviews I managed to starve myself before going there. Unfortunately from the start it was bad. I was advised it wasn't necessary to book a table and though we were quickly directed to a table there was only one chair which didn't seem to register with the waiter. We longed for a drink and whilst not really over worked it took some time before anyone thought to offer us drinks. Next our mains arrived before the starters, think left and right hand and clueless. I asked for another drink which came a good 10 minutes later even though the waiter appeared more interested in cleaning empty tables than serving the customers that they already had. Even though our order sequence was messed up once we had finished our starter the inattentive staff spent a long time before returning with our mains. Though the food was OK it wasn't really any better than Nandos.

I visit manjaros at least once a week and I can hand on heart say I am never disappointed, each visit we are met with friendly staff and excellent service, the food is always absolutely delicious and the weekly offers are such great value for money, I have only ever visited the branch in Leeds before but since the Bradford branch had opened we always come here, as I said the food the atmosphere the service is just great and I am looking forward to obtaining a loyalty card for the place!!! Definitely recommend this place to anyone and I cannot say that one particular thing on the menu is better than the other as in my opinion everything’s delicious!!!

Excellent food a bit like nandos but better lovely startes and lovely mains choice of sauces with meals very tasty and plenty of it.

Everything on point food and service is available restaurant was really busy and we was only waiting 5-10 minutes max food was amazing so was the service highly recommended

Waiter/manager told me to hurry up my order and each time I've come they've never had pizzas available.i would not recommend coming here even to my worst enemy

Been here a few times now and on each occasion the food has been excellent. Was served by a member of staff called Yasmin whos only been working here for a few weeks. Yasmin is very professional and polite. she made our experience here much better. Will definetly come back here and recommend to all my friends.

Came into the Bradford branch. Was seated down for around 15-20 mins and no-one came to serve us. Had to ask for order to be taken. The place was quiet with JUST a few other customers who also had the same issue. Only saving grace was that the food was nice. At least 4 members of staff present and all 4 looked like they didn't want to be there.

Hi guys been few times brilliant food excellent service from Tamoor!! From being seated to ordering and being served food Tamoor was brilliant! :)

Came out for an evening meal with friends and I have got to say the pasta was just delicious and so tasty!! There was parking space available next to the restaurant .. as we arrived we was seen to straight away by a gentleman .. we was shown to our table and greeted in a friendly kind manner. Excellent customer service was provided .. atmosphere was calm and friendly not overly busy.. we all enjoyed our meal and when we came to pay we was also told about the offer they have on a weekly basis. I would recommend this place for families and friends. Will definitely be returning again. :)

Amazing service at Bradford Manjaros! Thank you for making our little brother’s graduation celebration special! Food was on point, service was on point and venue was on point! The private area was fantastic and truly private. I don’t think we could have found a family and child friendly area. We’ll definitely be coming again!

The food was nice I ordered the 1/4 chicken and chips and I also ordered garlic bread, the waitress wasn't nice and when we asked to pack it up she said there was a pound pack up charge and threw our chickens in one bag all jumbled together and didn't give us the chips or my garlic bread

Very nice food but service is next to nothing. You have to wait ages for drinks and tap water but can’t fault the food quality

I decided to open my iftari at Manjaros in Bradford. That was the worst choice I have ever made. The door was labeled "closed". It took three staff members to seat us although they weren't busy. The menus were limited which is understandable, however the starters were given before the beverages. The food was all over the place, too oily and they forgot to give garlic bread. They brought over the garlic bread after realising they forgot, and that was rock hard. The waiters weren't being helpful whatsoever, and we didn't get asked once if the food was okay. Customer service in such a place like this is key, and in comparion to any other food places I have attended during the month of Ramadan, this is by far the worst place I have been to.

Visited manjaros for a group Iftari. We were the second table to arrive but it took a very long time for anyone to take our order. The waiter was rude and totally stressed out yelling 'next' and huffing whenever someone took a couple of seconds to choose their meal. They didn't have the sides stated on the Ramadan menu either which was disappointing.

I went to eat here after having nice food in the Leeds branch before. The food in Leeds was nice but disgusting service.

Had a lovely meal here with wife & Little 16th month old baby the chops as starters were very tasty which got the mood going we ordered a mixed grille with rice and a chicken Parmesan the food was delicious tasty spicy rice with mixed grill in a lovely tasty sauce also on the table you have a great select of garlic mayo and other sauces the staff were lovely even gave my little girl a fruit shoot on the house in essence good food happy smiley staff good service I do recommend it ..

New Manjaros for some reason had better food than the leeds branch. Very limited car space staff are friendly but lost, service is very poor as the basics of tap water give. Straight away repeating order dirty knife and forks all need attention. Would have given a 3 but nice food saved the day also don’t get kids colouring books anymore
