Bianco Express in Bradford

Very bad customer service I went to order lamb dish the lady was on counter she said is going to be ready in half hour I came back after 1-hour and I said can I have the lamb dish this ad is not ready going to take one hour or one and half hour and the guy was really rude I explained to him before I came and somebody told me come back in in half hour he said I didn't tell youit's not ready I said to him they should tell me before and you tell him he goes you want me to open School here and teach everybody

We thoroughly enjoyed the food from Bianco and the service from Just Eat was exceptional! Will definitely be using them again!

They didn't have any lamb so changed several items on our order without telling us, to less-good/very different alternatives. Also changed the drinks we ordered to ones our diabetic friend couldn't drink.

Loved the chicken shawarma platter. Recommended

Ordered my food at 8:40pm was told 50 min waiting time at 10:10pm called up the restaurant to ask how long and why it was so late was lied to and told driver was on his way then ended up been delivered well over 2 hours from when I placed my order absolutely disgraceful when told only 50 minutes

Rude staff and my food was over an 1 and a half late I eventually went into theresturant my self to pick it up but then was told to leave it was then delivered 10 mins later with the wrong drink and my food was stone cold awful

Not impressed, always order from here and had a great experience, this time food was cold, arrived late, had the wrong order, we ordered almond and coconut cake along with food and received a box of baclava selection. Driver allegedly said that he was doing taxi service aswell as delivery food hence why late. Disappointing

Really unhappy with the service at Gt Horton branch, extremely rude, appalling customer service! Cheapside branch much better customer service, extremely polite, nice guys, owner is top guy who sorted the messed up order from Gt Horton branch, I’m a regular customer and will continue to go to the Cheapside branch!

Did not receive the food but the restaurant has accepted the order

Sat in and got a pizza deal 3 pizza and chips for 13.49 advertised but when you order pizzas they ask for extra money

Horrendous, came 45 minutes late, without half of our order and told we would have to wait another 40 minutes for it. Guy on the phone couldnt understand a word, food was cold and horrendous. Spent £30 on a bag of pisssss basically

Unfortunately if I could give a no circle rate I would. Expensive food for rubbish service and horrible food that is inedible. Ordered from this place by delivery only to find my order was completely wrong. Got food I didn’t order. I love spice but for my family and friends that was eating with me they could not even eat this food. Got given drinks I had paid for that I am allergic too. Chips cold. Delivery driver harassing you to leave a good review. Paid good money yet given food not even my cats would eat. I rang up to complain and guy just shouting and rude down the phone. Gave up and told him forget it I will not be ordering again. Waste of time. Money and effort ordering from this place. AVOID at all cost.

I am not happy with this shop buying online. I wanted to buy 2 pizza and they took the payment but the app it didn’t work!! It was showing ( don’t close the window until u see ur order status to confirm or denied ) I’ve been waiting for more than 20 min and it didn’t show anything!! I rang the shop and one of the worker said ring tomorrow because he didn’t know!! That’s not good, not happy with that!! My money gone and food nowhere!!

I stopped here for lunch and tried the mixed meat shawarma and chips. It was delicious, warm and contained the right amount of salad and sauce. The wrap bread was high quality and not paper thin like some places. High quality delicious food. 10/10

First time eating at Bianco. Tried 3 different grilled platters which were all fantastic and Arabic tea to finish off. The service was quick and the staffs were friendly. Would go again.

Authentic food cooked to perfection. Best burgers and wraps in bradford. Defo be coming back. Staff are very polite and its a very clean place wich is always good to see.

This place is often busy, but it does budget burgers and chicken - and doesn't even do that well! They have a few different dishes but this place is essentially just a budget takeaway and not one of the better ones. The service is poor, the atmosphere is awful and even intimidating and the inside is genuinely filthy.

I drive on my way to work every day and I can see busy all the time when i try today was very good food I know why is busy this is the best food at the best price in Bradford

Definitely one to avoid, made a bunch of us very poorly and the food was not nice to eat at all. Never again.

Extremely disappointed with customer service and delivery time. 20 mins after estimated final delivery time, we called the restaurant and were greeted by a very rude gentlemen (who claimed to be the manager) who told us it was our information that was incorrect and we were the reason the food was not delivered. However we use just eat on a VERY regular basis and have never had an issue like this occur. The 'manager' then informed us that our food was on the way and would be a few minutes.

We ordered the food and the lady who was preparing our order came out to clean our table. She wiped the table and cleaned the floor. Without washing her hands she went back to prepare the food. I observed her for a full 25 mins, she did the same throughout. Preparing food and then cleaning the floor, NOT washing her hands. NO soap in the washroom, absolutely disgusting.

Horrible food and horrible service the food was nasty.will definitley not go back there . Bread was cold chicken tasted bland. Tables all dirty and stafff was very arrogant and could barely comunicate overall a dirty experience with these dirty bianco cunttts

We were shown to this place when visiting friends who live in the area. I guess it looks like a cafe from the outside. The seating is rather unusual and reaching the table can be a bit tricky. There is no table service, you order at the kitchen area. The staff do not have a good command of English at all so this could present a bit of a problem in communication, for example I wanted to know how Egyptian rice on the menu differed from boiled rice, it was only because there happened to be an Iranian customer who helped translate my queries to the staff regards the menu that I had some idea on what to order. The staff are Egyptian and speak Arabic, so a fellow customer who spoke Arabic and Hebrew helped us out, well done that man!We ordered a mix of vegetables with spaghetti, chick peas, rice, with option of additional meat, a lovely hummus salad, coloured rice and extremely tasty freshly squeezed orange juice, our friends had meat on flat breads with pickles etc in salad. There are sauces to add if so desired. Considering the charges the food was very good. Portion sizes are more than ample so we were all pogged.

I went in for a different type of breakfast to the usual eggs etc. However, I ordered their own speciality breakfast. It didn't disappoint. So keep up the good work.

BEWARE.......Absolutly discusting orderd beef burgers and chips twice and both times came out as chicken with cheese which was also stated we where alergic too. The food was also cold.

Terrible experience here. We were greeted by a rude young lad who blatantly could not be bothered and was uninterested in serving us. When ordering he kept making mistakes when showing us the receipts and slapping the paper down on the counter, this happened numerous times and were met with a rude huffing noise when we tried to politely correct our order.

Absolute disgrace. Poor customer service and morons for staff. Breakfast was awful and gave sliced buns as ‘toast’.

Staff attitude and service stinks, the service and the way (four) of us were served today was disgraceful. Not only was the orders incorrect, we were overcharged from the price displayed on the menu and my colleague slipped and injured her hand on the wet floor where their was no signs displayed.

Great food thank you. We will return on our next visit to the city. Highly recommend. Good fresh produce and handy to pop in and be served fast. Staff good.

Wated over 15 mins with other people eating who'd ordered after me. Chips were lukewarm. Slower each time I go.

We enjoyed a takeaway falafel wrap which was well packed with salad and hummus and very tasty. Other options which appear to be vegan friendly are the falafel platter and burger, rice, salad and Koshari, a dish consisting of rice, pasta, tomato sauce, vegetable oil, onions, cumin, lentils, chickpeas, hot sauce, garlic juice, vinegar and short spaghetti.

Food was lovely just had to wait really long time for it to be delivered but understand ur busy deffo order again xxxx

We ordered last night for the first time after reading good reviews and we were not disappointed the food was amazing,large portions and excellent value for money,the delivery driver was lovely too, will definitely be ordering again soon

The first time we ordered, they forgot our chips for one of the meals. But we notified them the next time we ordered and we got extra chips! The food is really tasty favourite take away in bradford!

Strolled in hear a couple of days ago not to hungry and ordered small shawarma wrap for £3.00 wasn't expecting chips and a drink to sit in as well! Obviously I come back for something a bit more middle eastern and had the lambs liver with chilli wow it come with fresh breads and chips plus drink for £4 amazing Defo be back

Don't bother they won't even bring your food and you will spend 30 mins on chat with just eat customer service getting a refund

Food was nice just 1 hour 10 min late. Every time we rang the restaurant kept getting told it was on its way! Ordered at 6.10pm told it was coming 6.55pm arrived at 8.05pm Food nice but not special enough to be so late, won't be ordering again. Also gave us £5 voucher to use but when you do try and use it (different takeaway) it's only valid on your first order which the restaurant knows you can't use as you ordered from them first!!!!

absolutley amazing first time we tried the place and what can i say it was amazing great portions and good taste you are doing a execelent job

Restaurant didn't have everything I wanted, but called and we agreed a substitute. Food arrived in a timely manner, but what should have been hot food was stone cold. It was only average anyway and being cold really didn't do it any favours. The chicken shawarma was served in a plastic tub on a bed of chips, it had clearly sat for some time. The chips had that steamed, water sodden appearance they get when they've been left for too long. Couldn't separate the chicken from the chips even to microwave it, all mixed up as it was. The bbq chicken half was, well ok. If it had been hot and fresh it might have been fine, but it did have to go in the microwave which didn't help it along. The Kobeda was actually quite decent, just, once again, stone cold. The salad was in a soggy cardboard burger box which was about to fall apart from the wet. This is probably because everything in the salad was wet from pickle vinegar (the pickles might have been nice on their own) and it looked like the sad soggy box had been given a good shake, as the humous-like dressing was mostly splashed on the cardboard and any attempt at presentation was destroyed. The Baclava was lovely. I expect this is because they had bought it prepacked and had no part in its creation. Ironically, with cold food, I was served a warm can of 7Up. Really disappointed after such friendly staff to get such awful food. Permantly on my never again list.

I usually don't write reviews but this place deserves one. Never seen a Liver Pizza before so had to try it, must say I'm very impressed. The guys did a great job and I would go back. My meal came with a drink but I left it at the shop, so I can't fault them at all. Recommended
