Exceptional service received from Atiya at the Bradford branch.

The service was horrendous.crom start to finish.ordered starters with 2 mocktails then waited 20 minutes and then only one came which tasted off asked for another manager came out as we called him asked for starters and mediteranean salad which didnt have and olive oil or feta cheese just a hand full on old lettace cucumber tom with sauce on top came 15 minutes after the starter arrived which we were done by then no plates were put out.had to ask for things again and again.waiters were clueless.would not recommend at all.forthe price we paid that was awfull meal

Without doubt the best ever service and food I had big shout to SEHAR went toros today and i was served by sehar! she was awesome and rlly knew about the menu! food was banging and never disappointed

Service was terrible, the waiter that seated us was getting annoyed because i didn’t sit down right away as i wanted to ask him something, heard him swearing about us behind our back with another waiter, the full time he kept giving us dirties and when we asked for anything he kept saying things behind our back, then when we ordered the lady got our order wrong about 3 times and came back telling us to order something else but when the food came the original food we ordered was served along side extra. Overall terrible experience, the so called ‘medium rare’ steak was cooked less than rare, barely any drink in the mojito and tacos were un eatable

Service was horrific and food was not up to the standard I expected. Asked for medium rare and was given rare instead. From the 5 things we ordered, apart from the nachos everything else was barely edible. Ordered a mojito and they filled the glass with so much ice that I finished it in one sip. Overall the staff were very moody and my day out turned into a absolute shambolic experience for the premium prices we paid.

Changing my previous review from last years 1 star to 5 star. Came here again and ordered the premium aged medium rib eye. Went well with rustic chips, peppercorn sauce and the special garlic mushroom with parsley and butter. The authentic taste was much better than my last experience and better than any other restaurants. I hope they keep the quality and taste consistent when I visit next time. Could not fault the service this time.

I ordered the toros burger it was absolutely disgusting, I vomited 30 minutes after my meal would not recommend at all 🤢

Love toros - always a go to spot in bradford l. steaks are cooked to perfection and the service is great, lovely staff and the food comes out quick. Highly reccomend the steak diane and loaded fries :)

Food was spot on! Worth every penny! Would of gave a tip but due to cost of living unfortunately I couldnt...im sure you can understand due to the lack of heating...apart from that 10/10... 🤩..nice and pleasant staff and waitresses (shimlas take notes)

After expending £50 on two lamb steaks, I anticipated a more substantial portion of meat and less bone. However, I was disappointed by the poor service and subpar quality of the food. I have attached photos of the tray vs. reality.

Just been Toros me and my husband we spent £75. The service wasn’t too bad, but unprofessional. The waitress got us the wrong drink. We ordered mango J2o and got mango mojito. The food was below average. Steak wasn’t cooked rare as I asked, it was more than medium. The chef absolutely butchered the fillet mignon. My husband’s steak that he order medium well came raw with blood. After voicing our complaints the waitress apologies but the food wasn’t improved. The side pasta was okay as well as the mash. The mac and cheese was good and my favourite thing was the chips, they were cooked to perfection and the pepper corn sauce also. I would rate my experience 4/10.

i asked for medium and they gave me 3/4 raw steak and when i asked them if they could do anything they said no straight up

Was meaning to leave a review here a while back, highly recommend this place for steak lovers. Umair was very helpful and gave us the best customer service, he also made sure everything was up to our expectations and we had a pleasant experience at Toros. Will definitely be a regular customer here.

Went out with family, amazing food and great service by Majid.

My order never arrived. The delivery driver never gave it to me and clearly didn't ask anyone for a code. Maybe he didn't ever deliver it. I have to re order again!

Nice modern place, the Steak itself was very good and cooked well, the chips that were supposed to be with peri perì sauce were as if they were soaked in ketchup and that's it, a real shame for them, otherwise the Steak is very good.

We had a lovely meal here with family and was served by Majid. The food was really nice and well presented and good portion sizes. I must add that Majid is amazing and made sure we were okay with the food and seating etc. He went above and beyond to help us when we placed our order due to allergies. He explained and went through all the food containing gluten and milk allergy. So our overall experience was a good one.

Came on 28/08/24 when food was served while eating we found a hair and called the waiter. And the waiter came and took the hair and didn’t do anything else. When we asked to speak to the manager, he didn’t come to our table. When we went to pay we asked the manager about what happened and didn’t really acknowledge what happened and shrugged it off.

Visited with my family on sat 24th, moment we were inside, we were greeted by Sameer, we were made very welcome. Food was great! service was great by Sameer! Thank you.

Incredibly average dining experience last night Seated very quickly and offered a wide range of food on the menu, the same couldn't be said for the choice of drinks Our order was taken promptly and service was fast The steaks were well cooked but that was the end of the positives. The steak was over seasoned and the sauces too strong. The veg was no more than frozen food overcooked to the point it was mush that had burnt to the sizzler plate. The meal was interrupted 4-5 times with waiters asking if we needed anything, attentiveness is good but this was too much. Then when we'd finished no one could be seen. When the awful veg was mentioned, we were met with the response 'Asians can't cook veg, don't ask for veg at an Asian restaurant'. This would be a fair comment at a curry house, not a steakhouse where you'd expect veg with your steak. The fact the staff couldn't care less finished off the experience for us, will not be returning

We have eaten at Torros in Manchester and cannot fault them at all. This Bradford torros however was terrible, firstly the food was not as good as what it cost. Secondly the service was painstakingly too slow, I asked for water 3 times and then our drinks came when we almost finished our food. Understaffed? No! They had 6 people behind the bar just chatting. I would just avoid, go to Manchester instead.

Atiya served us and overall a fantastic five star experience. Portion sizes are generous in the sense you probably won't be able to eat dessert. The wait was approximately 30 minutes although that can be attributed to the fact we ordered 5 minutes after the restaurant opened! In my honest opinion the wait was worth it! Once I went to Stake and Bake and found food lacking, this is far better.

Came down with family, honestly speaking from start to end it was brilliant all.the way.

Decent food, big portions, well seasoned, presented well. The drinks were really good, Atiya did a great job. The Pina colada was super creamy, and the strawberry dacquiri was nice, almost like a thick slushie. However the strawberry and passion fruit cosmo was amazing, very refreshing and light.

You have to wait for soo long just to get a table. Tried to get a table before hand and were told its first come first service. Food was mid not worth the hype. Also very overpriced. Won’t be coming back the atmosphere was weird and I didn’t feel comfortable. The tables were too close to each other and I could hear what others around me had to say me and my friends didn’t feel like talking much simply cuz of this. And what is that smell. You come out of toro’s and you have this smell stuck to ur clothes as if you were cooking urself. Never had that problem with other places.

Nice decor, great food, good service and pleasant atmosphere. Seating comfortable. I really enjoyed the food it was on point. We didn't have to wait long before our ordered was served and presented well. Certainly a thumbs up from me.

Lovely food, service was a little slow. But the food made up for it. All our steaks were cooked to our needs perfectly! Slightly difficult to eat off the huge plate. But still delicious!

Came here for the first time, many more trips to come. The waiters are nice and attentive, food was 10/10 cant fault my experience. Clean tasting and filling. Will 100% be back, keep it up guys!

I wish I felt well enough to write a proper review but I am violently vomiting all day yesterday and all night. Also have diarrhoea after going to this place yesterday. We didn’t even finish our food because it tasted so bad. Rang the manager and he said food poisoning takes X amount of hours to kick in, which is total rubbish. Thanks Toro’s, I now need transfusions because I’m severely dehydrated. Avoid this place!

Our second visit here, surprisingly you don't have to book ahead and there was four of us, first time a bit of a wait second time straight in. We found the staff in general to be very helpful, kind and responsive. It is a busy restaurant and can be noisy depending on the patrons. Portions are great and you can mix and match, food has been piping hot just as it should be and very tasty. Steaks are tender and good sized there weren't a lot of vegetables though, in fact miniscule amount. We have had the lamb chop starters which are a good size and tried the beef cigars which is small then Torros special with fries and coleslaw, you get a choice of sauces which come separately. The drinks menu isn't always fully available. The puddings are also very well presented. I don't know where people get the idea you have to pay cash as each time we've been we've used thir card facility no problem. If you enjoy steaks you'll enjoy Toro.

Small portion steaks and a very high price also the wood and metal plate they serve can burn someone no warnings at all so it's a big no no for me with a child going there again

Lovely food and lovely service. The portions were big and really good for the price. The meat was cooked exactly how we wanted it. Our waitress Kormal was really attentive and friendly. Will definitely be coming back!

I got the chicken steak sizzler with pasta and chips! I really enjoyed it, full of flavour and the chicken was perfectly cooked. Great service by all staff, all very friendly and polite. Especially the manager umair.

It’s an amazing place to order food from we got amazing service from the manager umair and could not recommend more. The staff are pleasant to say the least and always come back for more.

The food was excellent. I really loved the coleslaw. When the sizzling steaks come out its a lovely experience. Our server Komal was lovely and tended to all our needs. We love coming to toros!

Ordered the Torros special steak - medium. Came to raw۔ Chips and mash was horrible. Will stick to the Nottingham Torros.

Service was ok, how ever the food was not nice at all, the pasta with sausages was the worst thing I have ever tasted, seemed like slop in a plate, presentation was very poor, the sauce was straight from the jar with sausage like meat thrown in, there was no flavour in the sauce , it was just too bland for my liking . We ordered chicken with mash, the mash has a rubber texture not freshly made but made from the packet with fried onions thrown on top, the chicken was mediocre, I have tasted better… looking at all the bad reviews think they need to reevaluate their current chief, to say the prices they charge, you would expect the food to be 10/10!

Food was decent and nicely cooked but had better steak elsewhere tbh , prices are fair tbh some of the starters was 10/10 also so definitely worth a visit 💯

Came in the yesterday and food was decent to begin with its about 15 minutes into our meals and started to have stomach problems really badly noticed the chicken steak undercooked and was put off so we paid and left do not recommend this to people who value their health

Food was terribly stale and tasted off BUT more importantly is the AWFUL customer experience the staff portrayed, particularly the short overweight wannabe who thinks he's hard walking around with his extra small shirt tucked in - I ask if there's a toilet in the establishment and he makes me repeat myself 4 times (his English must be lacking) and then proceeds to give me dirty looks as I leave, what an AWFUL experience all round. The food being bad giving me diarrhoea is one thing, not worth leaving a review for BUT the terrible staff and customer service on top of that? APPAULING. Regret spending a penny on them, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT GO HERE!

The food is amazing. Been to other Toros branches but Bradford is defo the best for food quality, staff politeness and chilled out atmosphere. Ismael has served us on many occasions, and personalises the service and makes our outing even more enjoyable and fun. Perfect evening out is going to Toros Bradford when ismael is at work there. Will be going there many more times in the future God willing.

What happen to customer service, this place is a joke. I can buy whole weeks shopping for the price of a steak. Ordered food and was given something totally different. Spoke to manager who tried to make me pay for food they messed up. This place should be called Shitoros steak house

No issues with food, servers were rarely around however and had put us all into one corner when the other half of the restaurant was empty, we were unable to split the bill at the end of our meal sub-par all around

Very disappointed with the service they provided to their customers. manager of the place didn't really have the decency to deal with customers complaints regarding the food. All the meals were ridiculously high priced for such poor quality food. The chicken sizzler Fajita was just 6,7 pieces of chicken with a tray full of onions and bellpeppers, the steak Diane was a total rip off, mash-patato and vegs were all frozen with 2 small pieces of steak. Ridiculously high price, I spent £80 and didn't even enjoy the food. Total waste of your money and time

The food wasn't very hot when it arrived. I asked for ketchup which if I went to the restaurant I'd get as much as I want. They didn't send even 1. The mojito was a slushie. Was quite disappointed considering the prices and how it is when we eat in.

Eid special! Wow! Ordered Lamb chops for starters and Lamb Steak Sizzler with chips and mash for mains! So Beautiful, so succulent! Cooked to perfection! Juicy and tender! Loved every bite! We had a table of 11 and every dish was beautiful! Service was as good as the food! Always great service from Imbraheem. Just a note, if you like Howdys then you don’t know what steaks are! This puts Howdys to bed! Unbelievable! Thank you guys ❤️

The food was stone cold. The cheesy garlic bread was cold and soggy and the chips were also stone cold!!! The veggies were just warm! The cheese whole experience was very disappointing and definitely NOT worth the over the top price!!!

Very good experience yesterday evening. Good food with great service. Extremely thankful to worker Sharjeel who went above and beyond and also helped us through the doors with a young baby by assisting in carrying the pram due to the steps at doors. Really appreciated

Avoid at all costs! We went to torros bradford for an evening meal and both got the surf and turf, we returned home and both began to vomit really badly due to food poisoning. Called the restaurant the same day and manager took no accountability/responsibility for the situation not even an apology. He kept saying food poisoning takes 8 hours and then said it takes 24 hours, and that he cooked the food himself, his reasonings for why the restaurant isn’t accountable for food poisoning and how food poisoning works kept changing. I explained food poisoning takes 30 mins and many things can cause food poisoning. After going back and fourth he spoke to the owner who said they wouldn’t do anything, disappointed that all they did was make excuses for the situation.

Avoid at all costs, food has gone donwnhill…my brother in law had a hair in his steak which was sent back not touched it was then replaced by a wrong meal to add to injury the manager who agreed 50 percent discount decided he is only going to refund £6 for the steak that wasn’t touched since it had hair in it…vile and disgusting not sure how the place is still opened
