Fantástico lugar para escaparse del tumulto de festival. súper agradable llevar deli con un pequeño espacio de descanso para el desayuno y el almuerzo. variedad de deliciosos productos de charcutería incluye la gran pan y aún mayores bacon-cured del artesano. Fácil y cómodo ambiente, muy popular entre los lugareños.

Fantastic little shop with so many amazing sweets. Having read other reviews I don’t know if we caught the owner on a bad day as he was a little rude asking why we’d left it until 4.50 to visit and making us feel like we were too much trouble. His wife? On the other hand rectified how he made us feel she was kind and welcoming. If we’d know they were there we probably would have visited earlier in the day but we’d only just arrived in Edinburgh and walked by and saw the shop. Still a fab little place and definitely worth a visit !!

We loved the atmosphere and the food. Everything was delicious. Especially the duck on waffles.

Too noisy, too small, one of us has a visible disability & we were given the smallest table in the joint. The ‘music’ was far too loud, so all the diners had to shout to each other. The place describes itself as being dog friendly & there was a chance that we’d have had a dog with us but there was no room for a dog of any size to lie down. If we had brought said dog, there’s no way we’d have stayed. I checked out the menu online & nowhere does it say they serve Halal meat. It only says “all meat is halal” on the paper menu in the restaurant. Very disappointed in that, halal killings are very upsetting & the animal suffers for a long time before eventually dying. I don’t support Halal so I won’t be back.

The food was exceptional and the waiter was so serviceminded and nice.

You would be laughed out of Argentina if you were served a steak like this. I ordered a fillet steak and it came like a flat minute steak around 6mm thick and tasteless. For almost £30 it was a joke. I won’t be back

Booked online but turn up and it’s closed? Well done. No email, no phone call nothing. Who’s running this place?

Excellent customer service from Sean, great atmosphere and drinks

En South Bridge buscando un bocado rápido y se detuvo aquí. El personal fue muy servicial y nos explicó / aconsejó cómo seleccionar nuestra comida y salsas para nuestros platos. Rápidamente nos sirvieron y nos sentamos a disfrutar de una comida muy sabrosa (arroz, salmón, varios ingredientes y especias en un pequeño café muy ocupado. Buena relación calidad-precio y bien vale la pena una visita.

Firstly the young lady who greeted us at the door was very professional, showing us to our table and giving us a warm welcome. The waiter we was assigned (Andreas I believe) was charming, funny and a pleasure to be around. The general manager (we didn't catch her name as she was very busy) was also very friendly when we asked for recommendations on the night life in Edinburgh. But my goodness the food 100% exceptional, from the starters to the mains. We would of tried the desserts but we was all satisfyingly full. Everyone of our party couldn't of praised it more. The scallops (which I had) were exceptional, compliments to the Chef. Also a wonderful atmosphere, fast service and clean. If you're visiting Edinburgh I highly recommend Gaucho. When we visit Edinburgh again we are certainly coming back.

Amazing Staff and Food to Die for

We loved the super laid back atmosphere. The dishes we chose were all small plates (we chose 7) but there was more than enough for our table of three to share. Really enjoyed the way they were severed, traditional tapas style. There a decent space of time between each and we never felt rushed.

La comida era buena y el servicio también. El restaurante estaba siendo renovado por lo que debería ser aún mejor a estas alturas. Los precios eran muy razonables.
