This restaurant is a little gem. We were a party of 8, 1 toddler and 1 wheelchair user. When we arrived we were greeted and shown to our table which had been set out to meet our requirements. The staff were so friendly and welcoming 5*. The food - we had garlic bread/ cheesy garlic bread and halloumi fritters to start. Mains ranged from chicken with sweet chilli dip, steaks with peppercorn sauce, vegetarian enchiladas, braised beef enchiladas and fish and chips. Everything was freshly made and tasted amazing. Would love to know what was in the peppercorn sauce as the 2 who ordered it said it was the best sauce they had tasted. My beef enchilada was amazing and am looking forward to returning the next time we are in Bangor.

Great food and friendly staff. Portions are quite generous. Gluten free options available. The empire stack was delicious, especially the tobacco onions (gluten free) on the top.

Was in for lunch a day this week had the bodenes burger it was amazing might be the best burger i had ever had service was also great and the prices were not bad at all would reccomend

This is the best place to go here locally for fine food with great service ,went this evening with family for a superb sunday dinner ,Three course meals each for the three of us which included an item that was not on the menue ,we left well pleased with the service recieved ,will definitely return

Ordered Fish and chips, the fish was not good, it's nearly transparent in colour as if it wasn't defrosted and the texture was gluey. The only good was the battered. The girl at the til was rude to be honest when we complained. But, we paid the full price. I wouldn't come back to this restaurant to have fish and chips again.

We had friends coming from Dublin yesterday (Tuesday). Had been in touch with the Four Winds to enquire if a booking in advance was necessary as I did not know the time of our friends arrival. Just knew it would be for lunch. Booking in advance was not necessary. Our meal was really good and the service was first class Our friends were really impressed. Would definitely recommend. Ridiculous closing time Arrived at 1933hrs on Thursday night to be told by staff, sorry we are closed. We closed at 1920hrs tonight. What sort of food establishment closes on a Thursday evening at this time? Not a way to run a business.

Mc Donald's and its poor quality and just warm food, what is going on with them. Need to talk my sister out of wanting to going here and eat else were. -⭐️ Can't give a 0 star, sadly. Went in about 9.15pm on the 28th of January. I understand they were busy, so I was ok about the wait, but to be handed the wrong food order. When I tried to call the member of staff back, she just stop to chat with another member of the staff. Then she walked on back to whatever she was doing. So I went up to the counter and stood for a moment to get seen too. That's ok as the place was busy, the member of staff that then seen to me got me a replacement order. I went back to eat it and this time, I got 6 cold chicken nuggets with cold chips. Not nice at all, so I had to go back again to say it was cold. Didn't have just as long to stand this time to get seen to. I got a new order again. Lucky this, it was warm, but by the time I had gotten back to the table. The cold food was still sitting on the counter and the member of staff that gave me the cold food the 1st time. Called over to me, "Would you not like your food back" I shouted back "way would I take it as it's cold" at this point evening colder. Not sure what McDonalds thinks about giving people cold food as this is not the 1st. McDonalds I have had cold food in and probably not the last. 0 star to McDonalds

Took my grand-daughter here after one of her transfer tests for a sit in meal. Food was excellent, freshly cooked and clearly hadn't been sitting around. Staff were brilliant, not just with us , but saw them helping people with trays etc. mopping up quickly when somebody spilled their drink. They were clearly enjoying what they were doing and went out of their way to help everyone. If I ever have another KFC I wouldn't hesitate in going back here.

I am writing to express my serious concern about an incident that occurred last night involving my 16-year-old daughters and her friends during their visit to Ards Tim Hortons for food and beverages . They were threatened and harassed by a male staff member, believed to be of Indian descent, which is completely unacceptable. This staff member made a group of teenage girls sit in front of him so he could “keep an eye on them,” which made them feel extremely uncomfortable and intimidated. This behavior is inappropriate and deeply concerning. As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to this establishment, and I urge management to investigate this matter thoroughly. I expect this issue to be addressed promptly and appropriately to ensure the safety and comfort of all patrons in the future. Angry dad !

First time trying here and because of the customer service I will not be back. The girl who took our order has no customer service what so ever, she was very abrupt and had no manners at all ( no please or thank you) she gave the impression she just didn’t want to be there very bad customer service from her. This was most definitely a put off from start!! Then we had waited nearly 30 minutes in the shop for our order which was only a burger meal and salted chilli chips no other customers in the shop at the time only delivery driver! Our Chips were hardly cooked and the burger was average for the price. Really disappointed in the whole process and for them reason I won’t be returning or recommending.
