excellent service and excellent delivery service

Lovely tearoom in a really nice situation. Great for cyclists and walkers. Unfortunately we visited today and had very slow service. I had to find a member of staff. We had picked out lemon meringues and coffee. The meringues were very poor and not what expected. Very little lemon and extremely soft ‘meringue. It was extremely sweet ! Traditional lemon meringue is much nicer and a lot less sugar! Why change something that is successful already!

Food was beautifully, lovely waiter. Very attentive.. But!! Place wasn't very clean, especially the bathrooms. Very grubby tiles, sink was all stained, toilets were not very nice 2 use.

Bodens is excellent . Excellent food and large portions the staff are very helpful and friendly.

This restaurant is a little gem. We were a party of 8, 1 toddler and 1 wheelchair user. When we arrived we were greeted and shown to our table which had been set out to meet our requirements. The staff were so friendly and welcoming 5*. The food - we had garlic bread/ cheesy garlic bread and halloumi fritters to start. Mains ranged from chicken with sweet chilli dip, steaks with peppercorn sauce, vegetarian enchiladas, braised beef enchiladas and fish and chips. Everything was freshly made and tasted amazing. Would love to know what was in the peppercorn sauce as the 2 who ordered it said it was the best sauce they had tasted. My beef enchilada was amazing and am looking forward to returning the next time we are in Bangor.

This is the best place to go here locally for fine food with great service ,went this evening with family for a superb sunday dinner ,Three course meals each for the three of us which included an item that was not on the menue ,we left well pleased with the service recieved ,will definitely return

Really lovely can't fault it will def be back

As my local I want to love this bar but it feels poorly managed lately. The prices are now city centre level and the service hasn’t kept up. The facilities are excellent but unfortunately let down by the service. The young staff are always polite and responsive but seem to be lacking any leadership. The last few times I have visited I have had to clear empty glasses from my own table despite an army of staff behind the bar and I can’t remember the last time a staff member called to our table to ask if everything was ok or if we would like another drink. Some small changes could make this place 5 stars again

2 double cheese burgers missing !

Took my grand-daughter here after one of her transfer tests for a sit in meal. Food was excellent, freshly cooked and clearly hadn't been sitting around. Staff were brilliant, not just with us , but saw them helping people with trays etc. mopping up quickly when somebody spilled their drink. They were clearly enjoying what they were doing and went out of their way to help everyone. If I ever have another KFC I wouldn't hesitate in going back here.

Been eating here for over a year and cannot fault a single thing. From the service to the food quality to the flavours. Absolutely incredible. Very accommodating and makes adjustments if asked. Good craic with staff and the food is top tier. Even with delivery food is always piping hot and arrives early. This place is out of this world! Would recommend to anyone who listens! 1000/10
