The best restaurants serving American food in South Eastern NI

Worst service attitude. Very bad experience. Will never recommend or visit again.

I went here today to get some of their baked goods for takeaway, I could not rate this place higher, the staff were soo genuinely friendly and helpful. We got a rocky road and a cookie sandwich and they were both amazing, I wish we could have tried the scones but they were unfortunately sold out when we got there. I would 100% recommend and will definitely be back.

I think they're coasting on reputation nowadays, because years ago it used to be an experience. Now the food is disappointing at best - £16.50 for a burger that was small, dry and definately didn't taste or look like it was made fresh. The steak manages to be burnt and tough on the outside while still red in the middle so half eatable and half rubber boot. And..... plastic plates? Seriously? For the ADULT meal?

Food was average, nothing special, service was speedy but not very friendly, there was a weird atmosphere sat in the small restaurant section of the bar. There wasn’t much on the menu either. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Best service and food I have ever experienced 😍 the piri piri chicken made my mouth hot in a good way, definitely recommend trying it out. The owner was very nice to give us a free garlic bread pizza and some delicious desserts ☺️. 10/10 for this restaurant and I would recommend trying this place out 🙂

Went there as working near by the food took a long time to come considering restaurant was not very busy. When it came food was cold and veg on another was rock hard raw. sauce on chicken when evetually got too it at bottom of bowl was so salty and generally unpleasent all 3 plates left almost untouched. had complained but didnt have the time to wait for replacement food. they took the drinks off the bill but that was it. Dont bother try one of the other food places on site

Both meals were Lovely, we really enjoyed our lunch Big portions on each plate Very delicious options on menu Great service too.

This is the best place to go here locally for fine food with great service ,went this evening with family for a superb sunday dinner ,Three course meals each for the three of us which included an item that was not on the menue ,we left well pleased with the service recieved ,will definitely return

Great night on Sundays. It's lovely to have traditional music playing. Can get loud from people competing against the music though

So disappointed we have always came here an has really friendly staff . Our son is autistic an dining out is hard, we go weekday as it's less busy. When we went we found one half of the restaurant closed. The other section was very busy I asked could we sit in the other part. I may add that previous times we have been here the staff have always seen that our son struggles and offered us to move into that area on this occasion she said no it's closed. I explained about our son and she still said no sorry it's closed. Onna positive we went a few doors down to blue bear grill who were fantastic from start to finish , they took has a closed part but they were very accommodating an offered dis we want to sit upstairs. Unfortunately I would most definitely not recommend jersey Street very sad as I would of previously.

The self selecting screens are great. No more rushed shouting in a bunged queue. You get time to think and customising your burger etc is easy, SO needed with fussy eaters. No need to drive thru to avoid standing chaos. Fast enough to still be called "fast food". Latte is a bit meh. Overall GOOD.

We took our grandsons and our daughter to Tim Horton at Castlebawn (Newtownards) for a birthday treat for the youngest, at his request. The staff were very helpful and gave us plenty of time for everyone to choose their meals, which they delivered to our table very quickly. The food was all excellent and tasty, and when he asked , our grandson was also brought a glass of water ( he doesn’t like fizzy drinks ). When the server heard it was a birthday outing, she brought an extra delivery of TimBits for the birthday boy. A very pleasant experience and well deserving of our praise. Thank you again

Took my grand-daughter here after one of her transfer tests for a sit in meal. Food was excellent, freshly cooked and clearly hadn't been sitting around. Staff were brilliant, not just with us , but saw them helping people with trays etc. mopping up quickly when somebody spilled their drink. They were clearly enjoying what they were doing and went out of their way to help everyone. If I ever have another KFC I wouldn't hesitate in going back here.

Always gd who doesn't love a mcds after a boozy NYT out or just in general. The McRib tho mmmmmmmm 😋
