Tim Horton’s in Ards

I am writing to express my serious concern about an incident that occurred last night involving my 16-year-old daughters and her friends during their visit to Ards Tim Hortons for food and beverages . They were threatened and harassed by a male staff member, believed to be of Indian descent, which is completely unacceptable. This staff member made a group of teenage girls sit in front of him so he could “keep an eye on them,” which made them feel extremely uncomfortable and intimidated. This behavior is inappropriate and deeply concerning. As a result of this experience, I will not be returning to this establishment, and I urge management to investigate this matter thoroughly. I expect this issue to be addressed promptly and appropriately to ensure the safety and comfort of all patrons in the future. Angry dad !

We took our grandsons and our daughter to Tim Horton at Castlebawn (Newtownards) for a birthday treat for the youngest, at his request. The staff were very helpful and gave us plenty of time for everyone to choose their meals, which they delivered to our table very quickly. The food was all excellent and tasty, and when he asked , our grandson was also brought a glass of water ( he doesn’t like fizzy drinks ). When the server heard it was a birthday outing, she brought an extra delivery of TimBits for the birthday boy. A very pleasant experience and well deserving of our praise. Thank you again

1st time visit. Burgers and fries not very warm. Bullding felt cold with cold air blowing from roof vents. All in all, not a good experience!

The staff were friendly, engaging and helpful; the coffee was good and reasonably priced and the chicken burgers were fantastic. Definitely wirth a return visit!

Saturday-Kids Eat Free Really busy this week as a football team were in. The Staff were under pressure but very accommodating and were trying to get everyone sorted as efficiently as possible. Really good customer service. Great value for the meal, amazing cheese and Ham toastie. Lattice/waffle fries we’re gorgeous. Thank you.

Had never been in any Tim Hortons anywhere. The coffee was good but the donut I chose was not - just an over sweet piece of dough. My granddaughter enjoyed her Timtams though.

Tables unclean. Food served cold and replaced with cold food. Staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to provide expected service. When I was clearing my table found bins overflowing

Service is exceptionally poor. Ordered food and paid using their screens, then attempted to purchase one of their mugs from a member of staff - who left me waiting for 10 minutes while my food got cold - coming past every few minutes to say "be with you shortly" - didn't actually seem to be doing anything except trying to look busy. I would probably still be standing there now, except I eventually lost patience and told them that I couldn't wait any longer and left mugless

Fast service, welcoming and friendly Staff. place was clean and tidy tables. Good food. Good parking.

But infinitely better quality products...a teatime treat for sure... far more sellubrious than its golden arched rival me thinks 🤔

Visited here on a Sunday afternoon, it has just opened and the place looks amazing! Very spacious and well decorated. We purchased a French vanilla latte and a hot chocolate to go, both were delicious! Staff were very friendly and professional! This will be our new regular!
