Phat Bastrd Burger in North Down

First time trying here and because of the customer service I will not be back. The girl who took our order has no customer service what so ever, she was very abrupt and had no manners at all ( no please or thank you) she gave the impression she just didn’t want to be there very bad customer service from her. This was most definitely a put off from start!! Then we had waited nearly 30 minutes in the shop for our order which was only a burger meal and salted chilli chips no other customers in the shop at the time only delivery driver! Our Chips were hardly cooked and the burger was average for the price. Really disappointed in the whole process and for them reason I won’t be returning or recommending.

Been eating here for over a year and cannot fault a single thing. From the service to the food quality to the flavours. Absolutely incredible. Very accommodating and makes adjustments if asked. Good craic with staff and the food is top tier. Even with delivery food is always piping hot and arrives early. This place is out of this world! Would recommend to anyone who listens! 1000/10

The burger and chips were both cooked to perfection. It's a little on the expensive side, but i feel like the price is justifiable for the quality - at the very least as a one off to try it out. One of the reviews claims they only took cash, but for me was able to use contactless card for my visit.

Got the couples share box when at a loss on a Saturday night. Thought it was really good, burger was huge, only criticism would be too much caramelised onion. Mountain of pretty good quality food, nice touch with the Prosecco and glasses, bit of craic in the shop and would definitely go back.

Burger was just OK, not nearly good enough for the high price (£13) Cock and cow box was extremely disappointing for the price - chips with slivers of overcooked steak with supermarket chicken breast and lettuce for £16!! Also the restaurant is cash only which they don’t tell you until you go to pay

I'm not sure where to start. honestly. I've been dying to try this place for awhile and decided while in Bangor a few nights ago I'd try it. The guy behind the counter was pretty dismissive of my friend & I at the start I found him to be very ignorant. When my friend who is very religious left wearing his rosary beads around his neck (not out on display) you could just about see the beads, the guy seemed to warm up a little & started light chit chat but it was already quite clear to me that believe it or not I'd fallen back into some sort of time capsule & religion played a big part in the welcome we received.. now as for the food it was lovely and thankfully we'd ordered the food to go but unfortunately Bangor is stuck in time and can't see past colours so it was a first and a last for us food was worth £40 but that's the only positive I had about our visit unfortunately such a pitty

Sainsbury's wagu beef burgers and not their own could make the same burger myself at home and avoid paying almost £14 a burger - joke they are
