Just ordered a burger and fries,whilst waiting for my meal I watched the young girl making up the burgers wipe her nose with the palm of her hand then lift a burger bap from the storage tray and prepare my burger,when I got my meal I asked for the supervisor, she asked what the problem was, when I told her she said oh I will get you another one ,not did I want a refund, so I politely said no thank you please put that burger in the bin

I ordered food 2 hours for delivery and arrived cold

Took 2.5 hours to arrive, drinks spilt all over food

I have to say this franchise is getting better. I've taken the children here a couple of times in the last couple of months and they've got the order correct both times! (Not the case in the past.) As for service, always the same, doesn't matter where you go, it just is. The big question you always get asked when reviewing these things is "what is the atmosphere like?", well its a fast food 'joint'. Is there ever an 'atmosphere'? During the day it's mums and dads bullied in to taking the kids, teenagers hanging out and guys getting a cheeky extra meal in on the QT. And then, at night, the drunks appear. Loud, obnoxious, teetering and hungry. Atmosphere is not something you go to McDonalds for.

One of the best chains in the country. When there is problems they are quick to redo the order and let you keep the old one if you can still eat it. Would recommend

Wrong order delivered so ended up with no food not happy

delivery took an hour and the driver tried to argue with me about the location of my house and tried to get me to give him the code over the phone, then had a go at me at the door because the map was wrong

Absolutely rubbish and took 2 hours to come and was cold when arrived

Bag was open, drinks had spilled and 2 burgers were crushed and other two burgers were unwrapped, very very disappointing

The food was tasty and warm. Items were delivered as ordered. Sandwiches were a bit messy, but it didn't spoil the experience.

I got a happy meal and there was a out 20 chips the bag was half filled. The order took forever to come!

Tried an early morning drive through 450am , waited about 10 minutes on a breakfast roll meal , it arrived actually COLD .

Missing large fried, a common thing to be ordered, how on earth do you miss that?!

Awful. Says my order was delivered and nothing has been delivered.

Requested a hot chocolate and received a cup of brown water!!! They changed it by putting spoonful of powder in. Absolutely terrible! Think staff need training for drinks machine. I eventually had it replaced again with coffee. Really making drinks should be a very simple task.

Ordered 3 burgers and 2 portions of the cheese bites. Asked for the rich tomato dip and the girl at the window left for all of 10 seconds to check, came back and said there is none. So we went on our way to eat our food. The burger was made wrong and only 1 portion of cheese bites. Went back round the drive through which the mistake was corrected by the lovely manager he even came back with the dips that "weren't there previously" The manager is a top bloke! Sad to say the staff are not!

Don't take orders on just eat if you can't take them. Pushing orders back because local orders come first

Service is slow, ordered at 4:45pm and delivery kept being set further back right up to 7:15pm......ridiculous. ordered cancelled McKinstry and Sprucefield are both as bad as eachother. Bloody awful service!!!! McDonald's you need to sort this.

this was a disgrace, the driver didn’t speak English well at all and he was so rude shouting at me over the phone. By the time he got here the food was room temperature, I didn’t even bother eating it. don’t know what’s worse the driver or the food

What’s the point in offering a product that’s late and cold - won’t order again.

Place was busy but could tell staff were doing their best. A lot of people standing waiting for orders and the number system wasn't working. Order was wrong, but it was too busy to go back and try to have it changed. As said they were doing their best.

Came cold and 2 things missing from order and has not been the first time things have been missing

they got food order mixed up then some staff got angry when we complained strange because mcdonalds aren't like that normally

Left a burger out AGAIN, honestly don’t get how difficult it is to read from the screen, manager seriously needs to watch over staff packing orders and the food is cold

2nd order placed as first order was wrong and second order wrong I ordered the cheesy mc crispy this is what came and I asked for no lettuce but meant to have cheese bacon and cheese sauce

The order was missing 2 hash browns from the McMuffin duo deal.

The worst McDonald's in the whole Northern Ireland. Luck of team work . Waiting time is ridiculous .People leaving without getting their orders or you get cold food. Staff is more concetrated on the serving delivery guy's. Quicker to get Chinese or chippy.

I've just received the wrong order

I orderd a Big Mac and got a tripe cheese burger

Order was missing part of it & the rest was cold

bit disappointed with the value for money.

Ordered a Big Mac meal, got the chips and the drink but no Big Mac

never gave hash browns mcdonalds always send the order wrong

our food was a bit cold when it was delivered. had to put the chips in the microwave for a few seconds to warm them up.

After having trouble with the order a couple of times, I am happy to say that this time it was flawless. Everything came as asked in the order, with all the extras and sides.

burgers weren't great looking, falling apart and the cheese looked like old plastic.

I normally don't complain about minor things, but this time it was too faulty to let it slide. It was missing the fries. The 2 Triple Cheeseburguers didn't have onions and pickles, even though I ordered the opposite: extra pickes and onions. It even came labelled like that, but the content was wrong. The meal deals came all messy, it was hard to open the box without dropping a lot of its contents.

There should of been 9 dips and 2 cheeseburger and there was none

large milkshake received was a regular milkshake in a large cup. level in cup was well below fill line (500ml). this is a persistent problem from this restaurant

The wheels have really fallen off in McDonalds in Northern Ireland. Burgers are misshapen and lukewarm. Salad element is token and limp. My wife's vaggie burger was two breadcrumb encased vacuums with a piece of browning lettuce and no tomato. Price increase is significant

Going from Belfast International Airport in the middle of the night. Found on our way accidentally. But hey, no queues, no waiting, the food ready in minutes, and hot! First time I could burn my mouth on a Mayo chicken! 😜

Breakfast wrap was awful. Not made correctly, eggs had burnt bits from previous orders, wrap was torn and soaked in ketchup. Hash brown wasnt cooked, sausage patty was dry and nasty. Flat white was cold
