late food, bad delivery driver, did not read notes

Driver too busy on his phone on a video call to deliver the correct items. Useless driver.

Burgers, fries and coffee were all cold

food freezing cold. un edible. food put in bin. such a waste.

Completely wrong order delivered. Spent £25 and got an order of £16 delivered. Ridiculous

Order was placed at 13:07 and arrived 14:17.

My order said delivered and it never arrived disgraceful service taking my money and not delivering my food, vet your drivers and I want a refund asap on my business card as this was a company expense and not acceptable! Sort this immediately

The food was cold and we did not get napkins or straws.

Food took about 30 mins to prepare, given the wrong burger. However driver was quick and helpful when he finally got the food.

Placed order at 11.45am. Only arrived at 1.35pm after multiple time delays. Food was freezing and uneatable - even the ice cream was like soup. Horrendous

never sent any food only drinks and took almost 2 hours for delivery . spent £26 for a couple of milkshakes basically.

What a shambles of a place, with staff that couldn’t put a nut in a monkeys mouth ! Ordered McCrispy chicken burger, which was cold and dried up… I would have had more flavour eating my slipper ! Never have I eaten such rubbish and paid such a high price for the experience ! Why O Why do the good people of Lisburn put up with such poor quality food and such deplorable service, with high prices to match, it’s shocking …!!!!!

Can't give a 0 star, sadly. Went in about 9.15pm on the 28th of January. I understand they were busy, so I was ok about the wait, but to be handed the wrong food order. When I tried to call the member of staff back, she just stop to chat with another member of the staff. Then she walked on back to whatever she was doing. So I went up to the counter and stood for a moment to get seen too. That's ok as the place was busy, the member of staff that then seen to me got me a replacement order. I went back to eat it and this time, I got 6 cold chicken nuggets with cold chips. Not nice at all, so I had to go back again to say it was cold. Didn't have just as long to stand this time to get seen to. I got a new order again. Lucky this, it was warm, but by the time I had gotten back to the table. The cold food was still sitting on the counter and the member of staff that gave me the cold food the 1st time. Called over to me, "Would you not like your food back" I shouted back "way would I take it as it's cold" at this point evening colder. Not sure what McDonalds thinks about giving people cold food as this is not the 1st. McDonalds I have had cold food in and probably not the last. 0 star to McDonalds

Most of my order was missing!!!

They person delivery my food went round the back instead of the front he rang me once and that was it. I can’t get to the back gate and instead of walking around to the front door they left the order on the ground and drone off. I didn’t. See my order until 2 hours later when it was freezing. Can I please get a refund or account credit

Took 45 mins to start preparing my order, when it arrived it was cold and there was also something hard and metallic in the sausage that chipped my tooth

Jacob who works in Sprucefield is very pleasant and always very positive when coming to the drive thru. A true gentleman is the word for him

Predicted delivery time, 15-25mins, order received 1hr 30mins later... please have realistic delivery times, similar thing happened yesterday an I had to cancel the order, today I had the time to wait. did get all that I ordered at least

Delivery driver was good, however the sauces I paid for were not packaged with the order on McDonalds end.

You pay alot extra per item for delivery and still it is never right, I ordered extra mustard and no pickle, came with no onions and looked like sauce barely touched sauce despenser, never mind not having extra mustard

For once, just once I beg the folks at McDonalds Sprucefield to get my order right, once again for the 3rd time in the past month my order is wrong. Just read the order, and give me that thing, ordered a beef burger and was given a chicken one, 2 weeks ago, ordered chicken selects, got nuggets delivered. Sort it out folks.

Was handed one bag , and when checked it was only the drinks never got the food ! And can’t get any contact with anyone to sort it out!

Worst mcdonald's I've ever been to Literally got my meal, sat down and food freezing cold, staff arguing with each other why is the order not getting shout out. Mayb if on the ball a bit more, people get there food warm Staff not great here at all Never step foot in the place again Disgrace

Had gone through the drive in to make an order for cheeseburger. We were told to ‘pay at window’ This was unmanned and lead to confusion when we picked up order. We drove home opened the bag to a disgusting flat looking mess. We had to throw burger away. Doesn’t anyone read these reviews? It would be good to think that customer complaints were taken seriously leading to improved service and food. Very disappointing. Who runs the McDonald’s at sprucefield??

This McDonald’s is a hit or miss but really good job today guys, all correct and all warm, great quality, food was a bit late but I’d rather that and have quality. Did a great job today xxxx

McDonald's wrap no salad at all. order delayed around 2 hours. not driver fault. McDonald's srew up.

my partners salad had meat in it and she is a vegetarian. would have made sense if we ordered the one with bacon but we ordered it with chicken and asked for it to be removed, plus she ordered a coffee and it never came. not good.

25 minute wait for 2 meals and some nuggets is appalling service. Yes it's Christmas eve but in-store orders seem to be ignored in favour of drive thru or deliveries.

christmas Eve is always a long wait on a takeaway but we were delighted that our delivery came on time and was lovely fresh and hot.

Sprite spilled all over the bag and soaked the two straws so couldn’t use it for the milkshake ordered. Food wasn’t warm either!

I pay nearly £5 delivery and still have to walk down 3 flights of stairs!!!!! I have mobility issues I don't no why I pay nearly 5 quid delivery plus delivery driver was very rude..... unacceptable

order placed at 1755 food was being prepared at 1925 this was a fast food request with delivery as we were to be out at 1930 therefore the order was never going to get to us in any acceptable time.

The driver was abrupt. He said he had been ringing and ringing and that He was waiting at far side of salto car park. The delivery instructions clearly said deliver to front door. Not a very pleasant delivery experience to say the least.

Order arrived 30 min late. I am either expecting a refund or re-order since it had a knock on effect on my work. Not happy with this at all. Also the food has arrived cold. Absolutely gutted with this.

I checked the map that shows the driver it showed the driver in my street but there was no one there and food was never delivered . where is my food ? how can your drivers get away with doing this ?? this isn't the first time this has happened either . absolute disgrace !!

Just ordered a burger and fries,whilst waiting for my meal I watched the young girl making up the burgers wipe her nose with the palm of her hand then lift a burger bap from the storage tray and prepare my burger,when I got my meal I asked for the supervisor, she asked what the problem was, when I told her she said oh I will get you another one ,not did I want a refund, so I politely said no thank you please put that burger in the bin

I asked for a mc. crispy and was given chicken nuggets, but on the receipt found that the mc crispy was ordered, I don't understand how this happened but it isn't a big deal.
