McDonald's in Lisburn

The self selecting screens are great. No more rushed shouting in a bunged queue. You get time to think and customising your burger etc is easy, SO needed with fussy eaters. No need to drive thru to avoid standing chaos. Fast enough to still be called "fast food". Latte is a bit meh. Overall GOOD.

Spicy chicken was not available and asked for the sauce they charged. If something is mentioned in the menu and not available then you should provide an alternative to the customers. Price is too high when you compare the quantity provided

Staff use one cloth to wipe down everything, can't figure how they have a 5 star hygiene rating.

There food is Shite just like that someone threw the burgers together wat a. Shambles never again will I be back it’s s disgrace that food you received is like this I put it in the bin when I got home

During meal preparation, restaurant staff often forget some things.

Currently pregnant and had a craving for an oreo mcflurry so drove 20 mins to get it just to have all of a few crumbs of oreo bits on my mcflurry!!!!!

McDonalds is what it is fast food and handy. Just wish they could cut down on the salt on their food as no need for so much. I asked for no salt and still got it. I also ordered a chilli chicken wrap but got a Caesar wrap Coffee is always good and a great price

Order wasn't half complete. Ordered burgers got boxes of nuggets and wraps containing items not requested. Along with three portions of fries I didn't ask for. Menu hasn't got the items in stock.. Was given sub standard and less than comparable items. Disappointed.

stuff missing from order as usual, dont know why im suprised at this point, stuff missing in every single order from here lucky enough just eat is able to refund the missing items, ruins your "meal" tho

My food arrived soaked in Coke as your courier hadn't packed it securely it spoiled my meal and considering what I had to pay for delivery we were very disappointed

food was just lukewarm when it arrived, and the were no dips included again. every order we've ever had delivered the dips are never included, I know they're small, buts it's so frustrating 😭

I placed an order via the app which I paid for via the app. I collected this through the drive thru and when I gave my collection code my order came up on the screen. When I went to collect a manager (Jennifer) was very rude to me and said she could not find my order and accused me of lying. She refused to give me order that I had paid for or a refund. The money has been taken from my bank and she would not give me what I had paid for. I have tried to phone and they are not answering the phone.

Same story as always. Wrong items delivered, missing dips, special instructions not followed. Mcdonald isn't fancy restaurant but at least provide to your employees proper trainings! Disappointed

it was on time only because the expected time of arrival kept getting later, and when it got here, the burger was luke warm and had things on it that i requested to be removed. the fries were freezing, the milkshake was very thin and the 2 mcflurrys were nearly completely melted.

Plain and simple. DO NOT USE on a Saturday night, the staff are woeful and the food cold by the time they work out what they are supposed to be doing

UBER Eats has let this business down again. Ordered Breakfast for delivery to our own business premises as a treat for our staff. Was due to be delivered by 10.25am, by 10.50 no delivery, on checking the app it said it had been delivered, but obviously not to the right place. Contacted uber eats to be told the driver claims he tried contacting us numerous times, which is nonsense, as we have 3 telephone lines and staff available to answer calls. No apology or explanation, and a refund will take weeks. McDonalds seriously need to rethink using Uber as a deliver company totally useless, terrible customer service, will not be ordering again.

What a shambles of a place, with staff that couldn’t put a nut in a monkeys mouth ! Ordered McCrispy chicken burger, which was cold and dried up… I would have had more flavour eating my slipper ! Never have I eaten such rubbish and paid such a high price for the experience ! Why O Why do the good people of Lisburn put up with such poor quality food and such deplorable service, with high prices to match, it’s shocking …!!!!!

This one was near to perfect. My previous order was a mess, but this one redeemed it. Everything was warm and the special burgers all came exactly like we ordered.

every time i order i don’t receive my items or food is cold

Ordered two double quarter pounder meals, one with a patty removed. Recieved a normal meal and the other was just two patties in a chicken nugget box. Got refunded by uber eats and reordered the missing meal to receive a burger with no patties at all. Someone in this mcdonalds is having a laugh and needs a talking to. Doesn't help that no one answers the phone.

I received my delivery to not only discover my mcrispy burger was missing! and the food was absolutely freezing!! I expected so much better as my daughters were both really looking forward to their takeaway treat. absolutely waste of money...

Ordered mozzarella dippers and gave me chicken nuggets but I got the salsa so was pure laziness, and got two Coke zeros and the taste of mould of them is disgusting couldn’t even eat it very disappointed

Again! Missing items and cold as driver had multiple drop offs. Rang the McDonald’s and can’t do anything other than go through the app. There needs to be a process in place for when there is missing items you should have an option to get it delivered and the restaurant gets the charge for it! Too many times it happens. Really frustrating

One of the worst orders so far. They forgot the straws and the fries. Order took 25 minutes more than the original estimate.

we ordered our food online and they would not let us inside to collect it. we could not cancel our order and could not go through the drive through

Went to the drive through got my order which was wrong. When I asked for it to be rectified they brought the order out with cold chips. Bear in mind I had waited 10 minutes for the order. After getting new warmer chips I left and when I started eating my food the burgers were also cold. Obviously they had just repacked the burgers which by the time the order was right was 15-20 minutes from I got the original order. Place is a joke

Man kept us waiting at the door for 15 minutes. Was close and personal touching my phone asking for a code ( bare in mind this has never happened before ever) the food is freezing the drinks are half missing.

Was here twice within one week the two times exactly the same order takes forever they seem to focus on the delivery guys, no table service numbers on self service they were all up at the tell so I got a table service number placed our order and went looking a table for four people seen only one available with drinks and chips spilt all under the table so I asked a member of staff could she help she answered im busy I said just when your free please. I have never been in such a poor run McDonald's

£47 order. Arrived with no milkshakes.The driver was very apologetic but could do nothing about it, I told him to take the whole order back, as the food was no good without drinks, he drove off. Have been trying to ring to Complain but can’t get through as they are busy. Absolutely disgusting service, unacceptable customer support will NOT be using Just eat to order from McDonald’s ever again, pathetic customer service, poorly trained staff, very disappointing
