Worst KFC ever! We called into his KFC for the first and last time. Although food is served fairly quickly the standard was poor, No juicy white chicken just pale grey greasy meat.the indoor bins were full with waste and the unisex toilets disgusting . I don’t want to share a toilet with a man who pees on the floor and over the pan Avoid this restaurant at all costs

Cold chips, pot luck with drink which was syrupy and flat. I think it was a pepsi max. Mighty bucket for one was thrown in a paper bag. Asked counter staff what drink it was as it was just sitting on counter and I didn't get option on ordering. Didn't even turn around and said "pepsi max". Quality!

Visited this place on Sunday 1st September and was appalled by it. The seats were stained and filthy, the floor was filthy with crumbs from previous customers, greasy and sticky tables where they hadn't been wiped down properly, it was poorly lit, there were flies everywhere buzzing around while we were trying to enjoy coffee and the window were alive with flies. It was virtually empty which also speaks volumes. This place is filthy and very badly managed.

Stopped to charge the car. Store was closed due to a card fault so used the drive thru! No issues. Went to the door to see if they would let our daughter use the toilet (it had been a long drive). The rudest old lady was sat in her Modus outside stuffing her face. Stated she was a member of staff. We asked if they could let us in so our daughter could use the toilet - her growl/reply "No - we are not a services love". Then back to stuffing her face!!! 🙄

Dont bother with this place. Customer service is rubbish!! We waited half an hour for 3 meals and milkshakes. After half an hour they finally called my number but without actually checking they gave my food to another customer! When the server realised her mistake, she brought the food tray back up and tried to pass it to me like nothing had happened. They wanted me to take food that someone else could have touched without replacing so I refused and asked for a refund. When I complained to customer service, they told me that a replacement was offered to me. NO it was not- the server assured me food wasnt touched and wanted me to take that one. Milkshakes had been drunk by other customers too whom then realised it was the wrong order. Same thing happened to someone else I know. So clearly this is a common problem at archies. Customer service is absolutely rubbish and the wait for food is not worth it. I wouldnt even bother visiting.

Avoid at all costs, I had a californian wrap,my son had a burger. Both lukewarm, the bun was wet so couldn't be picked up with fingers, to much salad in wrap, only 2 tiny bits of chicken, chips felt like they had been cooked a re warmed, drinks were flat. Toilets were absolutely disgusting 🤮🤢

My Quarter Pounder was stone cold, even the cheese was not completely melted. The gherkins and onions were so sparse as to be almost non existent. The fries were cold . My husband had a double cheeseburger and fries which were cold. His chocolate milk shake was pink and had the taste of a mixed strawberry and weak chocolate. The staf were very pleasant. We would never return to or recommend this restaurant . The birds ate some of the recycled food; although rather expensive bird food.

the order was very slow going through and I didn't receive my code I started my work an uber delivery man arrived. He appeared to have difficulty understanding simple English and he was very difficult to understand as he just kept repeating Code he was calling my mobile number and repeating code on the phone. I showed him that it was me he was calling but he just repeated code I explained that I hadn't received a code and I told him exactly what the order consisted of but to no avail.He left with my order which I had paid for.Then I tried to complain on the uber app but all it kept doing was showing me a picture of my food and showing it as delivered! Absolutely appalling service. Luckily I work full time as a night receptionist at a large establishment where I am asked at least 3 x a shift what food de companies I recommend needless to say I will ensure to explain why I don't recommend Uber food. As I paid with PayPal hopefully I will get my money back ASAP. It is totally unacceptable for a company not to be able to deal with a straight forward staff capability issue by being contactable. Awful Service! Got my meal a minute after my partner ordered and they didn’t get their meal for 10 minutes and i went up to asked about his meal and all I got was dirty looks from this one member of staff and the whole time we were there she just kept staring at the two of us. Working in customer service myself this was an awful display and food was not up to standards!

So I ordered a meal from the Birmingham New Street - not for the first time, but most definitely now the last time. Usually they get orders wrong or the driver just doesn’t bother turning up - this time however, it was the portion size. Omg who are they feeding - mice????? £8.99 for the smallest portion of food to have ever graced my plate. These KFC franchisers are killing the once respected brand
