Excellent dinner, burgers and chips were tasty and fresh!

In 3 years it was the worst chicken I have had in England, no flavour, nothing good at all.

Excellent service and fresh food , I like that they read the notes and provide exactly what you asked for. My son loves the food from here

Only thing fresh was the chips. The chicken was tough, dry and cold. Usually Chicken Express is a lot better than this.

Taste wasnt great. Oily and smelly, especially the chips. Oil needed changing.

Good quality fresh cooked food

Ordered last minute. They accepted the order. Made special requests. They were followed. One or more drinks damaged on delivery, in the drinks bag, which I returned on the doorstep. The driver returned just a few minutes later with new drinks. 5 stars all around.

I didn’t not receive my food at all never coming here again. Simply bad.

The chicken was finger licking good! The wings had a nice spice to them! The food was delivered piping hot! Happy first time customer. Will order again.

Very bad review. I was issued a £5 voucher as it was nearly 1 and a half hours late. The chicken also had black bits so that was not good.

Food came nearly 30 minutes late. Had to call the shop a number of times to find out when my food was getting delivered. Kept on getting told that the driver was 5 minutes away. Upon receiving the food I noticed that the chicken had melted through the packaging into the carrier bag. The chicken didn’t taste too great and looked as though it wasn’t cooked thoroughly. The chips were lukewarm. To be fair the hot wings and BBQ wings were the only good thing about the meal. I won’t be ordering from here again as the chicken imo wasn’t cooked properly plus the delivery time was abysmal.

Ordered at 7, delivery scheduled for 7.45, after many phone calls with rude staff from the restaurant, the pizzas were delivered 8.15. Basically all together I had waited more than an hour. I felt sorry for my hungry kids. Awful service!!

The food from here is always great and Iv been a customer for years and my cousin Oli used to work here for many years. However the last three time’s ordering food the delivery driver has been extremely rude, one time he lied and said he had been calling me once he was outside of the house as my buzzer does not work( I have a sign on the door saying not working)and he then returned back to the shop and when I called he was saying he’s no time to deliver my food as he had called me (but he didn’t) he told me to make my way to the shop myself. Second time with the delivery it was fine he called me and I buzzed him into the building) Now today he called me and stood outside the block of flats whilst I was buzzing him in and calling him but he didn’t answer his phone and instead when my husband questioned him why isn’t he coming in he as rude and said that he had buzzed the door and I didn’t answer, he knows the buzzer doesn’t work and he has to call me so I can open the door from upstairs but this guy just does not want to deliver the food to the door and is extemely rude. When I said I will inform the shop owner as I know him he said fine go ahead the owner is my uncle. Please tell your drivers not to be so rude next time. Other than that the food and other services are excellent it’s a shame this guy is ruining your good reputation

Menu could do with updating, specifically mentioning what is in items and what items are. Food was tasty the chips especially.

The veggie burger is not great.

They forgot to send the 8 wings when i called they offered to look after me next time... i ordered the wing because i want them. When they came 10mins later they were cold, so the driver probably forgot it in his bike but obvi they wont send new ones they send the cold ones. Won't be buying from here again.

They did not deliver my order and claimed that someone called down from the window to leave it at the front door. This did not happen. On top of that they were rude on the phone.

There was a FLY cooked into the cheese of my garlic bread. On top of that the chicken was stale and recooked. Absolutely rank! This used to be a really good shop, one of the best, and now I definitely won't be going back there.

Was fasting all day. Ordered food to have for iftar(when we break our fast) and I didn’t receive anything for the time it was due so I called up the place and they said 10-15 mins but then it took an extra 30 mins or something. Overall the order was delivered about 40 mins late which was so bad. The food was decent but due to the service being so unreliable I would not order from here again.

Restaurant did not alter the arrival time.... I had to call to get a nx estimated time!!!

Excellent: I asked for a specific number of thighs and the Owner called me and asked if I would like to wait for them or get an order with mixed pieces immediately.I asked to wait and was it worth the wait. Excellent Customer Service. The Driver was very polite and friendly. The Chicken Pieces were hot, great size portions, great tasting and crispy. The Chips were well cooked, big portions hot..The Water was ice cold as I like it. I received lots of sauces, napkins and salt. Overall Excellent Service and Food. I would Recommend !!

Food delicious. Pleasant delivery driver. Received vegetable pizza instead of pepperoni. Son loved it. So no problems.

So my food arrived only for me to discover a meal that had look like it had been drenched in the sea. The drink they had placed in the bag leaked all over my food. As contacted the restaurant for a result to resolve the situation they completely dismissed a replacement meal or refund in which I had to contact just eat directly. Wouldn’t recommend it. £7.64 on absolute rubbish.

Excellent : The Driver was polite and friendly and apologised that my food was 30 mins late because they had a lot of orders due to Covid. Chicken: The Chicken Portions were as I asked the restaurant read the notes.Well cooked, fresh tasty and good size portions. Chips: Hot,fresh, well cooked and big portions.. Coleslaw:Nice tasty and creamy. Drink: Cold as I like it Lots of Sauces and Napkins.. Overall: Excellent Value for money, great customer service and great tasty food. I would Order again...Brilliant.

The chicken inside the burger was dry even with the mayo etc. Maybe overcooked or left under the warming lights too long. This place normally has great food so this the only time disappointed

To start with, got a call 20 mins after placing the order, to say one of the items wasn't available if that was it then I would have been ok. Order was 45 mins late and the food was barely warm. Had to reheat and it was passable. NEVER EVER AGAIN

Food arrived late but the quality was great and was updated on the on the times of arrival as they where increadibly busy today.

It says it was meant to be free delivery but a charge of £2 was added... Very sneaky.

Stake burger wasan't stake it was chicken . Delivery was late 1hr. Chicken strip it was cold and funny smell. Never order again.

I ordered chicken wrap and received lamb wrap. I didnt make a problem because I was starving but it was the worst lamb wrap I have ever had.

Delivery 30mn late. Driver in a rush. Bag was wet because of the steam from the food. It ripped when I opened and food ended up on the floor. Extremely annoyed and disappointed!

Food was late. Called the restaurant to find out what was going on. Told me 7 minutes - nothing. Had to call again. had to wait another 7 minutes after that call. guy on the phone assured me that this was because they wanted to make sure the food was piping hot. It was NOT piping hot. Also, the driver didn't call before even though i put it in the notes and called the store earlier to request this. Worst service in ages

I ordered chicken nuggets and a piece of chicken with chips, it was ok. Wasnt nice wasnt horrible right in the middle. Do not think i would order from here again unless there wasnt anywhere else open to be honest.

They didn't have ribs so the restaurant called and let me know in advance, I told them to substitute it for wings instead which they did (after trying to make it sound like they're doing me a favour, not sure why but ok). Food was half an hour late and stone cold when it got to me. Driver was rude, no hello just shoved the bag of food in my face as soon as I opened the door and walked off. Safe to say won't be ordering from here again.
