Great cafe, great options. Super friendly staff. Can get busy with dogs so if yours is a bit nervous sit outside. Highly recommend!

I’ve been coming here for at least five years now, the service, food and shisha has always been consistently good. Staff are really polite and friendly, menu is great and shisha is top quality. Price point is really good too. Overall really nice vibes and great place to go and watch football as they have a few tv screens.

Compared to most sheesha lounges in London and outskirts, this place offers affordable shisha+food with quality, would highly recommend for a standard night out.

Very friendly staff and the shisha and mocktails were great. Didn’t get to try the food as I went after the kitchen was closed.

Overall I quite enjoy this place, however I am not sure what the need is for a security man guarding the entrance like its the crown jewels. Quite intimidating because he is so stern and unwelcoming. Considering he is the front of house it's not a great start. Also not sure why he has handcuffs?? Planning to make citizens arrest? anyway I persisted to go inside as I have been a few times before and the staff inside are very nice and attentive. The food is always great and they have some unique items like "buffalo bites" and Nutella filled mini donuts, both which are delicious. Shisha is also good here. Slightly overcrowded and quite squashed inside. But overall a nice place, with good variety food and flavours.

Shisha and atmosphere is nice but the security guard is extremely unpleasant, ruined our experience. Fire him and replace with someone who understand customer service skills or provide training

Nice lounge, standard prices for the area so nothing unexpected. Didn't have anything from the food menu unfortunately but shisha was nice. All savacco flavours available and original standard in flavours in stock too. Staff looked and acted professional thoughout. Parking is OK for the evening. It would be a nightmare in the morning and afternoon. This place is cash only which is super annoying and no free cash machines around. There is a cash machine in the local off licence that charges £1.99. Lost a star purely because of the inconvenience of not having a card machine. It really is annoying in 2021 to handle cash.

Why does nobody answer the phone to make a booking?? And they have no other means of booking.. Heavily frustrating.. they don’t even answer DM’s.. How has everyone else booked?

Nicest Shisha spot I have been to, food is really nice and staff are friendly, I actually have been to this place soo many times. Little advice don’t go too late because you may not get in, it gets very busy.

My friend and I visited Huggamug and we were left extremely disappointed to say the least. The quality of food and drink being served here is about a 2 out of 10. The starters tasted like something straight out of the packet from the freezer, The steak was overcooked, tasteless and tough accompanied by Bisto gravy. The mocktails were an absolute JOKE. We watched the guy at the bar put together our drinks, two lots of fruit juices a splash of FLAT lemonade which was left out on the counter top for, who knows how long? A couple of blueberries and raspberries on a toothpick to jazz is up a bit does not enhance the taste of an awful effortless mocktail. The descriptions on your menu do not mirror the drinks you serve not in the slightest. A huge disappointment. Definitely won’t be returning.

AMAZING FOOD!!!!! REALLY FRIENDLY STAFF AND THE SHISHA WAS SO AMAZING LASTED QUIT ABIT. I WILL RECOMMEND THIS PLACE GUYS SHOULD BE ON YOUR TOGO LIST.

Best Shisha in town, great food and excellent service.

I don't usually do reviews, but I felt that the consistent efforts and service of all here warranted it. This place usually takes me just over an hour to travel to, but it has always been worth the journey... on arrival you have hand sanitising station and were given the option of where we want to sit. The menu has recently changed in line with the regulations, so you scan a QR code and a PDF is displayed on your phone. We were served by a chap who went by the name Smiley (I let you guess why they call him that), very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked him to recommend me a flavour as I wanted something different. He recommended Frozen Blueberry and Lychee, I must say this is not something my taste buds had before and the flavour was rich and smooth, the clouds were thick. I thought I was on cloud nine! The shisha is by far the best North London has to offer. They have recently upgraded to Savocco shisha's and disposable pipes which give an enjoyable smoke. Coal was changed regularly. They have a fantastic menu, food we ordered was exceptional (Chicken strips, Cheesy One and some and Chicken Buffalo Bites washed down with a lime moijito). I have ate here numerous times and again it is consistent. Shout out to the Chef Atilla, but kitchen closes at 11:30 so make sure you get there before then to avoid disappointment. Oh and if you want to satisfy your sweet tooth, then make sure you have their bakhlava 10/10. All in all a very enjoyable experience. Service was on point with friendly and attentive staff. Would highly recommend and looking forward to my next visit.

Highly recommended this place. If you want to have a good shisha this is the place to go! They change their pipes regularly, Tabacco doesn’t burn and you can smoke it for hours. Great food, big portions and easily to share with friends. Yes, it does get busy but if you go at the right hours you can catch a table before everyone else is out. Staff - always nice, polite and helpful.

covid forms felt a bit awkwars at first. but its fine. the toilets had wasps in them. stank so bad and the shisha garden looks so outdated..the place was so hot and we asked to move but they said its for big groups. felt a little neglected that they couldnt cater for our need on such a hot day. i get it but we usually leave within hour or so. really unwelcoming and im sorry guys but . cannot.think to.go back agaon. this place has let go of it self. we travel far but alls not worth it.

Great vibe, good shisha and amazing food!!!!

Atrocious. To all the reviews mentioning how good this place is, is mind baffling. Having travelled 120miles to reach this destination I was quite excited. Upon walking in the building, everything seemed okay and then immediately I noticed the disappointment. The visual aspect of the lounge looks nothing like the pictures presented, but a tackier version. Secondly, and more importantly staff knowledge on Shisha was horrendous. Asked the waiter about what goes well with a certain flavour and he just didn't know, did not respond and point blank just stared like I had said nothing. Asked again, and he went to ask the 'Shisha Maker' (More on him later). The shisha maker quite frankly doesn't know what he's doing - seems to be in the wrong profession. This is where I simplied my order to a shisha only (Was about to order food and another shisha, thank god I didn't). They use Savacco v2 pipes, which are good - however everything beyond this point declines. The flavours were almost non existent, and this was accompanied with a Vimto Base (We did not ask for this). After telling the 'Shisha Maker' , he quite frankly said it looks like that but its water.. As if I'm to believe that (Been working in lounges for 7+years, so I know what I'm talking about) Left after around half an hour, and went Noa instead where I had a much more pleasant experience. Will not be returning due to lack of professionalism and be the looks of it false advertisements of how it's supposed to be 'Classy with customer service' yet there was none. Only positive they had, was QR code Menus as opposed to regular menus with the current pandemic.

I was under the influence of a mind expanding, hallucenagenic drug at the time of my supposed visit to 'Huggamug.' As a result, I have no recollection of ever having visited this establishment.

Average food & shisha. Not really good service either. Waited for 25 minutes for 3 people to be seated. The owners look too tense, need to smile a bit more

One of the best Shisha places I’ve been to. Staff were very attentive and made sure we had a great time. Majority of the food is grilled so it’s a healthy alternative. Shisha was great with lot of cloudy smoke and regular coal changes. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed my time here. Shisha was great, though felt the food was average, with burgers extremely dry and overcooked patties. The Mac N Cheese also needs to be refined. The cheddar cheesy top layer became stale and rock hard pretty quick, which left this dish inedible. Only plus point was the chicken strips, which were succulent dipped in sweet chilli. Perhaps their other grilled items are better, though pricing had put me off. Drinks were flavoursome, both the Strawberry Mocktail and Blue Lagoon. Great place to hang out and relax. Would visit again, only for drinks and shisha. Nice environment. Clean and welcoming staff with heating also available. Roof retracts, which gives it that great atmosphere in the night. Shisha is of good quality, though at £25 per pot, can be steep. This includes Al Fakher and the more premium flavours, all the same standard price. There should be a pricing difference. Management need to look into this. One final plus point was the fact that there was no service charge.

In my opinion the best shisha lounge in London. The staff are always really friendly and the place offers a relaxed environment to wind down with friends. Shisha has never disappointed and the food is delicious. Thank you guys!

We visited this lounge as a group of 4 and ended up paying over £100 for a few drinks and two shisha. Absolutely horrified with how expensive this place it. Owners/Management need to reduce the prices ASAP. Will definitely not be visited again! Ever!

Huggamug is located in North London, Not to far from Turnpike station📍 Serves full grill menu, bar for drinks and Shisha. We ordered the butterfly and lamb chops with chips, each dish came with salad. Really enjoyed our meal, full of flavours and very juicy meat! 🤤 The mocktail was nice we order pinacolada 🍍 Shisha we opted for frozen apple and pan, was nice and sweet not strong! Flavour lasted a long time unlike other shisha cafes.

Good relaxed shisha restaurant however the coffee needs to be worked on... if you enjoy your coffee maybe give the coffee a miss

Best chicha in London! Original flavours with cube coals that last quiet long! Tobacco is even for sale at a reasonnable price. The waiters are helpful and really nice! Cant wait to be back. Merci beaucoup 😉

I’m only giving 4 starts because this place is a bit pricy. But saying that they do some of the best shisha in London. My mates live nearby and are regulars but for me it’s a bit of a trek so I rarely go. The smoke is great and the flavour really comes through. The food is surprisingly good. Gourmet burgers etc.

RUDE & ARROGANT MANAGER...... but the bar man and the rest of the staff were excellent On weekends they tend to force us a group of 3 to buy two shisha when all we needed was just a single & who smokes two shisha when one would do... Burger meal was tasteless and trash. Aside, that good customer service. Only good for couples and if more than 2 people... AVOID this place.

Place is amazing proper nice chill out spot was confused on what Shisha too choose was a lot of variety lol and the Shisha pipe was smoooth! Best shisha cafe in the area! The service is amazing and the shisha is always excellent! Whenever we have had a problem the staff quickly resolve the situation. Price per shisha is £25, which is expensive in my opinion but it is becoming a norm in these areas.

Huggamug is a shisha and gourmet burger joint in Tottenham (West Green road). Straight away you'll notice that their menu is short and concise which is a great thing. I had the sweet potato cries which was brilliant, quality and delicious. The regular mojito mocktail was decent, it was not minty at all even though I asked for extra mint and it was not mixed properly. The BBQ wings was again decent. Not amazing. And the burger was good. Texture was great. All in all, its a decent place but a bit pricey. Cost us just under £40 for 2 meals. And they take cash only. At the back they have a shisha garden which I didn't visit; so I can't not comment. But with shisha at £25 it's a bit on the pricey side. Huggamug normally show all football games with advance notice on their Instagram so I'm sure it's a nice hang out for shisha and football with mates.

Nice chill place. Shisha is great and food is even better. Recommened for a chill out with friends. Staff are friendly too and understanding. Went for my birthday earlier in the year and staff went the extra mile with bringing out the cake with candles. They even packed it up for me after too. Great place overall. However, it is cash only!!

I've only recently tried Huggamug (after travelling between Beirut Nights, The Banc, Syong Lounge etc.) and have to say that Huggamug is one of the best shishas I've tried in London. The interior is really nice and unique, the staff were very accommodating and the shisha tasted fresh and clean and did not burn out too soon. Another huge and unique plus point was that the staff kept opening and closing the roof periodically - I've never seen other places do this and it's a brilliant idea! Well done! I've unfortunately not yet tried the food, but it looks delicious. Music was at the right volume and for those complaining about the pice, that's what you pay for a good shisha in London. If you want a cheaper, low quality shisha, try Edgware Road. And apparently you can stay as long as you want - they don't have a time limit like other shisha places! Will be back tonight!
