Starbucks Kingston Centre in Milton Keynes

I go to all the Starbucks in MK and this one is my favourite, the drinks are always super tasty and it's always clean in there with nice seating options.

I’ve visited this Starbucks several times recently and the customer service is 100% first class. A great atmosphere in the store and the team are always in great spirits. The cleanliness of the store is one of the cleanest I’ve seen for some time. So many other Starbucks could learn a lesson from this store. This store is a credit to Starbucks and they should be recognised for their service.

I went here today and the young girl that made my drinks was very grumpy and looked like she really didn't want to be there. The man that took my order didn't even look at me and also looked like he didn't want to be there. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept all day and the tables and chairs were dirty.

Visited this morning unfriendly miserable staff decided to sit in and noticed how filthy and dirty the floor was including the station where the sugar/ stirred are kept this certainly hasn’t had a good clean for a while. Deffo won’t be visiting this Starbucks again
