What can I say? This place is awesome! We go to Cornwall 1 week a year and we are treated like old friends. Great Landlady. Fun happy and friendly staff. Hillarious pub quiz. Welcoming locals. Reasonably priced drinks. And a juke box that has the Fraggle Rock theme tune on it (the Lighthouse from Fraggle rock isnt that far way away). Good atmosphere too. Would 100% recommend

Highly Recommend the Kings Bar and Hotel. The Room we Stayed in is Perfect side for my 1year old son and myself, The room was immaculate on check in, and catered with a kettle for my sons bottles and a travel cot which i am very grateful for. The food is 5*, we have tried a variety of the New Menu. The shower and Bathroom is lovely and clean and Well stocked for Guests, if you need anything a simple ask and it’s there. I would highly recommend this place for Guests or the Pub in General. The Landlord and Lady Nate and Brooke can not accommodate you enough, very friendly and welcoming into there Pub.

Poor management ,ignorance is not an excuse avoid ! Choosing whom can enter , is discrimination, I won’t waste my time , on these nasty pieces of work , furniture looks like it came from palette skip.

So noisy full of screaming kids, service was slow, meal arrived wrong and cold, sent it back for a new one. Steak was very chewy, not a nice experience and was not worth the money. I do not reccomended this place.

I was staying at the nearby Premier Inn when I ordered food from here via the McDonald’s app for collection. As I wasn’t in a vehicle and the place was shut for walk inns it took an age to collect my food as they said they would only bring it to the click and collect bay if I was in a vehicle. Madness. Finally agreed to place my order on an outside table which they had to walk past to get to the click and collect bays. Shouldn’t have bothered. Food was awful and cold.
