KFC in Hillingdon

This place is awful unless you just want a bucket of chicken. Expect nothing to be in stock unless you get there before 10am, no wraps, no sauces, nothing except fried chicken, and I've even seen them run out of that during a lunch rush too. They have no idea how to cook their skin on chips they now serve so they are always partly raw and taste like dirt (although I'm told the taste is on purpose?), it's actually rather funny watching people buying chicken from KFC and then going over the road to McDonalds for the drink and chips.

Need to sort out the ordering, cleanliness and people asleep in the place! What's that all about. Staff friendly.

Came here on a Tuesday evening quickly before a cinema trip and was happy that when I arrived it wasn't too busy. I was able to order almost immediately and within a few minutes I had my food and was sitting at a table. It's was a standard KFC quality but the piece of chicken that they gave me in my burger was extra big which was nice as a lot of time the meat is smaller than the bun

Queue was being dealt with quickly and food arrived quickly and hot. Basically how fast food should be served! Clean restaurant.

Ordered many times but less no now as the chicken pieces are small because you are not there to ensure they put decent sized pieces into the box!

The lady who served us - Jewaniya was polite & friendly. Got my food to the table & the chips were stone cold!! Took them back & the manager/supervisor just threw them to one side & gave me fresh chips. No apologies nothing. Eye contact was even a problem. Tables need to be cleaned more as I had to ask to get the table & chair cleaned as someone was clearly a messy eater.
