This place is awful unless you just want a bucket of chicken. Expect nothing to be in stock unless you get there before 10am, no wraps, no sauces, nothing except fried chicken, and I've even seen them run out of that during a lunch rush too. They have no idea how to cook their skin on chips they now serve so they are always partly raw and taste like dirt (although I'm told the taste is on purpose?), it's actually rather funny watching people buying chicken from KFC and then going over the road to McDonalds for the drink and chips.

Came here on a Tuesday evening quickly before a cinema trip and was happy that when I arrived it wasn't too busy. I was able to order almost immediately and within a few minutes I had my food and was sitting at a table. It's was a standard KFC quality but the piece of chicken that they gave me in my burger was extra big which was nice as a lot of time the meat is smaller than the bun

Ordered many times but less no now as the chicken pieces are small because you are not there to ensure they put decent sized pieces into the box!

The lady who served us - Jewaniya was polite & friendly. Got my food to the table & the chips were stone cold!! Took them back & the manager/supervisor just threw them to one side & gave me fresh chips. No apologies nothing. Eye contact was even a problem. Tables need to be cleaned more as I had to ask to get the table & chair cleaned as someone was clearly a messy eater.

2A High StreetYesterday I've had a very hard day. Didnt sleep or eat whole day. Cried whole day. Because of personal reasons. I went to the shop finally after someone's pursuation to eat something within budget. I was talking to that friend on phone the whole time and waiting quietly. The pakistani/indian guy there called me. He asked what salad i.want. i was holding the phone but not talking to anyone. And my voice was very low. Reasonably. I had a hard day. He didnt hear me properly. Suddenly he EXTREMELY RUDELY asked "can you please put the phone down for ONE MINUTE PLEASE?" I was baffled. And very insulted. Then i asked "yes of course but u cant behave like this with me". Then he asked " and can you talk a little LOUDER? I CANT HEAR YOU AT ALL...etc etc". At that moment I was so insulted that i didnt hear him at all. I said "sorry i dont want" and left the place. I got out and cried the whole road. This day was so hard for me. Therr was no one beside me except for a stranger friend on facebook who was there just because i requested. I was missing my parents. I had been horribly betrayed by someone. And i was sick. Ut was the only shop nearby my house. And now i get this after having the courage of finally getting out to eat? I wanna ask that guy, "do you know how much courage it took to get out yesterday?" and you didnt even reimburse my payment. Anyways. I.dont want that too. Maybe you shouldnt presume and behave this way with a person from next time? You just dont know what he/she went thru right? I hope you learn to be a human in addition to having a good business. Thanks.
