We visit a few times a month and everytime we have been no matter the time of day they never have any meatballs. In the whole of last month we have been they have not had them once!!! Staff aren't the friendliest either.

Lamentablemente, el servicio y la calidad de la comida van de mal en peor, eso es si obtienes tu comida. reservamos una mesa para las 5 pm solo había un miembro del personal del piso para servir y limpiar todas las mesas en el día del boxeo que nos sentamos para las 5, 20, el restaurante había comenzado a vaciar a estas horas. El asador estaba completamente seco y una norma obsoleta desde que cambió el menú. la mayoría del menú estaba agotado tuvimos que cambiar el orden después de haberlo pagado. para las 6, 50 pm, nos dijeron que las dos primeras hamburguesas estaban listas solo y que el resto tendría que esperar, teníamos 9 personas en nuestro grupo, qué desastre pedimos un reembolso y nos fuimos. Desde el cambio de menú y la gestión, el asador está siempre seco y rancio y hay que esperar hasta 40 minutos por una hamburguesa, incluso cuando está tranquilo si tiene suerte. solía ser un buen pub familiar, ya no todo el personal regular se había ido debido a las quejas de los clientes y los que todavía tenían suficiente. Gracias por arruinar nuestra comida navideña familiar, hemos estado con ustedes los últimos 5 años. La ultima palabra

Second time i have been here now food is always really nice at a fair price. It has a real family atmosphere to it always walm and welcoming staff.

If I wasn’t a gambling man, I’d probably never eat here. That is one BURNT hash brown. I paid money for that.

just ordered on deliveroo and was extremely let down the chips had absolutely zero seasoning no salt or anything the famous bad boy burger was so unbelievably salty that my partner couldn’t eat it. my burger the triple bad boy had no coleslaw or cheese like its supposed to and was so drowned in sauce it was inedible . The actual burger patties were completely burnt to the point they were black and when i tried to call 4 times they never answered and there is no option to leave a voicemail , it was overall a terrible experience and i would never order again nor would i recommend anyone

Small and cosy place, we ordered with no problems at all ,as we were there a gentleman was in need of assistance and the staff were very helpfull and helped him to order . The food itself was fantastic, well prepared, and fresh. Thank you, we will be back .

Possibly the worst chicken kebab Ive ever had. Chicken slices were a translucent grey colour all stuck together in a lump, covered in a gloopy garlic sauce with chilli, salad was warm lettuce and white onion and I think there was a bit of carrot in there. Pitta bread was so thin and like cardboard, total waste of £7.90.

Received the wrong items in the meal, it isn’t difficult to get it right! The food was cold and tasted terrible, and there was a hair in my food. Spent £30 on crap.
