KFC in Harrogate

Ordered at 6.29 for delivery ASAP came at 9.30 .. cold and awful .. no apologies from driver and will never order again !!!

Both sets of signature fries were missing from the order

Left a note for delivery driver as postcode doesn’t find address and wasn’t read. Saw the driver on app driving around for 10 minutes and then called to find where I was. Food cold and this had happened every time I gave ordered with kfc and never with any other take away I ordered from. £45 order and cold food!!! Not happy at all!!!

Incredibly quick delivery and food was hot! Driver was very courteous.

That did not taste like chicken at all . Will be my last order ever again .

Fries were limp and semi warm. The chicken is also limp and not crunchy and literally taste of a texture of Rubber. The worst KFC that I've ever had. very VERY Disappointed that I've just spent close to 20 quid on this Mess.

The cold drinks were in the warm food so had to put the drinks in the fridge to go cold before we could have them.

We ordered via uber eats and have had good experiences in the past. The food on this occasion was unfortunately very overcooked and they had run out of gravy. Everything tasted very strange compared to usual and from chatting with the locals, the store seems to be really deteriorating. Based on the food quality and the over £30 price tag for our order, I don’t think we’ll be ordering here again in the future

The KFC is a ten minute drive from my home. When the food arrived it was clear it had been sat somewhere. It was lukewarm, chips were soggy. An expensive meal not worth the £16.95 price tag .

Small and cosy place, we ordered with no problems at all ,as we were there a gentleman was in need of assistance and the staff were very helpfull and helped him to order . The food itself was fantastic, well prepared, and fresh. Thank you, we will be back .

The order was placed at 6.30pm for delivery at 7.15pm. It arrived at 8.10pm and was freezing cold. Bored of consistently poor service

I occasionally like kfc ,but this time the chips were cold,the chicken was undercooked ut the bread crumbs were hard and dry

It can be a tricky address to spot, and the Delivery Driver made it almost to the door, and helpfully called to check where to go, spotting me as soon as I picked up the call. Made the delivery a lot smoother than normal, and is appreciated.

I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known it would take an hour to arrive, it was advertised as 15-20mins delivery

It was the most tasteless burger I have ever ordered in my life. It was so dry and cold that it was indescribable and the fries were literally old, fried for the second time. Order for 3 people went to waste.I will never buy KFC again.

For the amount of money I paid the food was poor and cold I love Kentucky food but not from this shop I thought it might be better as last time was poor but no it was even worse I would warn people against ordering from here very little for a lot of money

The food was nice but cold as the delivery driver went pass our road to go to Knareborough. Considering we live just round the corner from the restaurant I thought he would have come here first

I ordered the food at about 5:15, the delivery time kept on being changed. I was going to cancel the order after about an hour and a half of waiting but how to do this was not clear at all on the app. The food eventually arrived at about 8:20 meaning it took over 3 hours to arrive. I respect that with the weather it may take a little bit longer but 3 hours is beyond ridiculous. By the time it had arrived we had prepared and started eating an alternative meal making the order essentially useless.

What’s the point of having a phone number if it doesn’t go through been waiting over a hour and a half for food

Must be the longest surviving KFC in the same location. Went here for my 8th birthday party in 1980. Still going in the same location over 40 years later.

Called in this afternoon for a very basic zinger burger.4 or 5 staff doing naff behind the counter, was told that I had to order via a machine in the corner. What's happened to customer service??? walked out the door and ordered a lovely sausage and chips from Portside chippy. Via an actual person. How unique. Last time I'll ever step foot in KFC.

The food we got was ok but nothing special and the one meal had to do three due to the kids not arriving: how can you forget two meals!

we ordered food at 17.50 it arrived at 19 .35 we ordered the 14 piece party bucket . when we opened the bucket of chicken there was 11x drumsticks out of the 14 pieces of chicken . thought it would arrived quicker with so many legs. very tasty though .

Went to KFC and ordered a burger meal the burger was made by a tattooed female staff with nail extensions can I ask the manager is this allowed, isn't against the food hygiene policy?

Popcorn chicken & chips were very greasy, a kitchen towel soaked most of it. The food is always a tad spicy, so to avoid heartburn, I prefer to eat a bit at a time. Still enjoyable though. Driver was polite & patient.

the seasoning recipe on regular chicken has changed so much, where is the pepper? why change a recipe thats worked for decades. chips are still really good tho.
