KFC in Harrogate

Since the renovation, the food quality has significantly improved—it's now crispy and juicy. Eight out of ten orders meet good quality standards. The staff are friendly and helpful.

I occasionally like kfc ,but this time the chips were cold,the chicken was undercooked ut the bread crumbs were hard and dry

It can be a tricky address to spot, and the Delivery Driver made it almost to the door, and helpfully called to check where to go, spotting me as soon as I picked up the call. Made the delivery a lot smoother than normal, and is appreciated.

I wouldn’t have ordered if I’d known it would take an hour to arrive, it was advertised as 15-20mins delivery

Food was freezing - delivery driver was taking a personal phone call in his car sat outside my house.

Never arrived, really disappointing

It was the most tasteless burger I have ever ordered in my life. It was so dry and cold that it was indescribable and the fries were literally old, fried for the second time. Order for 3 people went to waste.I will never buy KFC again.

For the amount of money I paid the food was poor and cold I love Kentucky food but not from this shop I thought it might be better as last time was poor but no it was even worse I would warn people against ordering from here very little for a lot of money

The food was nice but cold as the delivery driver went pass our road to go to Knareborough. Considering we live just round the corner from the restaurant I thought he would have come here first

I ordered the food at about 5:15, the delivery time kept on being changed. I was going to cancel the order after about an hour and a half of waiting but how to do this was not clear at all on the app. The food eventually arrived at about 8:20 meaning it took over 3 hours to arrive. I respect that with the weather it may take a little bit longer but 3 hours is beyond ridiculous. By the time it had arrived we had prepared and started eating an alternative meal making the order essentially useless.

What’s the point of having a phone number if it doesn’t go through been waiting over a hour and a half for food

Must be the longest surviving KFC in the same location. Went here for my 8th birthday party in 1980. Still going in the same location over 40 years later.

Called in this afternoon for a very basic zinger burger.4 or 5 staff doing naff behind the counter, was told that I had to order via a machine in the corner. What's happened to customer service??? walked out the door and ordered a lovely sausage and chips from Portside chippy. Via an actual person. How unique. Last time I'll ever step foot in KFC.

Ordered through just eat. Order turned up and half was missing plus the chips were half portions. Tried ringing the company as it was the kids meals missing and the phone number doesn’t work! The food we got was ok but nothing special and the one meal had to do three due to the kids not arriving: how can you forget two meals!

we ordered food at 17.50 it arrived at 19 .35 we ordered the 14 piece party bucket . when we opened the bucket of chicken there was 11x drumsticks out of the 14 pieces of chicken . thought it would arrived quicker with so many legs. very tasty though .

So many times happened to order through just-eat.co.uk then waited 30min the order is cancelled...

Went to KFC and ordered a burger meal the burger was made by a tattooed female staff with nail extensions can I ask the manager is this allowed, isn't against the food hygiene policy?

Popcorn chicken & chips were very greasy, a kitchen towel soaked most of it. The food is always a tad spicy, so to avoid heartburn, I prefer to eat a bit at a time. Still enjoyable though. Driver was polite & patient.

the seasoning recipe on regular chicken has changed so much, where is the pepper? why change a recipe thats worked for decades. chips are still really good tho.

Ordered the BBQ Fillet Tower Box Meal which doesn't state mayo in its description- (Original Recipe Fillet Burger topped with crispy hashbrown, cheese and smoky BBQ sauce. With a piece of Original Recipe chicken, regular Signature fries, your choice of side & a drink.) Only when you go to customise you get an option to select to Mayo! Why is mayo on everything these days!!!! Also got 6 pieces of chicken. I think someone forgot to add at least 11 spices as it was bland and no flavour at all just the taste of old oil. Very disappointed. Won't be going back unfortunately! Last one we ordered more than a year ago was also rubbish.

Why is it your drivers will not get out of the car to deliver to the door. I frequently get drivers who call me to say they can't find my building and when i go out they are sat in the car next to my address. Very poor service.

Wow! During off peak, my 6 piece meal was prepared in no time, just shy of a minute! Talk about swift service.

I ordered my food at 12:27 and it arrived at 13:42x delivery time said it was going to be delivered at 12:40 to which the time changed 3 times. The food arrived it was stone cold, this is really appalling as food should not be cold after driving up the road , I had to heat my food up in the microwave it was stone cold, please can someone explain to me how this happened , thanks

Absolutely ridiculous not saying it was Just Eats fault but the burger had the onion and lettuce in that I didn’t ask for it is ridiculous how simple a order can be, as I work in the hospitality and catering business making and taking orders it isn’t rocket science no matter how busy it can get during the day or night.

Paid £30 for 2 soggy zinger burgers with manky lettuce (all 2 strands) soggy chips, soggy hot wings and missing popcorn chicken!! Disgusting

The chicken tasted like it had salt on it and I just hope that those brown specks on the chips were pepper and not garlic! Whatever it was, I couldn’t eat the chips. I couldn’t take the risk! What a waste!

driver went to the wrong address

Food was ordered for 1830 and finally arrived at around 1950, also the food was barely warm. Not impressed in the slightest.

We have food missing from our order that we have paid for the chips are all cold and soggy we want the missing food but we have no way of asking for this and the number of the restaurant does not connect calls this is poor and we are now left as a family of four with a short delivery and cannot all eat a full meal

Undercooked chicken with patchy coating, chips more like scraps and chilli bites only had 4 pieces of chicken-tbf one was quite large but….. Not good enough for £25+ and the map is faulty as driver was before the store when delivering, then notified delivered some 5 mins before delivery! Oh and could you please employ non surly foreigners?
