food was near on cold wrapping that burger come in was wet thought it was grease but wasn't its the burger had been left standing for a while in the wrapping .

We got the waffles that we asked for with the ice cream. Just the wrong drinks as we got 7up not the Pepsi max as we ordered.

The cookie dough was bad The nachos were bad The wrap was good and chips good and milkshake good good

The milkshake was gorgeous but the chicken box selection was very average. Tad soggy, not especially hot and I had to pop it in the oven first.

Nachos were very dry and spicy. I wish they served some salsa or chatni or sauce with it. Waffles 🧇 were really nice and fresh and very delicious.

I liked the food and the service. We ordered waffles and ice-cream and it wasn't too sweet. My little girl loved the big teddies 😊 We even got some chips on the house which was delicious, thanks again guys. We will be back

The actual Sundaes are just three quite small scoops of ice-cream and LOADS of whipped cream topped with some sauces. Had the brownie one and i actual had two small pieces of brownie in the whole portion. Sorry to say this but i wouldn't really recommend this business to anyone.

Spoilt is a great place not only to get some fast food but the main reason we go is for the desserts! Caramel Sundae! Yum

Really nice and enjoyable food - was a little cold but didn’t matter as it didn’t affect how nice the food was. Ice cream and milkshake wasn’t melted, overall really good experience.

The food took a while to arrive after it said it was on the way. I think they must have made a few drops before us. The chips are usually amazing but they weren't very warm and because they'd been in the box a while they were soggy. I left most of them. I don't usually eat the bread just take it off the chicken but this time I couldn't take it apart it was just stuck together. The milkshake was very runny because the ice-cream had melted. It's such a shame because their food is a big favourite in this house.

Worst takeaway ever, I’ll never ever order from spoil ever again and will definitely tell that to friends and family. An absolute waste of money. One star is being generous.

The food was over half an hour late, delivered by a child with (presumably) parents waiting in the car, make of that what you will. In this cold weather, the only wrapping provided were as single wax paper sheet for burgers/thin paper bag for fries and all of it put into an open top paper bag. The burgers were placed on the bottom, so once we unpacked of course it turned out they were ABSOLUTELY smashed flat. The curly fries were somewhat tasty, but by how hard (hard, not crispy mind you) they were you could tell they were old. I'm adding a star for the burger patties being somewhat tasty and there actually being a little bit of salad.

Pre ordered for delivery at 9pm. Arrived bang on time and nice and hot. A lovely chicken wrap, cheesy chips with the cheese actually melted and the cookie doe is to die for!

We always order from Spoilt but quite disappointed tonight. My chicken burger arrived luke warm, I imagine the drive and too much sauce made the burger go cold quicker. Too much sauce for my liking. Would have liked more peri on my fries.

These guys are amazing! We ordered a special box with biscoff, the best milkshake in Harrogate for sure! Great food, great service, the driver did apologize about a little delay, but we also ordered at the busiest time. Keep up the good work!

Although the some of the meal arrived on time, half of it was missing! This was down to just eat not spoilt. Spoilt resent out our meal and waived half the fee.

Amazing as always! I asked to swap the onions rings in the box for some jalapeño bites as I don’t like onions rings and they swapped them for me and the portion was huge I couldn’t finish it and the milkshakes are the best

This place is the bomb.com! My husband and I have gotten dessert here sooo many times and it never ever disappoints. I’ve not had anything on the menu I don’t like. Burgers, fries, the cheese sauce is the closest to American cheese sauce dip for fries. Divine. The desserts are second to none. 10/10. Chefs kiss.

I love ordering the Special Box, it's so much food that I never can finish in one go. The milkshake that comes with it, just out of this world. Best deal in my opinion.

Arrived 2 hours after ordering, was late by half an hour, food was lukewarm at best, and the cookie dough was smothered in chocolate instead of drizzled. It's disappointing because I love the food from here. Hope it doesn't happen again, but this is the second issue in a row I've had now.

Firstly ordered two deserts and only one arrived…this was annoying due to the wait time and killed the experience as I’d done mine before the rest of the order arrived. Paid £2 extra for chocolate sauce and literally got a slither which is just stingy guys come one. Plus only 3 strawberry’s. Let that slide and ordered again only to have a dry waffle with again, no sauce and they didn’t include the extra chocolate we paid for. This always happens on the late shift 👀. Safe to say we will not go here now, thanks a lot
