Spoilt Gelato in Harrogate

Ordered on just eat and left a message to ask if the driver would say happy birthday to my three year old, not only did they do that but they gave him a free slice of cake and wrote happy birthday on it. How lovely is that! All items ordered were amazing good quality and great portions. Big thank you to all the staff you exceded all expectations and made my sons birthday extra special x

Went into spoilt the other day with my friend and we both got some food, she got a waffle and I got a milkshake and cookie dough and it was delicious, the service was really good, can’t wait to go back

Had heard good things about the cookie dough from here but was left pretty disappointed was very mushy and didn't have much taste, service was average too with the staff seeming distracted for the whole time.

Tried out this place last week had heard really good things but were left very disappointed. Ice cream just tasted off which isn't good as this is their main seller. Will not be going back soon.

So, following reading the reviews on here we decided to get some ice creams on a sunny Sunday afternoon.The staff were great, the price was great, but the ice cream just tasted wrong. Both my wife and myself threw them in the bin as was our distaste.

Always a good place for dessert after dinner. Friendly staff great range always feel so full after. Keep going guys who run and well done 😁

Always go here, or get in delivered to our home, there’s another gelato shop in town that had just recently opened. This shop is 1000 times better, staff are always friendly and helpful, delivery never takes longer than 20 min, good portions, very very addictive:)

Awesome desserts... available on Just-eat so delivery is taken care of, the menu is extensive... from crepes to waffles.... Gelato shakes to scoops...... a combination of strawberry crepe, banoffee waffle, white choice waffle were ordered, came with a scoop of gelato... additional cost if you wanted a different flavour to the original vanilla served with these items.... Milkshakes with a big selection of different flavours, mix and match.... I had a turkish delight flavour with pistachio gelato.... really enjoyed it..... no need to leave the kitchen at home as this can be ordered for delivery..... one of the better gelato places I have tried....

I quite often take some young people who I support to Gelatos and the staff are always very accommodating and patient. I've also been with friends as a nice treat as the cakes are yummy!

The food was literally amazing totally worth the value of the money. Best waffles ive ever had would definitely come here again over many places. Customer service was very good friendly people overall was a very good experience. I would recommend people to come here

I am biased because it's my favourite place to chillout with my son. Pajwa, KJ, Mo, Chloe and David are just wonderful people who all make you feel very welcome and they treat you like family. The waffles are THE best and cooked fresh and to order so expect a short wait between servings. 32 choices of amazing flavoured ice-cream and 3 sorbets ensures at least 36 guaranteed visits

Food good. AppRt from we waited 45 min and all 6 people eaten separately, as meal came long after eachother. The owner I'm guessing been behinds bar talking to his friend really loudly. Won't be coming back.lol

Visted several times. The most memorable was around 10pm one evening after a very expensive ladies 'get together' meal in town..during the disappointing main we all decided to pay up and debunk to Spoilt Gelato for pud! Fresh cooked waffles,strawberries, bananas, white choc icecream drizzled with white chocolate..simply gorgeous. There s just about every flavour ice cream, sorbets,cakes to die for, crepes,hot and cold drinks. Caters for every age..it is a MUST go to treat for anyone. They do evening deliveries locally too.

I visited on Saturday afternoon and bought ice cream to take out. There are lots of flavours to choose from and a good mixture of flavours.

We must go to Spoilt at least every week... a group of us always go for an after dinner pudding or just a random trip out.

I'd thoroughly recommend this place. The choice is almost overwhelming and portions are generous. The one negative was that my stomach wasn't big enough to have more! A great asset to the community.

Been a few times over the last year and always lovely. Bit more than I expected to pay but when you see the portions I can see why. I would recommend the waffles! And they do take aways.

I've been loads of times and the food they serve is amazing and it so nice, the milkshakes are so tasty and are not sickly, I would deffiantley recommend to anyone, the staff are friendly and very welcoming and they also do delivery now which just tops it off!

Only managed to make it in a couple of times both times were amazing. If I could afford it I'd be in every night and 20 stone!!!!! Great care taken with presentation and feel really welcome. Wonderful staff. Feel at home the first time you walk in. Everything was great, not a bad word to say. Everyone in Harrogate must try it!

We visit on a regular basis and I can't fault anything about this shop. Customer service is next to non, nothing ever to much trouble. True gentleman that work there.

I have had many visits here and every time it has been hugely welcoming and the service has been 5* .. if you are planning on visiting Harrogate this is the place to go.. The waffles and pancakes are amazing along with all of the other food they serve.. SPOILT GELATO is the place to be whatever the weather!!!

I had heard great things and thought I would visit with friends to enjoy some ice cream on a sunny day. Everything was delicious - there is plenty of choice in ice cream flavours, waffles, crepes and cakes - all reasonably priced and delicious. Next time it's sunny I am going to visit there

This business is such an asset to outer community The service is top class and the ice cream is delicious with a huge range of flavours. Hadn't tried the waffles but they look delicious.

The deserts are out of this world and the 3 guys that work the shop are the nicest people ever who can't love this place and all the cake variety ?

What a lovely couple of blokes , really helpful and friendly let me try a couple of ice creams for final choice ,went with raspberry ripple was lovely ,birthday boy had vanilla , and we were given a piece of cake in a bag on them for birthday boy ,would definitely go again .

These guys have got it right. Fantastic desserts every time I've been. We've tried waffles, ice cream, cakes, sundaes, and every time we've been very impressed.

This place is amazing the deserts here are what you would expect from an American diner which is what it looks like here. It is clean and the staff here are lovely, they are always polite and cheerful they constantly have a huge smile on their faces. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of the food which is great. The range of different desserts are great and the portions are unbelievable, the food tastes amazing I couldn't recommend it enough here me and my family are never disappointed with the food and staff here.

The place looks so good almost like an American diner the food is amazing there is a wide range of different desserts there are more ice cream flavours than anyone could imagine, including red bull and other delicious rare flavours. I would always recommend this place as the staff here are lovely they always have a smile on their faces and they are always polite and cheerful. You can't help but love it here the prices are great for the quality of food that you receive I would expect the prices to be a lot higher but they aren't. Me and my family are never disappointed by this wonderful place and the staff here.

Ice Cream which was ok and a crepe which was ok for prices which were a bit high but not stratospheric. Clientele was interesting, wasn't expecting local characters to frequent an ice cream joint. Kids were mad for it me not so much, only one star for hygiene rating should ring alarm bells but suffered no intestinal incidents. Probably wouldn't make a special trip but live round the corner

Really pleased that Spoilt Gelato has opened in Harrogate. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, they instantly put a smile on your face. Food is excellent, shakes and waffles made to order. Highly recommended.

Spoilt Gelato is hands down the best place for desert in Harrogate. The staff go out of their way to help and they have a lovely dining area out the back.

I will be returning to spoilt staff are amazing and so kind. Lovely shop love the pink and white and the ice cream is like heaven I haven't tried anything else but my sister loves the waffles and we have been back 2 times and every time we have returned everything has been spot on. Would recommend this to all my friends and family.. and I will be returning on pay day ☺ x

Poor hygiene, not good value for money at all. Prices too high for the portions given. Restroom very unclean and no disabled facilities or space anywhere for baby changing! Will not be returning anytime soon until improvements are made.

Nothing special really but nothing too bad. Average food for average price. Wasn't particularly clean and you got to question why it has a hygiene rating of 1 out of 5, for a place just selling desserts with no raw foods and no cooking as such.

Ice creams and desserts! More than you can handle. All reasonably priced. I will be going back to sample more. The only downfall is the location and lack of parking.

I have only visited once but plan to go back. The guys were really polite and helpful and the Crepe was to die for! My mum visits often and they are always really good to her. will be back soon.

Served by two very pleasant guys. great choice of food. all very tasty. spent about £20 for four of us.
