Horrible pathetic customer service! The woman on the order phone had a whatever attitude to her. The guy at the counter called Alfie was trampy, didnt know how to speak and looked like he needed a good wash too. Dirty place with a place attitude. Stay away!

service was bad dint let me and my famaliy take are time to choose what we wanted all tabels were dirty me and my famaliys food were flat cold dont think im ever going to that macdonelds again

Poor service. Everything we ordered wrong despite actually speaking to them after multiple experiences of wrong food given. Assured it would be correct got it home was given 4 drinks we never ordered and one meal missing along with both mcflurries. How hard we only ordered 2 chicken nugget happy meals both with fruit shoot, 2 mcflurries 2 Apple pies...... And they can't get that right. Was told to reorder through just eat but only order a small coke paid £7 including delivery!!! £7 for what we should have got right the first time. Just don't waste your time

Went through drive thru at lunchtime on 24 August. Went to order milkshake and got told not available. No explanation of alternative suggested. It's summer, it's school holidays and they don't have mistake. Why? You'we open 24/7 so can't you fix this problem at night? Very disappointing. I am reminded of why I don't frequent McDonalds!

We visited McDonald's Bradford on the 17.08.22 after having a poor experience in the harrogate McDonald's we visited the leeds rd branch and the tables were clean floors were clean much better experience

I had visited McDonald’s early hours Thursday morning and the service was absolutely horrific. The staff were continuously ignoring customers when we asked how long the food was going to take after waiting for our food for half an hour. The restaurant wasn’t busy but all the staff were so slow. The manager Tom was on shift and the way he treated me and my family was ridiculous, he clearly did not know how to keep on top of orders. We had asked to speak to a manager and he completely ignored us continuously swearing behind the counter because he was stressed, the whole experience was so unprofessional and he did not deserve the role as a manager. I went in there with my grandson to get fillet meal and banana milkshake same as last week when machine not working so asked why is it not working same was not working last week instead of answering question got asked to leave store kids were in tears very horrid horrible experience please avoid this horrible Thornbury McDonald's

Briony was extremely welcoming, helping us with the track-and-trace and the menu which we had never used before. Briony is an asset to McDonald's.

Last night I went this place I had a ariya ice cream.it was wonderful.i always like MacDonald.i like to recommend this place.

Not a great fan of the twin arches but stayed at local hotel. Food mediocre, not hot and bland. Not a fantastic experience

After the cinema we popped into this restaurant with 3 grandchildren. We know McDonalds well but this was disappointing. The staff were courteous and prompt but first the order was wrong; then when we began to eat most of the food was lukewarm. The staff were helpful in getting us hot chips but by then the rest was cold. I don't know where the fault lay but the staff are not being managed/supervised correctly. We expect McDonalds to be cheap and cheerful, but orders have to be hot, fresh and correct. Nice staff is not enough.

The staff need a good wash and the uniforms need to be clean , not helpful customer service is is not good , it's like they don't want to be at work and it is just a job

It was fairly busy when we just popped in for lunch, very effecient, food was hot and tasty, coffee nice and hot, just as a Macdonalds should be

We had the breakfast menu food from here . we ordered breakfast for 17 and it was ready in no time and piping hot. Thank you

Even for a macdonalds this place is just horrible! The staff is rude and not helpful at all, the take your order as if they were doing you a favour! This company should really look at the way they train people... Be more friendly please!

Worst takeaway food you can imagine, limp chips, tasteless bread, burger not so good. I would not recommend Mcdonalds to anyone

Parado aquí como parte de un viaje y nunca me sentí la necesidad de quejarse de un McDonald's antes, pero esto era ridículo. Los niños allí claramente parentless th arrojando cosas y gritando.Tuvimos que esperar por la comida (no es una cuestión) pero cuando llegamos, no estaba aún caliente y las patatas fritas en los niños feliz comida eran absolutamente recubiertos de sal! No es de extrañar que no quería comer y solicitaron la nuestra en su lugar.

Visitamos en una noche de la semana por 8,15 pm. El estándar de la comida, pero nuggets no eran tan caliente como deberían ser. Muy lento para servir en el intercomunicador con un montón de los álamos y las bocinas en- tuvimos que esperar varios minutos con nadie delante de nosotros, así que no tenía idea de lo que pasaba. El servicio rápido una vez orden. sensato comida a buenos precios.

I was passing by this venue as my hotel was nearby. The staff were very efficient and friendly. Good food. Cannot complain.

Real bad not your usual McDonald's maybe I caught it on a bad day the fries were cold unsalted and rubbery the fizzy pop was not fizzy on the up side the quarter pounder was good but the cheddar chicken burger was a disgrace

Went for a quick burger during my lunch break. No coke! What sort of a burger bar runs out of coke???Poor.

Went for lunch with my daughter and we were told to sit down and wait for our meal which was brought to us when we had drank half our coke! Meal was very nice but we had to eat it in our coats and scarves it was that cold. Not pleasant. Convenient place for us to have a quick meal but next time will eat it in the car.

When certain staff are working it's brilliant, I agree with some other comments about being sent away with half a meal and having to wait for the rest, I once went through the drivethrough and ordered two happy meals and two sundaes, I got given the drinks and sundaes and got asked to park in "bay1" which happens 9/10 times, after waiting ten minutes they brought out the happy meals and my kids sundaes had near enough melted. I once ordered a meal through the drive through and got it home (5minute drive) and I had hot chips which was a shocker. It's McDonald's not a five star restaurant but the amount of times I have spent waiting I wouldn't call it fast food.

Of late, we have placed our order and the chips have been put on the tray whilst we are told they are waiting for the burgers and they won't be long. Not good enough - who wants hot burgers and cold chips. Or, we are told to take the tray containing the chips/drinks and the burgers will follow. Again not good enough - we want to eat them together.Yesterday, there was a bit of a queue, staff appeared to not be doing very much in the kitchen then when we did get served it was a very lack lustre service. Don't know if I will return..........

Chips are great and staff work really hard, but the rest of the food is a bit scary. sweaty burgers and plastic tasting chicken. We go because the kids are always bribed by the free toys...you know the story...

Visit fortnightly for a quick lunch in order to have a break from work.Food served fast, efficiently and usually with a smile!Cheap and cheerful.Cant go wrong!

Visited yesterday for a quick lunchtime break.....Big queue when we arrived, but staff pleasant, helpful and courteous....busy with lots of folks, shoppers, families and visitors...weather was really bad, so many had come in to eat and sit....long queue also at the drive through....when the food eventually was presented to us, it was the usual fast food and quality we expected, ....The toilets were a little disappointing as they were a bit ''grubby''....paper on the floor and the floor needed a good wipe.....but overall a pleasant stop, no pressure, no blaring music so able to hold a conversation .....Car park a little narrow in parts to negotiate, but plenty of spaces to park....some disabled spots and no steps anywhere.....so all good access....
