The best restaurants serving American food in West Midlands

Waited over 20 minutes for order to be done. 2 people cooking were more interested in talking than cooking. Loads of food sat in the side of the fryer and just left there. Both my order and my daughters order was given without the drinks and we had to ask for them. Very poor service

Ordered cauliflower wings and got chicken ! Incompetent.

My partner rang Friday morning to book a table for breakfast for my 30th birthday, this isn't something that Darby's normally do but after he spoke to the owner it was all arranged with a birthday cake and champagne. The team really pulled out all the stops and made my 30th birthday one to remember! We have been coming for the past 5 years, the food is great and staff are always helpful and welcoming Thank you again to the team for coming out and singing Happy Birthday and making my partners plan come to fruition

This stylish bistro commands the best position in our small market town. The food is good, American smokehouse diner style, generous portions, and reasonably priced. Tonight I ate the Med Veg Salad and it was outstanding! Light and tasty! Well done Chef Sheldon! Service was swift and very friendly. This venue is a real asset to our community.

We had a great experience at Hub Box Falmouth. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The staff were absolutely lovely - friendly, welcoming, and couldn’t have been more willing to help us. They made sure we had a table with plenty of space for our pram, which we really appreciated. We’ll definitely be back!

This restaurant is incredible from food to customer service to even the aesthetics of it. Lovely lovely staff honestly would recommend them. I go very often with my friends and family. The food is immaculate. I always order their full chicken with honey bbq sauce, you will not be disappointed at all!!!!

Aiden and Dawid served me on the 19th of January and working in hospitality myself I found their customer service skills were second to none! Lovely and approachable thank you so much guys you were great!

The food from this place is absolutely amazing. I have been eating here for the last 4-5 years and it never disappoints. Big shout out to Muhammad who served me last time, he is extremely generous and he looks after his customers. I will not only go back for the food but also because of the kindness Muhammad treated me and my friends with. Overall a great place to get food from.

The Cajun chicken burgers are amazing! A bit messy, so don't eat them in the car. Not sure what they don't to the fries, but they're the best I've ever had!

Attended pub for a wake. Was a lovely clean pub.

Went in just after 10pm to be told by the staff that the bar was closed. When asked why, the girl behind the bar told me their winter closing hours were at 10pm... in May? I got the opinion it was so they could go home early. Day staff were good though when it came to food.
