Great vibes, do a good mojito and you've got the pool table and old-school computer games. Very friendly and quick bar staff too!

Great vibes all round. Very fun bar with lots of games and good beers available. Bartenders Ade and Tan smashed it even though they were super busy. Very much recommend

Absolutely LOVE this place. Ive been coming here once a month for the last few months to meet old sxhool friends. We always have a laugh at the pool table where we challenge each other. It could do with another pool table aa it is popular. Lots of other games etc to play too. The music and atmosphere is so good in there. We haven't eaten here so cannot comment on that.

Don’t often write reviews of the places I’ve played as a musician but the staff here are fantastic. Didn’t get a chance to try the food but it smelled and looked amazing, if I get to come back I will try it! Pub has such a lovely feel to it. Thanks to Ben and staff.

The venue is cool, retro games consoles and board games is a nice idea and enjoyed that but the food was poor. Burger was over cooked and small for the price. The nachos I had with optional pulled beef short rib had hardly any beef along with way too much of everything else, the avocado guacamole was just chunks of avocado. A friend order burger and fries and the fries came out after he had finished the burger. You pay upfront via QR code and also at the same time requested to leave a tip, this is a terrible idea as you haven’t received the service you are tipping for but equally if you don’t leave a tip then how is the service going to be along with the food!

I do like this venue it has grown on me. I like the city off side areas to chill. Im not a fan of the food menu and can not comment, so a 3. Make up your own mind. There is always entertainment here, whether it's a quiz, live music or just the locals, it's great fun.

First visit since changed to One Trick Pony. Bit dissapointed, used to have live music but now Games tvs everywhere. Drinks a bit pricey compared to another pub in Moseley. Not for me.

Comfy spot, Visited today on a whim and still had a good time. Classic consoles available for free. Tan was a sick chatty bartender and was much appreciated. Totally coming back.

Great service even offered table service. The young lady that served us was great so helpful and was there every time our glass was empty. This really makes a difference to the drinkers experience Keep it up! Brilliant 👏

Cannot comment on whether there is food but other than that it is a lovely, lively fun pub. The staff are lovely and service is quick. We are a group of childhood friends who pass by at least once a month to have a blast at pool to have a competition between us and we have so much fun the same time.. See you again soon

Amazing place. Retro games, pool table. Lovely place. The staff were friendly and nice.

It's very dark inside but pleasant enough. We had calamari which was OK, haloumi fries which were really good with the chopolte jam and the sharer nachos - the nachos were really good and the sauces, the pulled brisket needs working on - microwave clumps were not great. Staff and service were great. We would recommend.

Like it ... I spent an hour or so playing on the retro consoles and having a beer. What more could you want?

Went in tonight with a couple of pals, served by the new manager “Harborne John” who recommended a superb rum with pineapple juice; venue seemed pumping with some classic 90s Brit pop; Overall, 5* experience and special thanks to harborne John for his expertise and service.

Staff are always friendly and smiling. They go out of their way to make sure you have a good time. Tyron even brought us drinks when we were running out. Excellent service.

A nice Pub/lounge lots of screens for sports and a good selection of beers

It's one of these pubs that has board games - packs of playing cards, etc. Had a couple of drinks here and then continued into the city centre. Prompt service and the drinks are a little on the pricey side.

Visited here with a few friends and we always love the nachos, they're the best! Food was lovely but special shout out to Ty, who's customer service from the beginning was amazing! He was so incredibly accommodating, friendly and so helpful - can't thank him enough for his outstanding service! Thank you for a lovely evening :)

Regularly visit this pub with my partner for an after work drink. Great selection of drinks and do decent food. They also show football and other sport. Staff are great, especially Ashley and Ty, they are always friendly and their service quick. Would recommend this pub for couples or friends looking for somewhere to eat and drink.

Come all the time for a few games of pool and some drinks. Always has the live sport, football and rugby, recommend to anyone local to the area. Special mention for Liam and Ash on the bar. A++

Visited the One Trick with a group of friends recently, was impressed by the friendly bar staff and prompt service. Beer is good with a wide selection 👌 Ordered food and was very pleasantly surprised. Their pizzas and loaded fries are really good and the place was a hit with everyone in my group. Would definitely recommend heading in if you're in Moseley.

Good - overpriced food but staff good Pay Day Fries for £8! Not even a very big plate. Wouldn’t pay more than £5-6 tbh Staff understood and offered me more but tbh people need to know ….

Never had food but the bar man that served me was very polite and professional. Would come again.

Setup for sports is great. Staff all good and helpful. Downside is lack of draught bitters. For my group that might be a showstopper for another visit.

I attended for the Trivial Matters quiz which was very fun. The staff were warmly welcoming and the manager Karen was excellent

Your best local pub in Moseley. Live football , pool tables A nice enticing menu and array of drinks The place is kept really clean and has a large spacious seating area for different groups of people. A number of screens with different matches over the weekend and week days. DJ special nights as well. If there is queue at the bar you can order from the table with a QR Code .

Sports! Sports! There was lots of sports when I visited of a Saturday evening. Even in the toilets and beamed on the walls outside. Sports, sports, sports! Now I dislike Sports but there were enough spaces to avoid it, the beer was delicious and swiftly served, there was a good outside area for smokers and sons pool tables. What more could you want? Plus if you like Sports you will love it.

Got a lot better but £6.20 for a pint of peroni it's time to find another pub shame as it has got a lot better. Apart from that can't complain but have never paid over £6 for a pint apart from once in a London hotel too much unfortunately

Came up from London and I thought the pub and area were nice. There's a lot worse places in Birmingham, Same as all big cities these days

Nice table and atmosphere where we were sat - staff all very friendly and helpful (Emma and Dom). Service was quick and food tasted great. One improvement - the app does not give you the option to request ingredients removed, eg no mayo on a burger - it's only possible to add ingredients. I always ask for a plain burger which means we have no choice but to order at the bar rather than through the app.

Customers were doing cocaine off the menus openly in the courtyard and the staff could see it but allowed it to continue

First of all, the burgers are out of this world. Great pub with a nice vibe, cool decor. Good beer selection, amazing food, can't recommend this place enough!

Vegan burgers are great, always pop in if I’m in the area especially on a Tuesday as they have 2 for 1 options on them. Food is always cooked pretty fast which is great when I need to be out by a certain time and there’s always a good consistent customer service which I appreciate. Nice place to chill and relax in and I enjoy visiting and watching sport here as it’s got a great atmosphere. I happened to be there on the day the pool table was being set up and was given a free session to play which was fab. One of the best places in Moseley and highly recommended!

£10.31 for a double Gin & Tonic. No wonder the place was dead on a Saturday night. Ordered a pint of cider instead. Paid £5 for a pint of tramps piss. Needless to say, I expect to see a closed sign on your doors in the not so distant future. Shame as it used to be the go to place in Moseley.

Nice place food was good quality I had burger a friend had pizza both were very good.can get a bit noisy as it's a sports bar more than restaurant type.

A relaxing environment, good customer service and choice of menu and drinks.

Had lunch in the garden, food and drink were great, but I did feel that it was expensive. Ordered on their app, but drink never arrived and had to go inside to chase it. Food took longer than expected. Keeping at 4* because it tasted great!

Tunes were not to our taste, but we are getting on a bit. If you're not nearing death, (unlike our 40ish old skool raver group) I'm sure it's the place to be.

I visited with my husband after quite a while, I like the new look of the bar it is a bit more relaxed. We also loved the addition of the pool table, so we will definitely be back to play more pool.

Extremely disappointing food and service.. ordered 2 burgers.. at £13 a burger I was expecting handmade patties but instead were served what can only be described as frozen Birdseye burgers. I approached a member of staff to tell them I was disapponted, he apologised, said it was their fault and offered me a refund. I then had another member of staff come to me with a menu and explain how they haven’t done anything wrong, the menu doesn’t say ‘not frozen’, they wouldn’t give me a refund and would I like some fries instead.. you can find a decent burger anywhere these days, OTP need to put a little effort in and smash a few patties instead of cutting corners and buying frozen.. especially at £13 a burger!

Big fan of this bar and it's food, although it had been a while since our last visit. Great selection of burgers as always. Unfortunately one of the patties on my "The Boss" burger was quite burnt, yet the overall burger was luke warm at best. Taste was good though. The other order at the table was a "The Bali" burger, which apparently had great flavour, but again, luke warm at best. One portion of fries, and one portion of sweet potato fries. Again, barely even warm. Nobody asked how our food was either during the course of the meal. We were going to try the pizza night, but this has put us off. Hopefully just an off night, as the place wasn't busy.

Some work colleagues and I visited a while back (only just got round to doing this review), we were served by Dom throughout our stay. He was very friendly and attentive. We had food and drinks during our visit. The food was amazing. Great selection of burgers. It was my first time but I will definitely be back with friends soon! Thanks!

I love this pub...very welcoming...modern...great staff of whom are very welcoming and accomodating...shaun and Dom in particular...very knowledgable and will do anything for you...fab drink selection and offers...i particuarly love the Tondeluna Rioja Tinto...a favouite of mine...along with the 241 burger night...great offer...!

We love Ashley! Just came in for a cheeky drink and it was DELICIOUS! Ive never had an amaretto sours and think I have found a new favourite cocktail - but only if Ashley is making it! So YUMMY! LOVELY! he was so friendly as well what a great guy, he deserves EVERYTHING

Cool space and good screen with the football on. Food was pretty average, especially for the price, but good drinks selection. The games consoles are a nice touch too.

Went for a quiet drink, the larger wasn't great and had a bit of a fishy smell to it... I didn't ask for it to be changed so can't complain about the service.

Went for meal and pint before Commonwealth games T20 cricket at Edgbaston. Good pint, good food and good communication re. waiting time.
