Perfect service from Stella and a fresh filling meal

Yeah no. If I could give it 0 stars I would. The people working here give customer service a bad name. Two of the workers would not stop touching each other inappropriately at work, and even though I stood right in their faces they continued to ignore me and stare at their laptops. I feel disgusted at the idea of giving these people my hard earned money. Considering calling corporate and I will definitely tell all of my friends to not waste their time and money here.

Its dead in there number one clue, staff are dazed 😭 chicken keeps getting smaller. texas toast off the meal but still charge for it was good when opened like most places, but it will shut soon avoid the price and small portions are terrible

Didn't receive whole order,And the price is extortionate for what you get,£15 odd for x3 scrawny bits of chicken and some Fries and a drink

Some of the food was missing and when we complained they said they didn't have any of that food today. But they took my money. Strange that....... No offer of refund either. Plus, 50 quids worth of food was 3 tiny portions of battered mini fillets

I’m not one to normally complain but I was not happy about how my food was prepared tonight at the Redditch branch. I watched the lady use her bare hands the pick up the chopped chicken to put on my loaded fries. Now whilst I understand that gloves are not a legal requirement I’m sure this is best practice but the lady had rings on her fingers! If jewellery is worn then so should gloves. I complained to the other lady when I asked for a manager and was told they don’t have to wear gloves and that was that. Also when preparing the loaded fries the same lady poured sauce in then started laughing. The other lady looked (the one that came over when I asked for an manager)and from what I could see picked up another sauce that looked similar as the wrong one was used. The First Lady then proceeded to add the right sauce on top of the wrong sauce and stated it’s ok they won’t taste it! To the other ladies credit she said no and looked to remake the meal. This is terrible as what if I had an allergy. If the other lady wasn’t there and I handy witnessed this then the meal would not have been remade and this could have been fatal for someone!! Overall not a great experience at all. We did not eat the food. It went in the bin when I got home £30 wasted! You market yourself and price yourself as a restaurant not so much fast food. You need to ensure that that’s the service your customers are getting. We used you regularly but will be reluctant to return. Order 10/09/24 at 20:44

The food is always perfectly cooked and tasty. So much choice for dips as well and most of them are amazing - slims sauce, mango habanero and cayenne ranch are particular favourites in this house. Staff polite and friendly and the Biscoff shake has no right to be as good as it is. People will moan about the cost but it's quality and you really do get what you pay for.

Had delivery tonight burger was wrapped in foil which made the bun soggy and inedible however the actual chicken was tasty. The fries were very very very salty. Texas toast was also soggy and chewy. Milkshakes were the best thing ordered. Spent nearly £60 and was probably worth less than a third of that.

1 meal that has cost almost 15 pounds to deliver and to Count only 15 fries is shocking. the portions are bigger in store and I feel they think they can get away with the tiny portion with delivery.

The kids have been hounding me for ages to try slims so we popped on down to see what the hype was all about and we were not disappointed the food was delicious with lots of choice with accompanying sauces which really complimented the food and the milkshakes are the best I have ever had. The service was great the team were friendly and polite and the food came out piping hot - I would highly recommend!

Wrong order delivered. Contacted with photos further a refund on Friday but have heard nothing. The original payment has been processed and deducted from my bank account but but even an email to confirm receipt if the original complaint

We came from Cheltenham especially to Redditch to eat the chicken that everyone recommends on TikTok.My daughter, 16, along with her friend, really wanted to try it. Let me tell you honestly For the first time in our lives we left some parts because it was impossible to eat it to the end. I don't like to throw away meat, because they are animals killed so that we can eat, but this time the taste of the meat (more like the lack of taste) caused that I did not finish the portion. None of us wanted to finish it Service was nice Sauces ok Fries ok Meat is not recommended A portion cost over £14 and I am still hungry

Staff very friendly. The food is nice but over priced for what it is. It was worth a try and definitely a worth it as a one off treat.

The staff was very kind, Stella was very helpful with everything and recommended me the best sauce to go with my food. The chicken was superb and fresh, served piping hot also. Will definitely be here often.

Enter tesco supermarket and head to the right and you have slim chickens! Amazing chicken strips with fab sauce. This is in a tesco supermarket which is fab if you wanna grab a bite to eat before doing your shop. We used self service as that’s what they had, food was delivered quite quickly after ordering and was hot. The milkshakes are so good. Biscoff yum!

Visited Slim chicken while shopping inside Tesco Extra. We have ordered Combo meal of Chicken wings and Chicken Toasted breaded wings with fries, Salads and Sauces. Without any delay we got seats. The ambient lights and silence made our dine peaceful. We loved the breaded chicken and the fries look different and were appetising. And, they got some Milk shakes choices as well. The staff were so friendly and have done a wonder table service. As we have enjoyed the meal we have ordered online on an another day which we surprised our friends too. As the shop is in Tesco campus do not worry about Parking. Plenty of parking is there and Fuel station is nearby. Wheel chair accessible parking and door is available. Have a try one day and you’ll never be disappointed..!!

Very overrated. Paid £12.45 for 5 chicken "tenders" they lacked flavour/seasoning guess that's why the sauce is there to hide the lack of flavour. I felt robbed after eating it, very expensive for what it is. Better off going kfc seriously, it's not horrible but it's just very standard and definitely isn't working £12.45!! It's a £5 meal at most!

My food was over an hour late. The food was cold and I had to reheat it as soon as it was delivered, I could forgive the delivery time if the food was hot, as it should be made fresh. This isn’t worth the money.

Horrendous food £14 for 3 bits of cold chicken and about 12 chips also took over an hour to be delivered. Literally the tiniest portion on food I’ve ever seen from a takeaway it was like a child’s meal!

Rude and discourteous staff seemingly more interested in their phones/earphones than their customers . Food took ages but was OK when it arrived . Will be sticking with KFC from now on.

Bad hygiene in the Kitchen! All 3 male kitchen staff were on their phones, no gloves & then went straight to food prep, still no gloves. I walked out & left my food uncollected.

Food is stone cold and when you pay over £20 for food you expect this to be hot at least warm. It’s not like it’s a busy period considering it’s pushing 15:00!

The driver (Just Eat) did not deliver to my address. Just Eat.co.uk were useless in communicating to driver- their contact number goes in circles without any ability to communicate to driver. I called the restaurant and they pulled out all of the stops to rectify the issue, which wasn't even theirs to fix. Thanks to Olivia and the team.

It is inside a supermarket, so an expected atmosphere, service I can't comment on, but runs like most fast food places.. big screens to order on.. The food was a fantastic change from its like minded places. Hope to see more of them around.

Bone found in a chicken burger 🤮 won’t be having a slim chickens again! Price if dips extortionate (and forgot some!!)

The food seems to have gone down hill slightly. The chicken wings aren't battered like they use to be, half the chicken was bare. Sauce pots barley half filled. Just Seems like less effort is put in to making perfect, like it was before. I had to call on my last order as my wings had sauce on that I didn't request. I'm sure they said they had a new chef.. Maybe get the old Chef to teach him how it's done.

A nice place with friendly staff

No sauces arrived with the order, paid for the one. This is the 3rd time we have had issues with the sauces either being not included or the incorrect ones. There were also hardly any chips with both meals compared to normal.

Took 25 minutes after driver left restaurant which is 5 minutes away. Almost an hour after original time stated.

Popped in with my mum and dad to give it a try and was overly impressed! The service was brilliant, food was cooked perfectly and had an overall lovely experience!! Definitely recommend! 🙂

We visited the Redditch store today with our elderly parents after leaving an oncology appointment at the hospital and needed a quiet cuppa and chat to gather our thoughts. The manageress I assume who was there went above and beyond to make us comfortable she and the team couldn't do enough for us and she gave our Dad a lovely card and cupcakes which she personally went and got for him and wished him all the best. We were absolutely blown away by the kindness and compassion and you and your team are an absolute credit, thank you from the bottom of our hearts xx

Customer service was lovely however the value for money was shocking. £12 wrap meal arrives with one chicken tender buried in the wrap. Mac and cheese feels microwaved and poor quality. Unfortunately we won't be going back.
