Nice meal and view at Plum Festival

Love this place. We have celebrated a few different occasions here. One thing I will say is the Beef dripping!!!! OMG it’s lovely. We always have a pleasant time and lovely meal here.

Food is well presented.. but in reality it's pure stodge .. certainly won't be eating here again ! and the place is cashless😦 all in all very disappointed

OK, it's was the Euros, so it was very busy, but service was very lacking. Food too over and hour to arrive, every onecwas complaining about the wait. On table got a burger with out the patty!, come on chef. It was rectified and we all saw the funny side. We were over charged by about £20, again it was sorted, but very poor show. I would go again, I think on a quieter day this place could be fantastic, so not a 100% recommend, but I would like another experience to be sure, as I think it could be really good.

I was over there for the first time and I'm surprised how good the food is and the atmosphere is amazing .

On a sunny Tuesday evening we booked a balcony table. Haven’t been in ages to Claude’s. I think a special on the menu would be good as it looks like menu always stays the same. My duck salad 🥗 was delicious. Service was really good and very friendly. Cocktails 🍹 good

Another fantastic evening at Claudes last night where we took part in the Bingo. Lewis, the great entertainer, worked his usual magic and Keira and her team were just excellent as always. My wife and I enjoyed some great food, as always. Claudes is perfect for Pershore and we thoroughly recommend you to give it a try. Thankyou Lewis and Kiera.

Booked in a for a ‘little mini hen do’ for my friend as we missed her main one due to prior plans. Lewis was brilliant, he decorated around our table in the corner, with banners, balloons and confetti. His customer service skills are brilliant and has an energy and dedication to his job that you don’t always see in hospitality! He was fun and cheeky but also appropriate and professional at the same time. The food was well presented, piping hot and tasted delicious, thank you Knowledge! There was plenty of it too! The menu is very much ‘build your own’ food, so excellent for those picky eaters! The venue has a great atmosphere and caters for a wide range of occasions. They also have a ‘’ Bit on the side’ am area which can be used for larger private parties. Would highly recommend if you haven’t tried it. We will see you again soon!

Someone called Steve (would love to know who) kindly paid for me and my family for dinner due to undergoing cancer treatment as a treat. Thank you so much guys food was lovely children loved it also!

Friday evening visit here with the family...everyone really enjoyed it tremendously. Excellent friendly and welcoming service...the team can't do enough for you and they provide a great atmosphere. Food was stunning too...not sure if any of us will try anything else on our choices as we were all so happy!

Brilliant food , waiters gave fast and attentive service , food was brought out quickly and tasted amazing. The Head Chef Knowledge always delivers ! Had the Mac and Cheese burger !

We found this place after a quick google search while being away in the area. We got a takeaway and it was SOOO GOOD! My partner got a chicken burger with bbq sauce, bacon and cheese and he loved it! I got the beef burger with pulled pork and crispy onions and it was THE best burger Ive ever had!! We also got loaded beef fries and halloumi fries and they were also amazing. My partner said the man behind the bar when he went to collect was lovely and so attentive- such a fab find and I’d definitely try and eat it if we are ever in the area again.

Informed the staff on arrival that one of us had a milk allergy and ordered one cheesy fries and one vegan fries. My wife (with the allergy) was given the cheesy fries. Luckily we realized and queried this before we started eating them. This sort of error should be taken seriously as it has serious consequences. It took 40 minutes from arriving to getting a drink which we weren't impressed with. Food was nice and atmosphere was good which was a plus. The menu states £11 for pizza. You then choose "a meat" and then choose extras (mushrooms, pineapple etc) at £1 each. We asked if we could get a free extra (mushrooms) since we weren't having "a meat" and were told this would be ok. Then when the bill came all extras were charged. The (I assume manager) said that the meat option was charged extra so we wouldn't be able to do that which is not how we remember seeing the menu. We asked to see the menu again. He bought over a different menu to the one we ordered from and tried to pull the wool over our eyes about having ordering a Margherita. We asked to see the menu we actually ordered from and he went and got this and sure enough the meat was free. We asked if we could therefore get what we had agreed with the waitress when we arrived and he said no. By this point he was getting quite angry. After a bit of back and forth he stormed off saying he would give us the discount and proceeded to have an argument with the waitress about the whole affair. He did eventually give us the money off the extra in lieu of a meat option but the whole experience was unpleasant. We will not come here again.

Great staff, great food, never had a bad pint there.

Awful experience, like walking into a fridge,most people with coats on & scarves,disgusting. People in the toilet with coats on warming their hands on the hand drier. Food was warm to cold,obviously amateur staff.Supposed to be an xmas get together with no xmas decorations, appalling place,steer clear. Glad to leave & go to the Millers,just warm,normal & friendly Should have gone to the Millers for the works xmas party,at least there is atmosphere in there, not like being on the moon!!!

The young waitress is fantastic. They have a good selection of food and drinks. Easy parking outside. And even better - blue light discount!

We’ve eaten here a few times and is a hidden gem. Today we visited with friends and children and we couldn’t fault the place. There were some picky eaters and the restaurant was very accommodating. Food was great and the service was brilliant too. The kids say the desserts are the best ever too.

Beautiful food and great service, very decent sized portions, and frozen glasses - perfect for the heat. Decent prices. Happily return to try more burgers.

Great location in the centre of Pershore. Good beers, let down by the food. Presentation was poor, served in tin dishes- basic with no garnish. Very salty chicken, slaw covered in balsamic vinegar was over powering and ribs mainly bone and fat. Had to ask for the sides included within the meal. Overall experience poor, very disappointed.

We came here for a meal last night for my birthday. It was the first time I'd celebrated in 3 years and our first child free evening since last August. It was the most amazing night. It was so relaxing up on the balcony. The food was absolutely incredible and the service was amazing. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful and were offering to take photos of us and indulge my partner is his interest in their farm. The chefs are incredible, best food we've ever eaten Made such a wonderful end to a great day. We can't wait to come back

I ordered around £20 worth of foods using their QR code. Waited 30mins, and my beers still not yet served. When I check with the waitress, said no such order in the system. And ask me to check my E-mail and bank transfer, that’s ridiculous!?!? Fine, I let them check, there were no confirmation E-mail but did accepted my payment. So I’ve been waiting 30mins for nothing?? Really staving mate……

Always good, great atmosphere, good beer, great food, we always seem to go to Claude’s when there is a large group of us, all the family love it 👍 Also good value .

Surprising in every way. The external appearance is such that I thought this was an exclusive high end restaurant, which for years has put me off. Not detracting from the decor inside, it was every bit right up my street, great food and service. A must visit if you want to eat in Pershore. WILL Be returning.

Great selection of drinks, food and service. Would recommend the beef tacos or the 8 inch big banger. Good for gluten free too

Ros, kiera and kieran run thus place brilliantly. Fantastic monthly quiz night for the Carnival Food quality and service excellent as always. Make sure you book to avoid disappointment at weekends and events. The calzone is amazing.

Really enjoyed atmosphere and food and the waitress was brilliant. However the manager or owner older lady rude and no idea how to show appreciation of customers.

Had heard really good things so maybe it was just a ‘bad’ night. Half an hour wait for order to be taken and then well over an hour for food to arrive. By now I had lost my appetite. My burger was served in a metal plate/bowl completely on its own and just lacked any finesse or presentation. Nothing like the pictures on the website. I had heard great things about the size of the chicken burger but this wasn’t what I saw. The chicken was moist and tasty to be fair but didn’t wow me. After the main there was no offer of the dessert menu so we left - very disappointed.

I ate at the weekend and although I had to wait a little longer as there was one of the chefs had phoned in sick, the staff were very apologetic and brought us some free food by way of apology. Everything we had, chicken wings, a burger and 4 pizzas was absolutely delicious 😋, would highly recommend.

Unfortunately we had a pretty poor experience when dining at Claudes this week. Calzones were burnt & had to be sent back & by the time fresh ones arrived I had finished my meal. We ordered child's pizza but that again was overcooked. Shame as we have eaten there on a number of occasions & always been good. Not sure we'll go back.

Ordered a cocktail and disappointed when the glass wasn't full, a bit expensive for what you get. Music a bit too loud for my liking.

We’ve eaten here more than once now, and the food is always brilliant. A lovely location in the middle of Pershore, balcony seating or sat within the restaurant, it’s a really great place for a meal or drinks or both! Create your own burger or choose from the plentiful selection on offer. Pizzas and calzone are available as well as loaded fries, wedges and nachos. If your looking for somewhere different, definitely give The Claude Choules a try!

Terrible mess of a menu, slow inattentive staff who have no desire to be there. Food very industrial and to top it off two of our party got food poisoning from the chicken wings. Avoid.

My visit was hotly anticipated, I had heard mixed reviews from various people who had already been. I ordered a beef burger and ‘piggy in the middle fries’. I wasn’t overly keen on the way the food was presented, it just looked a bit bland. The food was good, don’t get me wrong, but I don’t think it was anything special. I just feel that it was lacking a bit of showmanship, I feel I’ve had much better meals elsewhere. It was pretty big standard and didn’t live up to the hype it had amassed. It took about an hour for the food to come to the table after we had ordered. We weren’t offered another drink in the meantime as it was difficult to find a member of staff. I was really excited to come and see what all the fuss was about but I was quite disappointed. Unless the menu were to change, or they think of a more dynamic way to serve food and make it look more appealing, then I don’t think I’ll be coming back any time soon.

Just had a take away and can only say it was EXCELLENT and the portion size was large.

The in house QR ordering system is broken. The website took my money but said there was a problem processing order. This meant I had to ask if the kitchen received my order which after speaking to the bar tender, didn't seem to be the case. They acknowledged that there was an issue with the website and my order arrived. The question is would the order have arrived had I not said anything? Maybe... 🤷 4 quid for a small tin of craft beer and 5 quid for nachos which were fine, bit more cheese in the middle wouldn't have gone a miss (dry in the middle and bottom...) and a napkin as it's finger food would have been nice. To conclude, over priced menu items and broken IT system. Staff were good and the decor is also good (nice to have sport on in background across several TV's) which prevented a two star review being left. Room for improvement guys and it's all silly stuff. Wouldn't say avoid the place but at the same time wouldn't go out of my way to come back either

Visited upon them reopening. Didn’t start off great given our table wasn’t ready and we were left standing for over half an hour. Was disappointed to see the same menu as before, however the food was so much better this time round. Only criticism? Far too loud to have a relaxing meal. The wait was made up for by way of a complimentary drink and regardless of the issues on the evening, all staff were smiling and friendly. Service (once seated) was also very good and well done to everyone, you were very busy and we’ll be visiting again. A lovely asset for the town and we really hope people continue to support it!

Refurbishment looks good but same old menu, expensive cider! You had a chance to improve the burgers, our lamb burger was awful, looked flat like a cheap bookers frozen Pattie. We are sure it wan not lamb but the waiter insisted it was, tasted fatty and had no real flavour, good service but horrible food

Great place for great food and craft beers

Really like this place. Service is quick and friendly, food is delicious and reasonably priced. Probably the best casual food in Pershore

We booked on line for 6 people we was given a couple of places to choose from, food was amazing and the staff was very helpful when asked what they suggest. We was concerned as some of the reviews was not good , but it was AMAZING.

Though of giving here a go as it's something new in town. Staff were polite but sorry to say like others already on here the service was very poor. ​ Food was average, the menu layout just complicated for the sake of it. Not a lot of food on the plate for the price. Drinks were at London prices, toilets were unclean. Sorry guys safely say had better experiences at Spoons and won't be revisiting or recommending.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews. Absolutely cracking pint of mean time, and service was great. Will be back for sure

We were quickly seated at the bar while our table was prepared and our drinks arrived promptly. Everyone really enjoyed the food here- We ordered a few different burgers, calzones, fries and Churros. All of which were delicious. The wait for the food was quite long but I haven't seen that mentioned in any other reviews and so I guess that the kitchen could have been short-staffed? I know many places are due to the current climate. All in all I really enjoyed the meal here. The place had a nice atmosphere, drinks were brought out quickly, food was good and the male waiter was very attentive and pleasant. We picked up a rewards card and will definitely visit again.

A nice place. Able to pick and choose all your preferences. Burger, bun, sauce, fries enables to you to eat as much or little as you want. The only thing is mention is that there were no napkins or serviettes which you do need when eating burgers with your hands. Other than that a nice meal.

Everything was delicious, prices were good and staff were very helpful.

Really wasn't impressed. The service was painfully slow - despite being the only customers in the restaurant. They got 2 of our orders wrong, one of which had to be sent back. We weren't checked up on during our meal, and after 40 minutes of finishing our meal nobody asked us if we would like any dessert. In the end we gave up and got up to find a member of staff to take our dessert order. Another painful 30+ minutes passed waiting for dessert, and by the time it arrived the "Two Waffles with Ice cream and chocolate shavings" actually turned out to be one waffle cut in half, with a teaspoon of quite literally pieces of ice, and what cream was left was melted all over the plate upon being served (no chocolate shavings also). Wouldn't have minded the slow service, but being the only customers in the place made it laughable. Won't be returning

I was very excited to go here, unfortunately it didn’t live up to my expectations. The service was very slow, it took 25mins to take our initial food order, it seemed quite disorganised. The cocktail I had wasn’t very nice and when I ordered my next drink it was sat on the bar long enough for the ice to melt and make it taste watery. When we did eventually get our food it was nice enough. I also thought it seemed quite loud, couldn’t hardly hear one another, I think this was due to the music being on loud. I really think it has great potential and maybe they were having an ‘off’ night this time, I’d find it hard to recommend though.

Place looks amazing staff are very helpful and lovely. Drinks are very over priced and watered down. Food was awful, had pulled pork burger that looked and tasted like someone had dumped a tin of tasteless tuna ontop and burger was just gristle. Never going back

An excellent new bar/restaurant on the former site of Whistlers. The place feels fresh, with a combination of high and low tables for either drinking and/or dining. There are also a few balcony tables (the bar is on level 1). The staff are efficient and helpful. Food is typical bar fare : burgers, wings, ribs etc but all well done and appetizing. A good selection of craft beers - esp. IPAs (well done!!). The bar brings a welcome alternative to local pubs, I hope it succeeds.

We and other tables waited 1 hour 15 mins for food. During the long wait, we were offered no drinks or anything in between. Upon raising the complaint, all they could do was give an apology saying that everyone was in the same boat. Shame because the food was good

The place looks incredible love the bars area. Staff attentive to your needs to start with.Food ok, choice limited burgers, pizza and wings and salad. Good if you like American food. Ordered a build your own pizza, ribs, wings and duck salad and side orders as you don’t get any unless you order and pay for. Had to ask for cutlery and napkins and received kitchen roll. Not enough room on the table we had to push sides on to main plates and mount them up and drinks and kitchen roll and side dishes on the floor. Didn’t get offered desserts and was sat at the table 3 and 1/2 hours. Had to go looking for staff to pay the bill. I wouldn’t recommend.

I went for a meal with my family on Friday and I was very impressed. The drinks selections was very good - we went for 2 of craft beers and a white wine. The beers were served in a frozen glass which I thought was a cool touch. We had a cheesy garlic bread and BBQ ribs to start which were very tasty, followed by a burger, pizza, loaded fries, hotdog and salad which all delicious. The staff were all very nice and attentive and the wait for food and drink was short. Will definitely come again thanks!

Incredible place. Loved the look and feel. Staff very friendly. Sausage pizza was delicious. Must have pizza oven because it was delicious. My son enjoyed his burger - said it was the best burger he’s ever had! We’ll be back !

Wow...Was excited to try out the new place in town however was met with a rather large feeling of disappointment. Upon arrival the place looks the business. Can’t fault the design as it looks class. The staff are friendly and helpful. The problem lies within the menu. Be prepared to spend half your visit looking at the menu trying to piece it together... I’m still struggling to find the link between a British war survivor and Italian food? I ordered a pizza which is where the disappointment really hit hard. I’m convinced the pizza was shop bought. Way too much cheese and drowned in Purée also definitely undercooked. If your after a pizza, your better off going to the supermarket and taking home a goodfella’s. However I cannot speak for the rest of the menu, only my own experience. The ribs looked rather nice! Overall disappointing experience considering the high expectations. Can’t knock the Design or the Staff!

Venue atmosphere and staff were great 9/10 but disappointed with the "Butter me up burger" very greasy, bacon wasn't crispy, wasn't expecting skin on the chicken, skin (not crispy) like eating fat. I was asked if I wanted an alternative but unfortunately, my appetite had gone. Pudding was great and I will come back but hope you take note of the comments.
