The best restaurants serving American food in Cabot Bristol, City of South West

Came here for a birthday meal and oh my it did not disappoint! My partner and I shared the BBQ tower and it came with WAY more food than we expected- the burgers were far from mini but you did not catch me complaining! They were the BEST burgers I’ve ever had. The fries were well seasoned and the onion rings were juicy and fresh but the meat was nothing but quality. The ribs just fell off the bone. We were in heaven. The service was lovely, our waitress was lush and the chef was super happy and lovely too- you could see everything being cooked which was a lovely touch- the smell of it cooking also got you in the right frame of mind to tackle said beast. We also loved the playlist- it felt somewhat encouraging as we slipped into our food coma. I only knocked one star for atmosphere because we couldn’t understand how it was so quiet?! The quality of food we thought it would be heaving!! We will be back and thank you!!

51 s es un lugar único con tres áreas diferentes. Casi nos perdimos el restaurante del segundo piso y la zona del jardín, que es muy diferente al bar de la planta baja. Yo recomendaría ir arriba para algo un poco más acogedor. Tuvimos una persona muy amable nos sirvió y la comida era fantástica, hecha en un horno de leña. Bastante barato también. Como un "conocedor de pizza", puedo decir que la pizza fue posiblemente la mejor que he tenido en Bristol. El bar es muy divertido, en todos los sentidos, que quizás no sea para todos. Pero el piso de arriba ofrece algo un poco más alejado de la experiencia a pie de calle de otros lugares. Sin duda volveremos!

Nice bar with good live music and cheap drinks. The only downside - at least if you're over the age of 21 - is that it's a student hangout, so it's very crowded and shouty on Friday and Saturday nights. YMMV.

Great spot for a premium processed sausage. I had the Yellow Dog Red Dog hot dog with fries. It was more or less a very premium processed sausage with lots of toppings in a soft bun. There was a hint of meaty flavour that was a little overpowered by the toppings. The crunchy onions texture added to every mouthful. Similarly, the bun had a soft but not too chewy texture and a light taste that didn’t interrupt the main parts of the dish. The mustard and ketchup were not overpowering, nor the pickles. The fries were particularly crispy in places and fluffy soft in others. It did feel like I was shovelling them into my mouth at times as the potatoey pieces were quite small. The location was great but with limited seating. I would recommend a visit, possibly to share fries between two.

Place is a disgrace says 2 for one drinks and then when you order nothings actually 2 for 1 and it's £7 for a bottle of Corona and you only get one rip off

Primero pagué 5 libras. 95 para una porción de papas fritas rizadas, lo que procedió a venir por casi 6 libras de mi dinero inglés duramente ganado fue aproximadamente 5 papas fritas rizadas mezcladas con papas fritas normales, la porción más pequeña del mundo y me recordó a las sobras del congelador que se tiraron juntas. Excelente. Siguiente. 6 trozos de pollo crujiente para un ojo regando £ 7. 95 resultaron ser 6 mcdonalds falsos buscando nuggets de pollo de algún lugar como comida de granja o Islandia. Vilento. Entonces pedí chocolate del diablo - descrito como un delicioso brownie gooey ... lo que procedió a aparecer fue una barra de leche láctea que había sido arrojada con la comida caliente y estaba completamente DERRETIDO y necesitaba ser arrojado en el contenedor. Pagó £ 3. 95 por ese privilegio. Salsa de queso. £ 2. 95 , no puedo comentar sobre la salsa en sí ya que la única manera que recibí fue aplastada en todo el pedido. Broma absoluta. La hamburguesa era abismal y por las 32 libras. 88 Pagué toda la orden, esto fue una farsa.

The food is a lot better than it used to be, service (when not using the app) is poor takes ages to get a pint, atmosphere is pretty good, always busy although sometimes can't get a table, jovial & never any trouble. Tables Outside, so nice in summer ☀️

They commented on my friends height and hair colour they then served us a dogs dinner which was most definitely not finger licking good one of the waiters had a inappropriate outfit this same waiter also through pepsi on the floor i wanted to die
