The best restaurants serving American food in Medway South East

Don't be fooled - this is not a hamburger as we know it. What they call a 'smashed patty' is a wafer thin lacework of minced beef that you can see through, containing gristle, about a quarter the thickness of a hamburger. When I asked for 'no cheese' the waitress did bring a replacement burger but I had to ask for a glass, knife and fork, and serviette. At the end of the meal I paid on their card terminal but they couldn't produce a receipt for me (10% service charge automatically goes on unless you ask for it to be removed). Really poor quality meat, dozy service and they need to sort out their technology. At least the chips were ok. Find somewhere else to eat.

Absolutely brilliant, I had the big one burger. It was beautiful. All the burgers were well seasoned and super tasty. All food came out hot and tasting exactly as I imagined. Brilliant service. Would definitely recommend if you want a family friendly restaurant with good food. I didn't get any pics, as soon as it came out it looked so good, I just tucked straight in.

Great food here. The junior dog bowl meal was huge! Only slight problem is there wasn't any chicken burgers. Went again last night, managed to book a table (for 2) on the day. Food is still amazing, like the last time I went. But still don't sell Chicken burgers, really don't understand why? You're probably the only restaurant that sells burgers that don't sell chicken burgers 🤷🏽‍♂️

I'd been wanting to try their burgers for ages due to hearing good things, so perhaps ny expectations were too high. Nothing wrong with the food but I think way overhyped. A tasty burger but not the best I've ever had.

was exactly what we ordered. And glad it was early. Delivery guy was really nice.

Two of us came in for coffee and dessert. I ordered an Americano and received what was clearly a cup of instant coffee. No explanation, apology or discount. When the card reader was presented to me, I had been overcharged by £30. We won't be back.

Excellent service , friendly clean happy sole will definitely return perhaps there is a buy one get one free day perhaps not….

272 The High street Rochester Kent is a private house, The que and brew is located at the Huntsman Pub 106 Patterns lane Rochester and it is very good food. American Bar-b-que style.

Just never open. Closes whenever it feels like it and always out of ingredients. Staff are lovely and they make some nice sandwiches but not being open at peak times is wild.

More often than not one's order is missing items. This has happened more times with this store than I can remember. We normally order through Uber Eats but wont again.
