The best restaurants serving American food in Medway South East

Don't be fooled - this is not a hamburger as we know it. What they call a 'smashed patty' is a wafer thin lacework of minced beef that you can see through, containing gristle, about a quarter the thickness of a hamburger. When I asked for 'no cheese' the waitress did bring a replacement burger but I had to ask for a glass, knife and fork, and serviette. At the end of the meal I paid on their card terminal but they couldn't produce a receipt for me (10% service charge automatically goes on unless you ask for it to be removed). Really poor quality meat, dozy service and they need to sort out their technology. At least the chips were ok. Find somewhere else to eat.

Went there last night, staff were very attentive and accommodating to our order. The wife wanted the Dogs dinner but though the full rack of ribs was to much, so I ordered the breaded chicken starter and asked for it on a larger plate so I could have half her ribs. The dishes came out as asked. For dessert order the Pigs trough which was excellent. Will definitely look at coming again

We have come from the Netherlands and I have seen great reviews about this place so had to try! I can say it was one of the best burger restaurants we have been to. The service was great, the portion sizes were great! We decided to share a few bits so we could a taste of different dishes and even so, that was more than enough for 2 people. The burger (fatty Freddy) had so much flavour, was juicy, would definitely recommend. We had loaded fries, these were some of the loaded qua toppings, it had a lot of flavour! We also tried beef Niknaks, these were great with favour! The only thing that could have been improved was a little more crispy, some pieces of beef were a little tougher and it was a little more soggy feel, a little more crisp would have been perfect, but I would still recommend. Additionally we had sauce. The cheese warm sauce is a must, that just goes with everything! I would also recommend the OG burger sauce, these two sauces were amazing with the burger and under ideal dishes! Location is great, plenty of choice for parking, we went during the day, it was calm and the interior was relaxing like a pub theme with tv’s on the wall, so great for football or sports. Overall, pretty impressed with this place and would recommend to other and come back when we are taking a trip to the uk again! It

Visited before going to bowling with my family. Staff were all lovely, food tasted great. Booked to come back in December for a large family get together 😁

Excellent service , friendly clean happy sole will definitely return perhaps there is a buy one get one free day perhaps not….

Delivered the complete wrong order AGAIN.

More often than not one's order is missing items. This has happened more times with this store than I can remember. We normally order through Uber Eats but wont again.
