Nice little unit in the northern quarter serving hot dogs service was good and friendly it’s a good vibe food was nice enjoyed our visit here

I'm a big fan of the hard rock chain. Good food, good drink, good music and good atmosphere, even if it is overpriced. Well not in happy hour, which incidentally is four 'til seven (including cocktails). Most drinks are two for one. That made for a very cheap (three) hours. Staff were excellent. Very friendly with the kids, giving them complimentary bouncy balls. Great day out.

Positives: extensive menu, something for everyone. Outside and indoor seating. Friendly staff. Negatives: food was cold (literally no warmth to it). Waited 20 minutes for coffees and 55 minutes for food, which seemed a long time just for the food we ordered.

Really lovely staff! Very chilled atmosphere. I ordered two margaritas two for the price of one really delicious!!! I will be going back soon

Due to a problem with the milkshake machine, we waited over 35 minutes for 5 drinks. The person at the till didn't let us know they were having issues so we were left hanging around. Milkshakes were nice, but not 35 minutes wait, nice.

Had a lovely bottomless brunch with friends, Shannon was a great server, made sure we were ok and very attentive

Terrible service. They’re much more focussed on serving the Deliveroo/Uber Eats drivers than the public standing in line. The drivers constantly push in front of everyone else. I wasted 10 minutes of my lunch hour waiting in a queue that didn’t move at all. The food is good when you get it but not worth waiting 20 minutes for.

No Turkey Bacon No Bacon for MUSLIMS. Unfortunately they do not offer a halal bacon. We went as Muslims, have been going for years but the restaurant doesn't offer Halal Bacon!

Love this place and we would 100% come back. From the minute you walk in the atmosphere is great, they have a great selection of drinks and something for everyone, the music is a perfect volume so you can hear each other but not anyone else, the service is bang on. We came on a monday and they had 50% off food. before we ordered, he advised certain items will have a £5 surcharge. The food is amazing and full of flavour, some of the best smash burgers we've had, and the pulled beef fries are to die for. The only reason the food got knocked down slightly is due to the chicken burger and the chicken tray, we found they were on the tougher side due to being fried for too long. The flavour was great, but it was only this that let it down....but in hindsight, we may have just got slightly unlucky Food 9/10 Service 10/10 Vibe 10/10

Great food, nice ales and reasonably priced.

Meal ordered at 1 p.m. for 2 people, served at 1:30 p.m. while the room is empty, all to have a burger (Buffalo) so spicy that it is inedible, and lukewarm ribs without taste... So, it’s only in France that we know how to cook food quickly and well.
