We were a big group that had booked well in advance and I could see loads of big groups so assuming they're used to it. Some at the table had their food after 15 minutes and the rest of the group waited an hour. My friend had a side served and waited an hour for his main. I sat with some potatoes for 30 minutes before my burger arrived. Now I get that places get busy but not at any point did they tell us it was particularly busy and attempted to manage our expectations or keep us at ease, and this place is well established by now so should be able to deal with a busy afternoon. Not at any point did anyone apologise for the poor service, offer a discount, some drinks on the house or anything to make up for the disastrous service that was happening. They all acted as if this was the way things are - an absolute mess. Like absolute shambles. On top of all this, it took them three attempts to give me a clean plate. I remember the staff at Diecast told me to go here for a slow dining experience but I think I'd just call it a slow and disastrous experience in general. The worst part was them acting as if everything was normal. Actually the food is nice but you could tell the chaos from the kitchen and the complete lack of communication between kitchen staff and waiting staff. Waiting staff just stood sweating over the food that needed serving without having a single clue what was going on. Shambles of a place. I've never seen anything like it. At least we were all in a good mood, otherwise a good night could easily have been ruined. Now I can see the reviews here are generally good so I'm assuming it was a one off but that makes it all more bizarre that nobody tried making up for the shambles.

Vine con un grupo de amigos, me colgaron antes de asegurarme de que era seguro para mi alergia a los frutos secos. Me dijeron que sería , llegué allí y me dijeron que no podía comer nada. El grupo al que vine con todas las bebidas pedidas incluyéndome a mí , dos de nosotros en el grupo luego nos quedamos esperando durante 40 minutos nuestras bebidas teniendo en cuenta que las de todos los demás habían venido en 10 minutos. Nos quejamos a varios miembros del personal y una camarera encantadora se disculpó mucho y preparó las bebidas ella misma para nosotros. Todo el personal era tan encantador, es una pena que las bebidas y múltiples partes de nuestra comida se olvidaron. Junto con esto , escuchamos muchas otras mesas quejándose de comidas y bebidas olvidadas. No volverá a cenar ni beber aquí.

Me and my girlfriend went to Firehouse for food and drinks on Valentines Day. The service we received from our server Kyran was truly outstanding – he made our night, continually going above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible. The food and drinks were also exceptional – can’t recommend it enough!

Cinco de nosotros probamos un Sunday Roast aquí después de que fue recomendado por el bar en el cercano (y también excelente) Crown and Kettle pub. El servicio era totalmente en - punto - muy centrado en el cliente y no en absoluto relleno. La comida era excelente - delicioso pan y hummus para empezar, sabroso medio pollo asado, budín de Yorkshire superior, salsa impresionante, sin problemas en absoluto, gran cocina y vale la pena cada centavo.

Food was delicious and the vibes were great but special shoutout to our server Jade, she was an absolute delight, suggestions were on point and she was the highlight of the meal. Thank you <3

Never disappoints. Best chicken anywhere and the sides are to die for. Drinks are always seasonal and interesting - I had a smokin pineapple spritzer which was fab. Staff are friendly and attentive without being intrusive and the food comes fairly quickly which is good as we were all famished. Then to put the icing on the cake there was 40% off the food bill. Will be back soon!

Mi esposo y yo visitamos el viernes pasado para comida y bebidas. Bebidas como se esperaba y una buena gama de cócteles (el picante - rita era muy bueno! ) Había un trato en la comida donde estaba 40% de descuento, así que nos embolsamos una ganga! El pollo está muy sabroso. Crujiente por fuera pero la carne es muy jugosa. Compartimos 1/2 pollo y obtuvimos algunos lados. Las pittas son súper suaves y esponjosas. El personal era encantador también. ¡Volveremos por nuestro pollo a precio completo!

Visitamos como un grupo de amigos y parejas. Reservamos con antelación para asegurarnos de que tenemos una mesa. El ambiente aquí se enfría con una ubicación fresca que ofrece una verdadera experiencia de Manchester. Nuestro camarero era muy amable, creó una conversación ligera y respondió a cualquier pregunta de comida que tuvimos muy bien. Fuimos por una variedad de asados como la carne de res, cordero y un lado de queso de coliflor. El asado del domingo fue increíble. Carne de vacuno de alta calidad cocinada a la perfección medio rara. El pudín de Yorkshire era sabroso y crujiente. Las patatas de carretera tenían un buen sabor, pero mi preferencia es un poco más crujiente. Verduras de buena calidad cocinadas muy bien y no demasiado hecho. El asado de la carne era el mismo que el de la carne de res con el cordero cocinado muy bien con un montón de sabores de la alta calidad de la carne. El queso de coliflor era muy queso y cremoso. Fue una gran adición al asado, pero fue un extra de £ 7. 50 que no era realmente la relación calidad-precio. En general la cena del domingo fue muy buena con carnes de alta calidad. Pero con la cantidad de comida como el cordero siendo una porción tan pequeña por £ 24 dudaría en volver con la variedad de otras cenas dominicales de alta calidad. Este es un contendiente muy fuerte.

No despidas a Iish habría sido un 3 sin él. Feliz ish - malla a uno y todo. La comida era genial y un servicio de inicio lento, donde un servidor se dio cuenta, era ish.

If you like a lively atmosphere, this could potentially be good. There is a live DJ and 40% off food on Wednesdays. So far so good. The food, in general, is very tasty. Everything is cooked on a grill apparently. The pittas with dips were lovely. Other small plates that were amazing were the potatoes, the mushroom kabobs and the butternut squash. The cabbage was ok and the sausage was pretty poor. It was so small! Drinks are on the slightly high end. Particularly shocking was looking at the bill after and realising that a 250ml glass of Sauvignon blanc cost £14.70. Possibly the most we have been charged for a glass of wine outside a very high end restaurant. Overall, a fun experience and the food was very tasty. The 40% off Wednesday deal is great. The drink prices are high.

Arrived and the staff were really friendly, The waitress (Jade ) recommended the pitas and they were amazing, honestly the best I’ve tasted, We ordered the Sunday lunch and it was also gorgeous, Crispy roast potatoes, Yorkshire puddings were massive, the meat was cooked to perfection. Loved the atmosphere which was lively but chilled, good music in the background, Cucumber cocktail was to die for !!!

There are no words for how faultless our experience was today, WOW! As soon as we walked in we were greeted warmly, the drinks were perfect, we had pitta bread’s and dips followed by one of the best roasts I’ve ever had..and I’ve eaten a LOT 🐽 Staff were so attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was PERFECT. Honestly, thank you so so much. Legends!

I visited Firehouse with some friends to celebrate a 30th birthday. We were served by Jade, who was absolutely wonderful and super friendly. The place had a great atmosphere, our food was delicious and drinks came quickly. One of our party has coeliac disease and staff were knowledgeable and accommodating about the food she was able to have, putting her at ease. A very enjoyable afternoon!

Bad place, wouldn’t recommend based on the staff members being rude and unwelcoming. Didn’t feel like they wanted us there at all and drinks were very slow.
