Nice diversity of shops. Large center, not logical in terms of overview (if you are there for the first time). Easily accessible by bus from the center of Newcastle.
Very rude and never answer the phone to ask questions. We were greeted in a rude manner and not made to feel very welcome. Food was good although we were struggling to understand the way things worked
Love this place. However the breakfast just wasn't for us. The sausage had pieces of thick fat in it that were really hard to chew 😢 nothing like a full english. We weren't a fan of the beans also
