Had our Anniversary meal here. Top class everything. Our waiter Will was excellent.

Came with the family for a lunchtime birthday meal for my mother-in-law. Alex served us and she was very polite, friendly and informative. Food was fantastic and we all thoroughly enjoyed all that we had. Thanks to Alex and her colleagues for a wonderful afternoon.

Me & my hubby came for a lunch date. We had the fixed price lunch & as our second time dining here, we again, were not disappointed. Food was incredible, our server Alex was wonderful, pleasant and she knew her stuff! Now to go home to nap in a food coma! We will be back again for sure!

Absolutely amazing food and brilliant service

Mediocre at best tonight. Watched a trainee barman pour 2 pints on Madri and the barman said tip some out and put a bigger head on it. Trainee poured some out and topped it up with Peronni. Starter and main courses were OK at best but the desserts were dreadful. Tiramisu was in a pool of coffee, which was the chefs recommendatiins, and the coulis on the cheesecake was clearly out of a shop bought bottle. How hard can it be to puree some fruit?? Standard appear to be dropping since a few weeks ago. Definitely not going back to this branch of Miller and Carter as the Newcastle Centre one is better by far. Please see reply from the Manager. They buy in their desserts as they don't have the time to make them. Absolutely gobsmacked they can make desserts.

We had dinner here tonight and the staff were so lovely. Chris the manager was really helpful and friendly, we have 2 young kids and he offered to get their food out first so we didn't have 2 hangry monsters on our hands and they were really attentive throughout the meal. The food was delicious, even the kids meals are really good quality, freshly cooked dinners. We had a really lovely evening, would recommend to anyone for a tasty and relaxed meal out

A Carnivore's Paradise I recently had the pleasure of dining at miller and carter, a local gem renowned for its exceptional steaks. The menu featured a mouthwatering selection of cuts, ranging from classic rib-eyes to more options. I opted for the 16oz rib eye and was not disappointed. The steak was cooked to perfection, with a beautifully charred exterior and a tender, juicy interior. The flavors were rich and satisfying, and the quality of the meat was evident in every bite. To complement my steak, I ordered a side of bone marrow. The steak was cooked to order and paired perfectly with the steak. The service by jessica at miller and carters was impeccable. Our server was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure that every detail of our dining experience was flawless. Overall, my dinner at miller and carters was a fantastic experience. The quality of the food, the ambiance, and the service were all top-notch. If you're a meat lover looking for a truly exceptional steakhouse, I highly recommend giving miller and carters tynemouth a try.

Steak was good (chateaubriand) but think cut chips are frozen, really disappointed they weren't fresh. Staff were really friendly, but agreed with me about the chips, and even said it depended on the chef.

We particularly enjoyed the chicken starter, pork tomahawk, the sliced fillet, the (always wonderful) bone marrow sauce and mini brulee, we will be back :)

Food and service was fantastic tonight. Katie was absolutely lovely, would love for her to serve us again when we come back. We came for my little sisters birthday and she tended to her brilliantly. All the little requests we had for my sister to surprise her with, she was more than happy to cater for (upgrading her steak to a lobster plus steak without her knowing, singing happy birthday and lighting our own cake that we brought in etc). Great experience all round!

Visited for Restaurant Week and had a simply perfect meal, excellent steak as you would expect and the prawns starter and desserts were amazing. All staff were tremendous, especially our server, Kaya who was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive throughout. Will definitely be back soon!

Came for restaurant week. Served by Alex who was excellent. Trying m&c out as usually out of budget for us. Starter was a bit cool but steak was lovely. Lettuce wedge bit of a gimmick but made us laugh but a bit too much dressing on it for our liking. It was ok but wouldn’t persuade me come back and pay full price

I've always known of this place, just never been before. So glad I did, is was just all so delicious. Hadn't heard of onion loaf before but man was that good. Steak cooked to perfection too. Our Steak Expert was Marcus, spot on service. I definitely want to go back again now that I know there's a good range of options to choose from.

Out of the 3 restaurants in our area it is by far the best, never had a bad meal and service is always spot on. We had Marcus waiting on us this evening, he was attentive and well mannered. We had a lovely meal and the service was excellent. It was quiet as it was mid week so we didn't need to book in advance. The food was cooked as ordered, and I can certainly recommend this M&C. A little pricey, but that's M&C, but it was worth it.
