The best restaurants serving American food in Stratford and New Town Newham London

Hired the private room for 3 hours and had the 3 course set menu for £80pp. Food was really nice, the starter was a spread of all dishes on the menu which was nice as you could have a bit of everything. There were loads! The main was lovely, we just about had room for dessert. Chris our waiter was lovely and helped us enjoy our experience. He was very accommodating.

We had a really quality experience at this location last night, but none of these could be possible without Andrey support! He was a star of a manager and handled our situation so professionally and delivered a great experience which we will never forget! We will definitely come back!

Today, we visited All Star Bowling hoping for a fun night, but unfortunately, the experience didn’t meet our expectations. The staff member at the front desk— a young, healthy guy with glasses—was surprisingly rude and seemed entirely uninterested in helping customers. Instead of engaging politely, he argued with us and other patrons, which created an uncomfortable atmosphere. It’s clear he wasn’t enjoying his job, and it showed in the way he interacted with people. It’s disappointing that such poor service overshadowed what could have been a perfect game night. We hope the All Star team takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service, as it truly impacted our experience.

We visited the TGI Stratford on 3rd November , the food and service was excellent. Special thanks to Arjun, he was very professional and knowledgeable about the menu. Compared to the other TGI’s I think the one in Stratford is very well organized and has more professional staff.

Went for our wedding anniversary after reading the reviews on here. Service wasn't great. Our starter came out before our drinks, which were soft drinks too as there were no alcoholic drinks on the menu. The starter was of very poor quality. No garnish, just plain onion rings. I've had better from the frozen section in Tesco. My plate was taken away before my wife had finished hers. The mains were no better either. Minimal steak in the Philly cheese steak sandwich, it was all peppers and onions, served on a brioche hot dog bun. Burger was edible, which is about as much as I can say about that. Fries were ok 👍

We ordered a couple of kids meas, burger and Mac and cheese. After approx 15 mins wait collected to find Mac and cheese cold I returned it and waited for the new one , whilst other food went cold Wish I had asked for refund , Mac and cheese was watery and bland, The fries too salty. Will not be returning and not recommend

The wings have a kick Nice little venue ildeal for those catch up times staff were good and manager was nice and friendly Went on the back of a food blogger definetly cant say i was disappointed also happened to be showing the football and rugby Literally 3/4 mins from station Last point very accomadating as booked for 1 arrived at 2 hats off for understanding I would definetly go back need to try that 24" pizza Only took pics of the side orders but also had pizza, onion rings, mac and cheese bites twice and choclate brownie

Massive shoutout to our waitress who was really lovely, unfortunately didn’t get her name but Thursday 31st October she was serving the booth tables, blonde hair, recommended us a tropical monster cocktail and provided really amazing service. The food is quite pricey but tasted really good and seems to have improved in quality since I was last at TGIs.

Never been before, Thoroughly enjoyed the chicken burger. Definitely need to have more other choices than just beef. Cheesy fries were okay, but could do with a bit more better flavouring. all the milkshakes were amazing👌🏾

Had a nice lunch with a family member for their birthday and the good service was really appreciated. Shoutout to our servers Madu and Cris!

Jóvenes Ismael y Vilay chicos muy amables que nos hicieron muy bienvenidos. No venimos a menudo a Westfield, pero cuando lo hacemos no vamos a buscar en otro lugar para refrescos.

Only wanted a tea to drink in, why is it that all these corporate coffee brands don’t teach the staff to make tea. It is not 50% milk and 50% tea. Doesn’t matter if you say you just want a splash of milk your get a splash that you would expect from Niagra falls
