Only wanted a tea to drink in, why is it that all these corporate coffee brands don’t teach the staff to make tea. It is not 50% milk and 50% tea. Doesn’t matter if you say you just want a splash of milk your get a splash that you would expect from Niagra falls

The service was quick and it was obvious why when I tried my drink! I ordered a cappuccino and hot chocolate on a quiet Sunday evening, only to be disappointed when we tried our drinks - both were only luke warm. The coffee was also quite a weak flavour, the chocolate was ok. I will not be returning......

I used to visit the other shop in the ticket hall before they changed hands to become Espresso. Espresso fail to put prices on most of their products, charge way too much and their sandwiches are half filled with the gunk all at the edge and nothing inside, therefore i stopped going. Now Petit Pret have opened up a store here where the prices are high street prices and not Mayfair prices. The food is of good, fresh quality and I get to have soya with my decaff coffee. The staff are pleasant and welcoming, unlike the pre mentioned one. Their products are all labelled with prices and I know what I am purchasing, So thanks for opening up here it allows me not to get ripped off because I am in a station. Well done to Pret for having the vision and to keep their prices real.

I had the thin crust BBQ chicken pizza. It was good but I miss the red onions that are put on BBQ chicken pizzas in the US. The waiter was friendly. The timing on the service was average.

The service was quite slow and the food was missing the finishing touches. The wings came without the dip, food lacked garnishes and cocktails came in regular glasses.
