The best restaurants serving American food in Islington London

Just got Ringo chicken burger was ok just about asked for extra spicy had the smallest bit of chilly sauce on it for Some reason microwaved the chicken in the bun witch made bun hard and mayo was red hot very off putting chips where ok and burger it's self was small price was ok for wht it was 4/10

un restaurant soit disant « steack house » j’ai commandé une pièce de bœuf grillé à 24.99 (premier prix) attention ça peut aller jusqu’à 40 et plus. Une viande blanchâtre dès son arrivée, pas cuite et sans aucune saveur, de la viande congelée UNE HORREUR !!! En accompagnement des frites congelées tout aussi mauvaises. La patronne très désagréable et hautaine complètement en adéquation avec l’ambiance du restaurant ni fait ni à faire aucun charme, musique très forte, difficile de s’entendre. Le vin 🍷 rouge du vinaigre laissé en l’état, impossible de boire plus d’une gorgée. À Londres depuis une semaine, nous avons mangé dans de nombreux steack house et nous avons toujours été satisfaits. Je n’ai rien mangé malgré la faim. Ce restaurant est très peu fréquenté et pour cause. Je ne comprends pas qu’une telle enseigne puisse encore exister dans une si belle ville mais je suis rassurée en lisant les autres commentaires. D’autre part avec des températures aussi basses, pas de chauffage, nous avons gardé les bonnets et les manteaux.Avec UNE ADDITION AUSSI SALÉE le piège à touristes est bien rôdé. Nous sommes partis au bout d’une demi-heure et nous avons été obligés de manger dans un autre restaurant. Un bon conseil, passez votre chemin, UNE BELLE ARNAQUE !!! Attention aux précédents avis très positif changement de propriétaire, les photos n’ont rien avoir avec les plats servis ! FUYEZ !

My first time here and really enjoyed both the food and the service. They guided me through the burrito building choices very nicely, and made very clear the parts which cost extra and the parts which are included, so all in all very happy. Can't believe I haven't been coming here all this time. (I plan to add a photo soon.) And the aesthetic on top is pretty dang cool, so extra points.

I held my birthday party here and had a great time!

It's an honest burger do food is p good, the service and the automatic door that just keeps opening make it a bit cold.

So sad that this place was supposed to have been 'saved' by the new owner, but has completely lost any essence of what it once was. Such a damn shame to have a brilliant venue turn into what it is now.

Great bottomless brunch. Chimezie looked after us well If you are going to talk to each other - the music is very loud. Drinks come freely and food very good Be careful of the service charge they add on to your bill!

Clean enviroment, staff were very friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Would recommend.

A couple of branches seem to have closed, but no update on their website or social channels. Quite disrespectful towards their loyal customers who have been using them for years. So disappointed.

Sorprendentemente generosas porciones de entrada, suficientes para dos - saludable y delicioso también. Burger era brillante - todos los recortes incluidos y no como extras pagados. Postre de carpaccio de piña sabores inusuales e inteligentes. Me gustó el ambiente - oscuro (bajo tierra con alguna ventana - luces - y accesorios de iluminación con clase, velas). Mobiliario y diseño de alta calidad. Por último, el servicio era genial - amable y servicial (felicitar a Jason).

Hermoso lugar con una vista increíble, la comida era muy buena, pero por desgracia el gerente fue muy grosero (no estoy seguro de su nombre tiene el pelo castaño y es muy ruidoso) ella sola hizo mi estancia en el restaurante insoportable, me habló como si yo fuera un idiota que no apreciaba. No voy a volver y le sugiero encarecidamente que consiga un nuevo gerente. Siento pena por el otro personal encantador que conocí allí.

Vine aquí con mi hermana a almorzar. El restaurante está bien escondido, pero sin duda una visita obligada para cualquier persona en la zona, así que añade esto a tu lista. El ambiente es fantástico; un montón de obras de arte fantásticas en las paredes en todo que no te quieres perder y música de calidad. Younis nos recibió en la puerta y fue muy atento todo el tiempo, gran personalidad y muy amable - la comida y las bebidas salieron rápidamente y nos vamos de aquí felices con el estómago lleno. ¡Muchas gracias!

El tiempo es todo en un entorno de estación de tren, por lo que donde este restaurante obtiene las mejores calificaciones es en la rapidez con la que se entregan los pedidos de comida. Por supuesto, sería fácil tirar cualquier basura vieja, pero las jirafas son mejores que eso. Tenía una hamburguesa de pollo con papas fritas que era lo suficientemente picante como para que fuera “interesante” y la tostada era lo suficientemente sustancial como para ser satisfactorio. También es una zona bien decorada con un montón de características retro. No estoy seguro de dónde viene el nombre de jirafa, espero que no la carne dentro de las hamburguesas, pero marca muchas cajas.
