The best restaurants serving American food in Castle Leicester East Midlands

Always loved the lamb doner kebab at AJ’s when I was a student in Leicester uni. Keep up the great work!

This place is fabulous, the drinks were delicious and also quite strong. The food was excellent, I recommend the battered broccoli. The decor is beautiful, the music/ atmosphere was good. The service was outstanding, staff were always checking we had enough drinks and everything was ok. Our server V was great and was happy to help us with our cocktail selections. It’s a must visit bar! We had Bottomless Brunch it was £40 and well worth the money.

I went to this restaurant mid week with some of my colleagues, and found the waitress to be very polite and helpful. Unfortunately we were disappointed by the food, 3 of us ordered stake and in all three cases the steak was very tough, fatty, and lacked flavour. Also the vegges served with the steak were uninspiring and didnt add anything to the meal, although the chips were ok. I wouldn't visit this place again.

Great Customer Service, Friendly Staff and amazing food

A selection of cheap cocktails with a young crowd - this place would be good for students. This spacious venue could accommodate large groups or casual drinks. I didn't see a smoking area but you can pop out the front.

I love this place! Very stylish with a relaxed atmosphere. Menu is fantastic. I had the Indian breakfast which was amazing!

Sits just off the Highcross and part of the vast choice of eateries that form the Highcross restaurant area, building used to be an OLD Leicester school and is cosy enough to be a place to have a quiet drink with friends or a night out with partners. Staff were gracious and attentive... have to admit I witnessed some rude clientele on my visit but the staff handled them wonderfully without causing any friction. The front of house manager Jeff is a pleasure to encounter and the reason I will be recommending 1573 to others.

Overall, good meal and good service. The price for what you get is good.
