Mohan was extremely helpful and accommodating, made sure we knew how to de-shell the lobster and offered any help that was needed. Restaurant is clean and well kept , service was speedy and staff extremely friendly. Honestly was a lovely experience and will definitely be returning!

we honestly had the best experience. the staff were so accommodating and helpful. Mohan served us complimentary lobster claws, offered more when we were done and even showed us how to deshell them. the restaurant was so clean and the service was so quick. we were all so satisfied and would recommend to anyone who is craving a really good seafood boil!

Can I just say how amazing this place is! It's a hidden little gem in Leicester. This is my second time coming and can now say it's mine and my daughter's fave place to come! Shame we don't have one closer to home! Beautiful food and lovely staff! 100 % recommended. NHS discount too.

Nah, I wouldn't go back there. They brought the food all separately, like, my chips came first, then the burger ten minutes later! Crazy, right? The cocktails weren't great either. Well I was craving for seafood so i found this restaurant on Google came along with my friends, it's such a beautiful place, We ordered for KING CRAB ,Bang Bang Prawns , Wings and some cocktails 2 for £10 🍹🦀 They have speciality in Cajun Sauce. The food and Cocktails were Delicious and Excellent 🔟/🔟 . Great Hospitality very friendly 👍 will surely recommend and I'm coming back with Family to try more seafood.

Me and my family had dinner on news years eve here, we felt so uncomfortable from the minute we walked in, no customer service at all not smile no hello no atmosphere, we ate our food and got out of there as quick as we could the food was okay. I visited leicester from Sri lanka. This seafood is better than our home country!

I trusted the positive reviews and thought to give this restaurant a try with my partner. The food was expensive for a very small portion (the seafood boil came with little chips, a potato, an egg,the tiniest lobster tail and 6 pieces of prawns for £57) barely enough to feed one person. Much better value to be had elsewhere. The service was ok but I was a little surprised to see that a service charge was added to my bill and straight onto the card machine without having the prior option of consent. Food was ok however it was just not priced right for what you are getting.i expect a lot more if I'm paying £40 per head.

This is one of the best restaurants for seafood in the Leicester. I loved the whole lobster here. The staffs are good aswell. They have amazing offers too checkout their website for more info.

We took a friend who was visiting and for all of us it was a first time experience. Thee food was hot, tasty and service was great. Mi visita fue en un domingo a la hora del almuerzo, yo y mi amigo llegamos para ponernos al día, muy emocionados de probar la comida. Y NO nos decepcionaron. Ambos teníamos la cola de langosta que era absolutamente delicioso. La salsa estaba muy sabrosa y nos aseguramos de no desperdiciar ni una gota. Cuando terminamos, habíamos comido hasta el último trozo de comida en nuestros platos. No podíamos dejar de decir lo delicioso que estaba y lo mucho que estábamos disfrutando de nuestras comidas y ya había decidido que necesitábamos volver. No es la comida más asequible, así que definitivamente un placer ocasional. No puedo creer que durante todo el tiempo que estuvimos allí, éramos los únicos dos clientes. Sé que los mariscos probablemente no son tu opción típica del domingo por la tarde, pero considerando lo encantadora que era la comida, no podía creerlo. Si estás pensando en ir, por favor hazlo, no decepcionará : )

First time visiting Sapphire as well as first time trying a seafood boil. Took my niece for brunch before she heads back to university, and we decided to try Sapphire I have wanted to try a seafood boil for sometime after seeing videos on line, now I can understand what the hype has been about, I've certainly missed out on the experience until today. The food at sapphire was delicious, fresh seafood with the most amazing seasoning 😋🙌🏼 The cocktails were delicious, there is a selection of appetisers, mains and sides on the menu. We opted for the Sapphire mixed boil as a main dish and calamari as an appetiser, all the dishes tasted fresh and very well seasoned. I will certainly be returning to try other menu options. It’s the only place in Leicester offering a seafood boil, I highly recommend it to anyone local and those visiting leicester

Recently Visited the Saffire Seafood Kitchen Resturant with my friends for having dinner. The food served was absolutely delicious, especially the snow crab cluster is a must try one for people who likes spicy with some meat. The ambiance was really fantastic for a diner party. And the service provided by Alwin Augustine an who is polite, and calm in busy time and also joyful on the other hand in his work made my friends diner comfortable.

The owner and the staff were very welcoming and attentive! We had the lobster tail sea food boil and fried catfish and the flavours were exceptional! Would definitely recommend anyone to try this restaurant out!
