When are you guys reopening? I miss the lovely waffles

The beef sandwich was amazing! Along with the pistachio, date and honey shake. We also ordered the cheesy waffles with a mango lassi. Was all yum. Would defo buy it all again. They also do blue light discount for NHS, which is brill.

Incredible Korean fried waffles! Delicious, fresh and juicy. They also do some incredible choc brownies. Highly recommended

It was a lovely place with lovely staff. But the food didnt quite cut it. I feel like you can buy better waffles from other places and the tea was just a tea bag in water with some milk. Wouldnt come here again.

The best vegan waffles that we have eaten! This hidden gem is in the heart of Leicester & we will be back again here for the waffles! Infect, we came 2 days in a row. That's how much we enjoyed it! The Nutella & strawberry waffle 🧇 is quality!I would absolutely highly recommend to anyone.

Great lil place to enjoy a waffle. Reasonably priced and good atmosphere as well as service. Would’ve given it another star but the waffle itself was a little too sweet for my taste.

I always visit this cafe every time I feel homesick. It is such a cosy and warm little place. The owner are a lovely middle-aged couple who provide best service ever and are so sweet and lovely, makes you feel like you are home. I would highly recommend their buttermilk chicken and waffle and karak chai and Arabian Night milkshake😍😍.

Ordered an all the berries waffle, and it was very soft and a perfect balance between the fruits and the waffle. Comes with an optional serving of fresh whipped cream and a little pot of vanilla ice cream. A bit expensive compared to other waffles shops but worth it.

100% fruit used in 'very berry' smoothie - delicious . Ice scream was tasty

Been here twice and the desserts are great. Really nice vibe to have board games and desserts. Service was superb and vegan options too. Would highly recommend

Perfect place to hit up to play games while sipping on a milkshake! I had a vegan Oreo milkshake even though it's not on the menu! The owner was very accomodative and provided a 5* service! I would recommend

Had a great lunch here with my wife. The service was irreproachable and the food was amazing as well. If you are a coffee lover, this is a great spot for that as I had one of the best mocha's in a long time. Some board games are available here as well, to play while waiting for the food to be brought, such as snakes and ladders, backgammon and chess.

Lovely atmosphere, desserts were made fresh (takes a bit of time but totally worth it) and tasted amazing - best we’ve had in a while. They have a few games you can play and even a record player that you can use as it actually works. The owner was very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!

So tasty! Fresh fruits used and a selection of both sweet and savory options. I ordered mine with ice cream and poured it into my coffee when I was done. Nice and quick affagato!

Popped in today for the first time. The decor is clean and bright with many nice personal touches. We ordered the 'Bombay Bicycle', a milkshake and a Rose and Pistachio drink. All the food was fantastic! The 'Bombay Bicycle' was a delicious vegetarian, gluten free option, and the drinks were both great. Definitely recommend this place and its menu instead of the many other generic and more expensive dessert parlours in the city.

Popped in because the music sounded amazing. Really good service along with a sweet and short menu. Had the waffles with buttermilk chicken and it tasted amazeballs. They also had board games for us to try while we wait for our food and drinks.

My daughter and I look forward to visiting this place when we visit from Liverpool. We are never disappointed. Delicious food, lovely service. We will be back again soon.

Best waffle I’ve ever tasted!! The biscoff waffle and milkshakes were really good and the price was so good for tea, crepe, milkshake and waffle (£20) really amazing family owned business with great service planning on coming back again ❤️❤️

After a meal, we thought we would give this place a try and it was definitely worth our time and money. To begin with, the atmosphere is sublime with nice decor and amazing music in the background. The waffles we scrounged were delightful and mouth watering. Also I think she might be a mind reader as we were gasping for water after the waffles and like the second coming of Christ she arrived .

This beautiful little desert cafe is run by a lovely couple. It’s right in the city centre and is perfect for the desert craving after a meal. They have a good selection of crepes, waffles and deserts. The couple are lovely and pay attention to you. They cafe has a very cozy vibe. Will definitely visit again

We went in for a little sweet treat after a lovely meal in Leicester. We received the best customer service ever. The deserts were very well priced & we walked out some free brownies & milkshakes with positive messages on! Such a nice act of kindness that people need in these hard times. Popped in for a small dessert, tried the pistachio raspberry and white chocolate waffle and it was delicious! Definitely different to the standard waffles you get in other dessert places - although the portion is not as big, but this doesn't matter because it was so filling! The staff are also so nice.

Falafel waffles are a lunchtime revelation - deliciously fluffy and filling as well as gluten free! The coffee is good quality and the shop has a cozy atmosphere, would absolutely recommend.

Very disappointed about this place.Saw so many beautiful pictures but the food was awful. the icecream ( the basic ingredient of all they do) was grainy?! no idea how. overpriced and only good for an instagram post

This place was a huge disappointment!!! It wasn’t busy and there was only a table of 2 before us. I ordered right after them but I had to wait 50mins for this Unicorn ice cream. The guy made orders that was placed after mines so the wait was ridiculously long. My two friends already finished eating their waffles and milkshake and we still had to sit and wait for my order. The ice cream wasn’t even that good. It didn’t taste anything special. Little bit of chocolate sauce on the cup that just tasted sweet with no chocolate taste. Cup filled with soft serve vanilla ice cream but it didn’t taste anything special. Cream and sprinkles on the top looks quite messy and there’s a candy floss ring around the cup. Cause it took so long to come, I had to take it to go and finish eating it on the train. They also forgotten my friend’s ice cream and messed up her milkshake. The guy said it’s because he’s on his own and people didn’t turn up for work. But to be honest, I’ve been to places that’s busier with little staff serving more complicated stuff. The waffles were all freshly made but the machine makes them. The ice cream comes from a machine. Apart from the candy floss that will take a bit more time, I don’t see how I need to wait 50mins! The guy didn’t say it would be a long wait or apologise for the long wait until we said we’ve been waiting on an ice cream for a long time! At the end, the guy did offer us all a free drink cause of all the problems and delays but I had to go catch a train, and was worried I had to wait another hour for it to come so I said no. Bad experience to end my day in Leicester.

For quality this place has the best deserts in Leicester. The waffles are made fresh and the ice cream is really tasty. Prices are really reasonable. Please bring back the birthday cake ice cream, it was amazing! Staff are very friendly and attentive. If you’re looking for something special this place is great. A wonderful addition to the independent businesses in Leicester.

we went here to try the krispy kreme doughnuts with icecream. the doughnut was stale and the icecream had big clumps or powdered sugar which was quite off putting

The liege waffle is to die for. Literally the best waffle I have ever had, and I have had a fair few waffles! Walked past this place many times and had never ventured in, so thought I would try it out. So so glad I did! The waffles are made from dough rather than batter giving them the best texture and taste.

Stopped in here on a cold day on the way to a choir rehearsal. Had a DELICIOUS waffle with peanut butter. The coffee took quite a long time, but was good when it came! But oh, the waffles! So warm, fresh and tasty!!!!

I've known Waffle & Scoop to be around for a long time but i had never step foot until now! It's a small dessert joint specialising in Belgium Leige Waffles. The decor is simple looking with flowers on the table, which is a lovely touch. So mohing on yo desserts, I've been wanting to try their new creation CroLato and asked them to surprise me. I had the Strawberry Fields CroLato, Croissant Filled  with Vanilla Gelato Ice Cream, Fresh Strawberries, Fresh Cream and a drizzle of Belgium Chocolate, I call this The Triple D (Delicious Delightful Dessert) made by  @elliehxnnxh the new recruit of @waffleandscoop. Thank you Ellie and all the best! I also had the most amazing looking Ice Cream Ever! It's Called The 24CRT Gold Ice Cream which was in a Waffle Cone which I enjoyed very much.
