This was my first visit to Mad cook and i won their munchbox and tried it as well honest opinion 10 out of 10 owner of tne restaurant made me feel welcomed relaxed and recommended me what i should try for the munchbox and i can say this was my best decision and felt pleased to support their business to become a collaborator with them long term friendship and plan

I won a voucher for this food place through TikTok and alhamdulilah I rushed to try their food. When I entered the staff greeted me with excellent customer service and didn’t waste time getting me my food. When I ate it was amazing 🤩 one of the best burgers I’ve had definitely will come again.

Best bugers ever MACON SMASH I could eat this all day , 10/10 flavour cooked to perfection and the customer service made me want to order more because simply the food here is out of this world.

I want with my girls yesterday to eat the food was sooo good my girls loved it so much the staff was so friendly the service is so good we love to go there again.

Atmosphere was nice, was able to have a good long talk with my boys, but the long talk was over no food…ordered at 10pm, got the food at 11pm, an hour wait for a veggie burger and chips, and they weren’t even all that, it’s disappointing. I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you want to sit down for 1-2 hours waiting for a burger and chips.

Came here today with a big group of friends and I ordered the Mad Smash loaded meal. Food and customer service was amazing, definitely will be returning again.

I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the food. At first glance, it seemed like it might be good, but after tasting it, I quickly realized that it was far from fresh or enjoyable. The flavors were dull, and the overall quality did not meet my expectations at all. It was quite a letdown, especially considering I had initially hoped for a pleasant experience. Unfortunately, the food left me feeling unsatisfied.😡😡

Grand launch of Mad Cook and food is on point. Attention to detail not only looked tasty was cooked to perfection with a unique twist. Service with a smile. Definitely worth a visit not your average burger joint.

Went there on their opening day staff were friendly however I ordered 2 meal deals and one of the box of loaded fries were missing I live far so I can't even go back overall food was decent so can't really complain for the price paid wish the business luck

The owner is incredibly humble—I had the pleasure of meeting him during my last visit to the shop. I ordered an Uber Eats takeaway today, and honestly, it was the best burger I’ve had so far! The order arrived with plenty of sauces, and every bite was packed with amazing flavour. I highly recommend giving their food a try. The only small suggestion I have is regarding the packaging—when the bag is stapled shut for Uber deliveries, the staples might fall into the food when opening it. Perhaps using tape to seal the bags could be a great alternative.

Best beef burger I had after long time inside is very clean I was welcomed by friendly guy ask me what I preferred gave me good recommendations food got ready less then ten minutes fries was also really nice with few different sauces I will definitely go back to try something different next time when ever I go Leicester again (Farrukh from Peterborough)

I recently went to Leicester for a meeting and was looking for a nice burger place to eat. Someone recommended Burger Base, and it turned out to be the best decision I've made. The staff were friendly and recommended some great dishes. The burgers were amazing—juicy, freshly prepared, and bursting with flavours. The loaded fries were the star of the meal, absolutely delicious. It's a halal burger place, which is a great plus. Overall, the food was fantastic, and the service was excellent. Really friendly, the grilled chicken burger was amazing, good prices and a nice selection of burgers. Definitely worth visiting. The kids meal was good value for money but I wasn't a fun of the kids cheese burger (but I'm not a big beef fan)

The chicken burger was grilled to perfection, crispy yet tender. The double beef burger was succulent & delicious. The fries were excellent, not oily yet soft, and had a little crunch to them. The owner gave small tubs of each sauce, so I had a variety of flavours to dip into. I would recommend this food place. A hidden gem.

My family and I visited Leicester yesterday from Birmingham and were looking for somewhere to eat among many shops and we came across Burger Base so decided to go there. All the staff were very friendly, the place was very clean and the food tasted really nice and fresh/clean. Would definitely visit again if I was in the area.

After 15 or so orders I feel qualified to write this. Team- Speak clear English, take orders accurately, are friendly and accommodating, learning customer requirements i.e no sauce on burgers means no sauce. Their wait estimates are pretty accurate too. Premises -Hygiene is always good. Kitchen is visible so we know the hygiene is good back there. Nice and bright, plenty of seating. Food - The only item I order is the chicken fillet fiery dipper. Its the best burger on Evington Road. Good people who spend time knowing their customers. They deserve success.

Well what can I say apart from the best burgers are at burger base!!we enjoyed the tex Mex and the ulti Macon 180. Absolutely delicious 😋 The sauces and quality of meat is what will make you go back for more! The loaded chicken fries and the loaded beef fries were the best I've had! So much flavour and texture too, It's a definate must have. Jazakallah to brother Ahmed quality service and quality food!

Came up from London and decided to grab lunch here at Burger Base. The burgers was amazing and the chips were so crunchy probably the best i’ve had. The place is so clean and hygienic and the taste is even better. Deffo recommend.

Burger base has great food but I feel recently the customer service has not been good and the price of the food has made it too expensive. I.e. double flamer meal is now more than 8 pounds.

Ordered via uber eats food turned up cold . Can't eat cold food . Shop blame uber. Uber blame shop. I can't review the food because I haven't dared to eat cold food . Its OK saying your sorry on the phone but I'm here with unedible grub and hungry . A proper eatery would take responsibility and get it sorted. Won't be returning I'm afraid

Normally consist of fries as the base with many various toppings and sauces. Here at Burgerbase their Load It Fries has landed. A brand new item on the menu and i had the pleasure of trying it out myself 😊 I really enjoy eating Loaded Fries. With various flavours and textures of the ingredients such as the meats, cheese, salad and sauces. It sure fills you up nicely. Burger Base Load it Fries consist of the following: Fries Spicy Chicken Chopped up salad and Jalapenos, Cheese and Various inhouse sauces. I absoloutely loved eating Spicy Chicken Load it fries, it was delicious with different flavours and textures running on my pallet. The flavour and texture of Spicy Chicken was spot on with a good kick of heat combined with spice coming from the Jalapenos. It wasn't dry as various sauces was added in. A perfect balanced out Load It Fries it was too. If you are a Loaded Fries fan then head over to Burger Base. See below for Location. Decently priced establishment. Brilliant customer service as the front man is very welcoming. Pretty good fast food but their fries + sauces are the best hands down. Visited a few times and it's been consistent throughout. Edit: 6 months later (Sep'22) and it's exactly as before. Prices haven't increased when many other places have. Ultimacon burger is perhaps one of the best by far. Their in-house seasonings (smoky bbq/sweet chilli) for the fries are really unique. This place really is worth the money.
