Ordered 4 bagels total 2 all day breakfast a cheese and a tuna the tuna and cheese bagels were fine fresh salad really nice but the all day breakfast (both) was awful the cheese on the cheese bagel was so burnt it scratches the roof of your mouth the egg was flavourless and dry and the bacon tasted like wet dog the sausage was burnt to a crisp so dry overall should be removed or revised as was disgusting luckily the delivery fee and 10% convinced me to order lunch so threw the breakfast away!!!!

Very friendly staff, i like the smell of freshly baked bagels & coffee in the morning. Pica bagel is very filling and their orange sauce goes perfect with it

I enjoyed the salmon cream bagel as well as the breakfast bagel. Super yummy

We ordered the pizza bagel and the veggie sausage bagel, and it was absolutely delicious! The guy who worked there was extremely friendly and made the bagels fresh! It was so flavourful and beautifully presented. Highly recommend checking this spot out if you’re looking for a good bagel spot.

The Bagel break in Leicester is hands down the best bagel shop in town just like subway but better. The friendly staff and their freshly baked bagels always make my mornings brighter. If you haven't tried their everything bagel yet, you're missing out on a slice of bagel heaven!

Don't give your hard earned money to companies like this if you are a veggie especially. Im a veggie and this is what i received hardly any topping and missing olives. As per usual every penny counted for on their end saving on toppings and things but happily takes chunks of money from you for giving you nothing. Karmic debts are huge being a crook in such manner, very immoral. I added my own olives and seasonings and this could have looked like that - a little more professional, but actually sent to me looking like my dog made it! This place used to be good but success and greed changes people.

I never really leave reviews but this has been my go to bagel spot since returning to Leicester. I've mainly opted for my salmon cream cheese or pastrami bagels but their pizza bagels are really great too. Super friendly staff :)

Food was cold and can of diet coke was not included although had been paid for. Delivery Driver was not interested and drove off when asked if he had a can of coke in his bag still.

First phoned and said there was no sausages so was going to put extra bacon in. Turned up with 1 slice of bacon and hardly any fillings, phoned the restaurant to receive unacceptable customer service and was not helpful at all. Overall terrible experience and will not be ordering from here again

Food isn't fresh and employees don't seem to stay longer than 2 months at a time. Unhappy atmosphere.

Such a disrespectful and unprofessional place. I don't recommend working for these people. Everyone just keep leaving, and I'm not surprised at all lol

Often order breakfast or lunch from here when I'm feeling lazy :) Love the cinnamon bagels with nutella or peanut butter, it's a pity they stopped doing the peanut butter and banana though cos that was the best! The salmon and cream cheese is also nice but it would be good if the cheese was on both sides for those of us that like to eat the two halves separately. The salad boxes are also great value and offer you lots of different options for things to add, would like to see the option of boiled eggs instead of scrambled eggs though :D

Great choice, better price and a definite go to instead of the fast food subway or McDonald’s in town. Top service too.

Friday lunchtime, only 1 member of staff on duty, took 25 minutes to serve 3 customers and made no effort to try and pick up the pace...

Takes long time, and I found hair in the food 👎👎

Visited twice while in Leicester. Food was superb but the first day there was a 20 minute wait for scrambled egg! .

From Toronto.. and i had been in leicester for 3 years this had quickly become my go to spot .. i would order off deliveroo 3-5x a week. I am not exagerrating. I hope this restaurant dont switch out like the rest. Ive been in leicester for 3 years and i saw so many of my fav spots become permanently closed (grillstock red hot buffet etc.). I hope this stays put and becomes a staple in leicester.

Been in here 3 times. 2 of which I didn’t even get served. Foods nice but these people need to look at who are they’re hiring.

Came here for the first time for lunch today and had a very nice bagel. Paid £3.50 which I think is reasonable given the generous amount of fillings. Salad choices are similar to Subway but the ingredients seem a bit fresher. Definitely plan to come back!

Smoothies and breakfast bagel good. Got basically no avacado on other bagels. Salmon was put on the bagel too early so cooked from the heat of the bagel. Will not order again.

Love their Bagels for lunch, but personally don't like the salmon one, but the rest is wonderful!

Went about an hour ago, the server was very friendly and helpful. I had a houmous bagel and my husband had salt beef. We were really impressed with how tasty our bagels were, and my husband had a fresh banoffee muffin which he loved. Just wish we'd picked up napkins cause the bagels were so full of delicious filling :)

I love this place. Bagels are great, really good selection and you can customise it to suit your taste. Really clean place too and staff are lovely.

I love it here always nice food and nice service. It's become a tradition to get a bagel when travelling on the train

Nice clean eatery, good choice of Bagels, limited but nice fillings. Friendly staff! Only downside is the price, its pretty steep particularly as they are average size bagels. This will limit my visits.

Love this place, interesting concept and a perfect alternative to subway, actually they are better than a subway, i hope they maintain good sized portions, quality and hopefully reduce prices or include offers so i can be there more often!!
