The best restaurants serving American food in England

Gone down hill..last 2 orders been freezing,like all the food 😞

I have been wanting to try for a while now, it was an absolute shambles from start to finish, the service was an absolute mess, young untrained staff who at no fault of there own were absolutely clueless, the meats were far far from ‘superb quality’ ,the rotation of the meats being brought round were timed completely at random, sometimes waiting 2 minutes sometimes waiting almost 20, the restaurant was extremely quiet so that’s no excuse, we kept the discs green the whole time and then after already waiting ages between meats meaning non of us were full, we were asked if we had any meat requests which we assumed that meant we had gone through the whole menu? however we’d had no fillet steak so thats what we’d requested seen as that’s what we’d all been waiting for, only to wait for another 20 minutes to no avail? We were then asked again if there was anything else we wanted clearly being urged to ask for the bill as it was getting late, So we again requested fillet steak only to be told they had ran out hours ago???? £35 for an ‘all you can eat’ that you leave hungry and aren’t informed the whole menu isn’t available when you sit down???? Absolutely rubbish all round extremely disappointed

We absolutely love dining at ITJL Bristol avenue. This place has become a regular spot for our family, and every visit is an enjoyable experience. The food is not only delicious but also very affordable, making it a fantastic option for frequent outings. All the staff members are very friendly especially Zinal who was very polite and good at customer service. Overall, we highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food, excellent service, and a warm atmosphere at an unbeatable price point!

My mum visited here with a group of 15 friends. They had pre booked the festive menu and preordered their choices and paid well in advance . They were the first lunch sitting at 12 noon on a Monday. It was busy however they were disappointed to have to wait for an hour for their meals to arrive. Other tables were getting their food and they arrived well after mums party. Such a shame as the food was good and service very friendly. They were also a little upset that they were seated at separate tables and not on one long festive table together.

Brilliant! The steaks and salad bar are really tasty and there's a huge variety. Atmospher is good. Drinks a little pricey.

Greasy, sloppy, topping had slid off the base. Dip tasted off. Not good
