The best restaurants serving American food in England

2 and a half hours and three phone calls and still no pizza. Don’t need to say more really! Being told it’s in the car for delivery an hour and a half ago so I dread to think what it’ll be like when and if it ever arrives.

I do love a Starbucks - as does my husband. And today was no change. He opted for a latte with an extra shot, which Itried their Lavender Iced Latte. He despairs at my choices, but I do like to the try the limited editions. Staff were friendly and polite, and helpful. I will say that due to location, I was unable to get on the app and this has resulted in not being able to record my purchase. This has resulted in my needing to ring head office to add my points. Please sort this so you can add them in store!

Super impressed with the chicken wrap. So much flavour and the sauce was very tasty. Price average. Will be back in a flash

ASKED for no sauce in my burger in a empty shop and they couldn't follow simple instructions who hires these incompetent people

Had a tea from Starbucks no problem, the toilets are dreadful, went for a pee, the place stinks, needed a sit down but could not bring myself to use the cubicle wc’s. No hot water to wash hands in. What a ….hole.

Looked good from first appearances, but was not impressed at all! Food was absolutely awful. Soggy cold chips, a bit of a not really interested attitude from staff. Wouldn't go back.

Great place to go for a quick snack after few miles of cycling. Separately they got a great parking area that you can park and pass the entrance even if you got your bike on the roof top of your car. !!! Do not go on drive through as there they got a height barrier!!!

Really good service and good food

Absolutely amazing food, Gabriella one of the managers there was extremely friendly and helpful and went the extra mile to help me wjth my order. And had a lovely smile and good chat to with her.

1st visit since reopening. Food was avarage. Sauce splattered all over the dirty fries boxes and almost all the food was piled up on one tray. I say almost because there were items missing that we had to go back to the counter to get it. When I ordered I took a table tent and entered the number in to our order and clicked for table service (which I thought was a brilliant new idea). We waited at the table for a few minutes, expecting our food to be brought over but when it was ready, a member of staff just started screaming our table number across an empty restaurant. There were 2 other customers in there who were both arguing with staff and the manager (top note) about wrong orders and bad service. There were no forks to eat the loaded fries with, the place was a tip, the krushem was about a thimble full and 3 different drinks were ordered but all arrived as diet coke. This branch is a disgrace and we will definitely not be visiting again. No wonder it was empty. If you must have KFC, go to knotty ash instead. Avoid edge lane one like the plague. Cost us £50 for this debacle as well.

Surprised at how bad these reviews are! I specially found this place on Google to review it after visiting yesterday. It is literally the best KFC I have ever had, first time I have had a hot and crispy chicken burger, clearly cooked fresh which was great. Tables were also clean despite it being relatively busy. I tend to find that KFC varies a lot between branches, but this is the best experience I have had so far, long may it continue!

Good: super fast delivery and relatively easy to order, just 30 minutes from order to delivery. Food was hot. Plenty of cheese. Bad: the "Hawaiian" had about 6 pieces of ham and pineapple on the entire pizza. It was basically a cheese pizza. About 1/4 of the surface area had no sauce on so the crust was massive.
