Excellent customer service, Sophie Fowler and Lance were fantastic and very knowledgeable, chatty and friendly! Fair prices, too considering the economy!

Turned up at 7pm on Sunday for food and beer and it was closed. It should have been open according to the Web site.

Huge burgers proper meat patties they do not serve grease like other smash burger places

This is by far one of my favourite restaurants I've been too!! I had the stilton and mushroom veggie burger which uses plant based meat. I will definitely be coming again! The chips were also seasoned so beautifully absolutely amazing! The customer service was brilliant too!! Thank you 😊

Ok coffee, no gluten free options which is disappointing. Good option to sit outside when it's sunny. Ok atmosphere, shame I couldn't eat anything.

We had 4 burgers, 3 double burgers with bacon and cheese and a children’s cheeseburger. They were delicious -from a local butchers in Cockermouth called Tony Harrison. We had called ahead, as advised on their FB page, and they told us if we were there before last orders (7:30pm) that we’d be fine. We arrived 7:20pm. The staff were helpful, efficient and friendly. We had a table by the window to see the sun setting, which was beautiful. Our food was delicious, with loads of home cut chips and salad. We were stuffed full and unfortunately didn’t have space for pudding which could have been ice cream, cheese cakes or sponge and custard. I’d definitely recommend Jack’s if you are in the area.

Sooooo good! Absolutely massive portions for the price and soooo tasty. Ladies were really friendly and love the American diner style. Fantastic, definitely coming back here. My son said the best waffles he's ever eaten 👍

We have been to ICE many times for cookery courses, chefs bar and the cafe so we felt safe booking here for a family celebration (husbands 50th). Disappointed is an understatement. * my nephews burger was stone cold *two steaks were well done rather than medium rare and both served cold *veg with the roasts were served luke warm Deciding to pick our battles we complained about the steaks. One was reheated and a new steak served to my husband some 30 mins after.... by which time the chips served with were cold When we complained we were offered a £2:40 reduction on the steak. We pointed out the steak was for our guest of honour and wasn't really acceptable. The waitress then said as she stood beside him "maybe we can serve a candle on his dessert to compensate!" It's not really about the money, it's about the complete disregard for ruining our evening and terrible delivery of service. Shocking evening. We won't be returning to ICE but, I don't think they will care 🤷🏻‍♀️

Absolutely gorgeous ice creams - an added bonus of selling dog Ice cream and gluten free cones. The flavours were beautiful and we can’t wait to try more!

AMAZING FOOD AMAZING STAFF GREAT AMBIANCE MEMHET the manager was very knowledgable about gluten free items but still to assure us double checked with the chefs - He has a great server in Christina who is an amazing - constantly checking with us if everything was ok and whether there was anything else we required she also paid attention to our dietary requirements she is a star the staff were so welcoming and accommodating we could not fault anything the only negative thing is US. we will be returning every week LOL

Me perdí visitar BMU cuando estaban en Selly Oak, así que estaba decidido a visitar el nuevo recinto de Stirchley que abrió convenientemente coincidiendo con un viaje que estaba haciendo a Birmingham. Pedir en línea utilizando el código QR fue fácil y sencillo. A mi pedido se le dio un tiempo estimado de 6 minutos. Hablé con Molly, una de las propietarias, y ella era muy dulce y amable! Esperé unos 10 minutos para mi comida que estaba bien envasada y se mantuvo caliente en mi camino a casa. La comida tenía un precio razonable por lo que recibí. Esta es literalmente una de las mejores comidas que he tenido en Birmingham! Se cocinó por encargo y generosamente dimensionado y condimentado. ¡Estoy obsesionado! Si fuera local estaría aquí cada semana. Absolutamente delicioso y vale la pena el viaje. Muy recomendable! Realmente deseo a BMU mucho éxito.

The A1 stadium diner at Colsterworth, is well worth a stop if you are travelling along the A1. It now has a nice new building, the staff are nice, the food is good and good value for money. It is clean and tidy. It is not just a truck drivers stop. When I went last week. (April 2025), the car park had more cars in than lorries. It is set behind all the services that you can see from the A1, just start heading down the road towards Bourne and as soon as you pass the roundabout the diner is there on the right.

The staff were lovely but the food was super disappointing and didn't really match the pictures. Really expensive for what it was. Plus the gluten free bun did not taste good at all.

What a wonderful experience. Staff were so courteous and attentive, food was amazing. Lovely atmosphere. When we had finished eating they presented me with Birthday cake. Had the best time, would not hesitate to return. Highly recommend
