The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving American food

I visited Celebz diner on Ladypool Road for breakfast. I was made to wait outside for 15 minutes even though the diner should have opened at 12 on a Saturday. I was told I had to wait for a member of staff to come into work. Finally, the main door opened at 12:15. I ordered my breakfast and was disgusted to find a dead fly on the egg. I was also served cold tea. I complained to the female member of staff who was unapologetic and not helpful at all. She rudely replaced the breakfast. When returning with the tea, she sarcastically asked whether the tea was hot enough. I have never experienced such poor customer service. I requested to speak to the manager, however I was told that he had to leave. I left my number and I am still waiting for a call. Would not recommend this diner!

Awful, waffle chips tasted like they had been cooked in fat from.last year, burgers looked great but tasted overcooked from a dirty griddle. Will never eat from.there again.

This is now my regular place for breakfast. I have the £1 breakfast offer and it comes to £4.09 for a big breakfast wrap, a hash brown and a large dark roast coffee, which is much better value than other breakfasts available in town The coffee is also larger than the large ones in other fast food places I could mention and the dark roast is the nicest coffee anywhere. It is actually 1p more for just a large americano in Costa than the whole breakfast deal in Tim Hortons, and the coffee is bigger and nicer. Shame the afternoon menu here isnt as good, but as far as breakfast goes, I love this place.

Ordered home delivery via Just Eat. Food provided was less than ordered and paid for. Tried calling the number on the receipt but would not connect. Found the landline number and called several times, all calls rejected after a few rings. Tried to give feedback via KFC website which required branch number from receipt. There wasnt one. Found branch number and tried again providing order number on recipt as required. Details not recognised so could not proceed. Imagine if every customer is given less than they’ve paid for then somebody is making a healthy and undeclared income at the expense of the paying customer. Having investigated fraud for very many years I would not advise anyone to order from this branch unless you are present in the store to see that you get what you paid for.

Tienen una buena variedad de cosas para elegir, incluyendo un menú para niños, que es muy conveniente. La ubicación no es tan malo, destaca de las otras tiendas y negocios en esa carretera, que es una calle principal. El servicio estaba bien, pueden variar en función de lo ocupado es el restaurante. En general, fue una comida agradable y volvería de nuevo.

Absolutely terrible , wouldn’t feed it to my dog, pizza was awful, not even cooked right, didn’t cut the pizza, chips were cold and tasteless, I was over charged by £4, wouldn’t recommend to anyone, awful!

Different month n still woeful service..Obviously management are happy that every month they fail.. 25 mins and counting for a drive thr..just appalling service and sat waiting for a very simple order on a quiet icy tuesday at 8pm..⁰too busy focused on deliveroo..quicker to walk to city centre branch than this farce

Went for cod and chips, curry sauce. Lovley food, and service was great, very friendly. Sauce was 1 of the best I've had, will definitely be going back here.

nice place for burger and staff are also friendly quality if food is good and fresh but not so fast is almost taken 40 min to serve as. Over all is worth but need work on timing .

Abysmal service; very slow in the kitchen (waited ~40 mins for a small order); generally poor attitude to customer service from the staff; food not up to KFC's usual standards — needs some QA

just picked up a meal. Chips were cold, burger was cold and the drink was cold which was the good thing. administration transformed the good old kfc experience with an eastern style.(that i didn’t like).

Online says they close at 2AM but they never let anyone in past 12PM - I live next door so its a regular occurence. They have no customer service what so ever. Always advised to order via the app or we cannot order at all. Even though I explain I don't have a phone and need to order physically. They do not care, zero customer service whatsoever and do not care about their customers. Just want to finish and close out early. So obvious. Worse service I've ever experienced

Great service, they built a santas grotto and kids loved it 😘 good food Everyone was friendly, Abbie and Tasha really made a nice feel to the restaurant

Near London bridge it's a restaurant always full of people, a classic McDonald's overcrowded and with not very good quality food
