Said I wouldn't ever go back. Big mistake again. Approximately 1 year later same restaurant luke warm food by the time you get it home it's cold. One item missing went back for refund gave their food back to them went to burger king across the road. This is definitely the last time. It's not much hotter even if you eat it in there someone told me worst restaurant in Milton Keynes and that saying something

Don’t!!! They got food order wrong 3 times, one of the workers was smoking in the disabled toilets and then to put icing on cake, a man was drug dealing in disabled toilets. Witnessed 3 different men join him in the same toilet back to back! I reported it, police walked in and out. That was that!!!

The worst service you can get in the area you have to wait a lifetime to get a little cheese burger and when you tell them it's taking way too long after 30 minutes they have the nerve to smile in your face and tell you you only been here 5 minutes. Erin and dallas. Manager who can't run... and should be sacked, People waiting ages and staff mocking about.

I saw one of the young workers stick her finger in my mcflurry and then laugh about it with one of her friends, they brought it to me right after, I asked her about it and she just laughed and didn't even bother give me a new one. I am fuming and so disappointed in these young employees what if they had some kind of disease that I could have caught like herpes or covid 19 I will never be coming back here and I have warned my friends of this appalling behaviour!

I work for McDonald’s myself, and have contacted head office about this manager, but just so others can see as well. Visited the store around midnight after attending a concert in Milton Keynes. Firstly they had sold out of mcplant so my vegan friend could not get what they wished, and then also no bacon which another friend wanted. 2 core menu items unavailable is appalling, and I’d be embarrassed if this was my store. Upon arriving at the order point, it took nearly a minute to be greeted, I inform the girl on the headset (who I later realised to be the shift manager) that I had a mobile order, and then I wished to place another order to pay with cash. She seemed rather confused by this, but after another minute or so both orders had been placed. We waited ages for cars in front of us to pay and receive their orders, and finally we go to the present window. We were greeted by Chaney, who was polite and friendly, and from there I could see that the person who had taken my order was a manager. Chaney was a bit confused when I informed her we had two orders and what they were and she got the manager (a blonde female mid twenties, I didn’t see the name) to come over. The manager then started shouting at Chaney that she has messed up and “This is the last mistake you can make”, in a rather threatening manor. I looked on the drive thru screen myself, and due to our two orders being taken and stored in the system incorrect by the manager, the orders had come through in the wrong sequence and my order had been given to the car in front. Soon as they started to remake my mobile order, the previous customer came back up to the window with my order they had received incorrectly. The manager scolded him saying “you can’t just walk through a drive thru, you have to go back around”. There was a queue of about 15 cars at this point and the reason he had come back to the window was due to her mistake and not being able to use the till system correctly. He returns the food, and I’m not sure but I think they simple repacked it’s and handed it to me. I know covid times are nearly over but still this is unacceptable. All I can say is I feel bad for Chaney, and that the manager should be retrained both on how to use the till system as well as basics customer service and how she speaks to her staff.

Rude very rude. Went into order 2 flurry’s. Order via electronic devise. Our number came up on screen being prepared. Sign said they would call out number when ready. After 15 minutes our number disappeared. Asked the supervisor about the order.she grunted. Turned round took two of the top of a cabinet that had been there for some time. Said I don’t want them they have been there for ages I want fresh one. Took the ones she had given to us. Slammed around. Dumped two in front of me no sorry, no words. Very rude. I know the company won’t do anything about this but as a supervisor she should perform better.

Partner ordered our meals through the App got home once again we have a drink missing this is not a one off many times when the drive through has been empty and the order has been simple items have been missing staff don’t give you milk with your tea the hot chocolate tastes like water and when buying cheese bites the tomato dip which is supposed to come with I have to ask for because staff do not seem to know how to do their job because of this you have now made me late for work well done McDonald’s rest assured we will not eat from this restaurant ever again.

The worst service ever the staff here are incapable of getting an order correct numerous times I’ve had to go back with hot chocolate because the staff can’t see that it has run out my partner bought me breakfast with a hot chocolate and once again I’ve been served water which has now put me off my breakfast I phoned the store to be told I’ll change the hot chocolate in the machine that’s great when my partner is now home and you have completely put me off my whole breakfast I shall be contacting head office today McDonald’s please employ staff who know what they are doing

No milkshakes or ice creams - the whole purpose in visiting. Then I wasn’t asked whether I wanted cream on the Frappe which they just assumed I wanted and wouldn’t change it.

Despite living in the centre of MK I usually drive out to this McD just because it is so much nicer than the ones in town. It's more chilled out, comfortable and above all the staff are just really friendly. If I'm having a really bad day I just jump in the car and head here for a break from it all knowing that it's a friendly place to hang out that will make me feel better about my day.

This is certainly one of the better McDonald's. Good access from the A5 with a drive through and good parking. They have the new ordering screens and will deliver to your table. The fare is obviously driven by McDonald's but it is always well cooked and well prepared. The staff are extremely polite and helpful and always provide service with a smile.

I go to all the Starbucks in MK and this one is my favourite, the drinks are always super tasty and it's always clean in there with nice seating options.
