Kfc in Merton

Ordered home delivery via Just Eat. Food provided was less than ordered and paid for. Tried calling the number on the receipt but would not connect. Found the landline number and called several times, all calls rejected after a few rings. Tried to give feedback via KFC website which required branch number from receipt. There wasnt one. Found branch number and tried again providing order number on recipt as required. Details not recognised so could not proceed. Imagine if every customer is given less than they’ve paid for then somebody is making a healthy and undeclared income at the expense of the paying customer. Having investigated fraud for very many years I would not advise anyone to order from this branch unless you are present in the store to see that you get what you paid for.

I would agree with some of the other comments, the staff are extremely rude and miserable. Food less than average, including the temperature. Wish I’d read the reviews beforehand!!

Horrible servicio, la señora fue tan grosera al no seguir a mi amiga tenía caca en su hamburguesa, era verde, las papas fritas estaban frías y no regresaban, el personal no estaba siguiendo las reglas de covid no guantes en la cocina o máscara en la cocina

El servicio al cliente fue impactante, tiendo a venir a tomar un krushem de vez en cuando y tal vez algo de comida y cada vez que el personal es tan miserable. Reciben los pedidos equivocados y nunca llenan las bebidas correctamente. Los toliets también son repugnantes. Las mesas se dejan con comida por todas partes, así como el piso. El personal de un establecimiento de alimentos está destinado a hacer que los clientes se sientan bienvenidos y felices, sin embargo, el personal y el kfc lansdown hacen todo lo contrario.

El personal es amable, la comida es mejor que otras franquicias de KFC en las que he estado. En esta excursión en particular, mi baqueta no ha sido adornada con los golpes especiales del coronel, pero no siempre podemos tener lo que queremos. Vendrá de nuevo

Stopped to grab food due to poor weather. Asked for a zinger stacker burger, 3 hot wings and a latte. I got given a cappuccino and 2 piece chicken with the burger. I pointed out their mistake but they didn't seem bothered. The burger was nice but the 2 piece was greacy. Personally don't think I'll use this branch again mainly because of their poor reaction.

It was the first time that I had to use one of those self service machines. It was quite easy to use it and our order was quickly prepared. Food was still hot when we got home and everything was securely packed. We ordered a burger meal and chicken breast meal. We were very happy with our order and definitely will order from KFC again.

went just for lunch order the 3 pieces if chicken and very disappointed. The chicken was RAW and Full of fat. Is is time for the Hygiene office go there and have check the food and the kitchen. The potatoes Chips were like gummy. Someone in the Authorities of the Hygiene Office must take in charge.

This KFC was so dirty and slow, the food wasn't hot and everything seemed to have more salt than normal on it... Wouldn't go here again.

This KFC outlet has been at its location for years. Every time I walk past it, it looks dirty & messy. People in the office I work in use it a lot & recently following their recommendation they bought me back a takeaway. Well sorry not for me greasy horrible food & chips only lukewarm Never again.

Lots of seats but when busy its difficult finding a clean table as noone seems to tidy up after themselves. Hats off to the staff that were quite quick to come over and clean the table. The food was good but if you need the toilet dont forget to get the code

This place is always so busy, which makes it slower than it should be and I have no idea how they make it so greasy- I think it's the mass of fried chicken left under hot lamps on top of each other. The only good thing is the central location. Should be better.

Had a great lunch today - special offer of 15 pieces of chicken, French fries and a big gravy for a ridiculously cheap price. Food was done to perfection. Give the place a try!

Stopped at this rather unpleasant joint today at 15.00 hours after a busy day and no breakfast or lunch. Picked up a mega box as I had several calls to do. Well what an unpleasant box of food I got. I didn't think you could get a bad KFC, I thought it was all timed to perfection cooking. Probably it was, but an hour earlier! Luke warm chips, dark dry chicken joint with a reassuring dry 'crunch' and an overwhelming smell of old oil. Even the gravy was congealed. Most definitely the worst KFC I've ever had. Congratulations!

Siamo stati qui con un amico Italiano che vive a Bournemouth. Locale di una catena di fast food famosa, l'ho trovato un po' piccolo. Cibo normale ma un po' pesante, se prendete il box ci sono delle nuggets, coscie e petto di pollo impanate con letto di patatine. Costo e qualità standard come qualsiesi altro locale della stessa catena.

Tenía un burger de filete de pollo, chip y coca-cola. Me senté a comer. La comida estaba muy buena, pero estaba lleno, así que era una larga espera para ser servido. Las mesas estaban sucias, como a la planta. Sé que no es necesario que se deseche la propia basura en los contenedores, pero las mesas deben ser limpiados a menudo. yo estaba allí por una hora, no había mesas limpiado en ese momento, a pesar de que había un montón de gente con ellos.
