KFC in Brent

Abysmal service; very slow in the kitchen (waited ~40 mins for a small order); generally poor attitude to customer service from the staff; food not up to KFC's usual standards — needs some QA

Hygiene at this KFC is severely lacking and I wouldn’t return. Love KFC’s food and would go to another one that’s got basic hygiene

Absolutely terrible service one person on till, and serving queue going out the door manager and the only 1 person were busy getting deliveroo meals ready. I asked politely what about the customers queuing got a smart answer wait he said. The operator on till was as slow as ever kept pulling up his trousers. FOOD FREEZING IF YOU CANNOT GET THE STALL CLOSE THE BUSINESS, WHAT EVER HAPPENED TO THE OTHER LOVELY STAFF,

Ordered through Deliveroo. My food was ready and came on time. The food was very tasty, overall excellent service.

Mi socio nunca vio un anuncio de KFC de descuento con uber eats. No estaba claro si podía elegir algunas cosas, así que llamé a la sucursal local cuando se procesó nuestro pedido. Epi (lo siento, no puedo deletrear su nombre completo) no podría haber sido más útil y la entrega llegó en menos de 10 minutos en una súper bicicleta. Muy impresionado.

Es la primera vez que pruebo este kfc y me temo que también la última vez. La comida estaba mojada y literalmente recibimos 11 trozos pequeños de papas fritas de tamaño "normal". Parece que cada pieza se cocinó de manera inconsistente y el conductor olvidó la salsa, así que tuve que comer su pollo seco sin salsa ¡yay!

Visité el restaurante Resturant (KFC en Kilburn High Road) con mi hija hoy 20 de febrero alrededor de las 8:30 pm y compré 2 banquetes deshuesados y una comida de hamburguesa de zinger. Las tiras de pollo se soltaron dentro de la caja grande y les pedimos en la tienda que lo pusieran en una bolsa de papel para que no se enfríe, se negaron groseramente y dijeron que se vendía así. Cuando volvimos a casa descubrimos que no había palomitas de pollo en ninguno de los dos pedidos de banquetes deshuesados y que la hamburguesa de zinger venía con queso, mientras que literalmente dijimos NO queso al hacer el pedido. Intentamos llamar al restaurante unas 6 veces sin suerte. El servicio realmente se ha deteriorado en los últimos meses.

Por supuesto, no sirven tocino, es halal kfc, y por supuesto, el sitio web de kfc mostrará todas las opciones en general. . . . y la gente que decía 30 minutos para los cubos era los martes donde 9 para las 5. 99 y venden mucho más pollo orgánico para que cocinen constantemente. . . . o probablemente tenían piezas mixtas, pero la persona quería piezas específicas, personas con derecho en estos días, no es un restaurante de 5 *. . . . lugares legítimos como kfc, metro, mc d, burger king, su intención es obtener comida razonable a precios aceptables dentro del tiempo correcto. (la mayoría de estos lugares tienen problemas de personal como salario mínimo y períodos de capacitación ... las personas solo necesitan aprender a crecer).

Popped in for a quick meal long queue and all the tables where covered of rubbish even the till counter! Disgusting place where to eat your meal... the Manager is a very dirty disgusting man wich shows a clean is the kitchen!

El peor kfc jamás! Llegamos a este KFC esta noche, ya que se encuentra cerca de casa. Pedimos un sándwich con tocino visto anteriormente en el sitio y el niño musulmán respondió que no sirven tocino, con muchos ojos sorprendidos. Pedimos un cubo y nos dicen que tenemos que esperar 30 minutos. Así que decidimos tomar tres sándwiches + refrescos para llevar y nos dieron 3 pepsis en nuestras manos, sin una bolsa o soporte para los vasos. De los 3 pedidos que había pedido, solo dos con papas fritas y una vez que llegamos a casa, nos dimos cuenta de que eran 3 menús completos. Hemos estado en muchos Kfc porque amamos esta cadena de comida rápida, pero nunca hemos encontrado un punto de venta con personal tan perezoso y grosero, nunca hemos visto ningún punto de KFC que se niegue a servir tocino. nunca más.

They are still not open and asked me after standing there for 15 minutes to wait another 15 minutes. Its 11:06 and today they should be open from 10:30. And its utterly disgusting. Dont go there!!!!!!!

All bar stools clean fresh renovated. Staff very friendly nice people. Food amazing hot fresh not too greasy. Some normal seating

liked it more than MacDonald that i try twice, the price was good for the food they served. it was a takeaway chicken.

The meals here are very tasty and well prepared. The salads are varied and the chicken wings are very tasty. My husband favourite is the spicy zinger burger with coleslaw served as a side dish. All in all good value for money.

It was quite busy the last time we were here and the staff were helpful by briging our order to our table for us. It was the half term holidays and weather was brilliant so we expected it to be busy.
