Really poor service. Slow and then my drink order was wrong and had to be remade. Waited far to long for a coffee. Overly priced.

Went here for early dinner. Ordered plain chicken burger meal and tender and wings meal. Side order of fried pickles and coleslaw Food tasted great. Probably one of the best chicken burgers from fast food joint. The wings were crisps and tenders were delicious. The toast was surprisingly good as well….a bit like garlic bread Lots of sauces to choose from. My favourite was honey bbq. Couldn’t really taste the gravy mayo sauce which was bland but thought we would give it a go Clean place and friendly staff. Will definitely go back

The food was reasonable, the staff very friendly although not that attentive. Disappointed with vegetarian options very limited and then two of them were unavailable. We were two couples, grandparents and grandchildren, eating before a show. The food no better than ‘pub-grub’, chicken burger very dry, other food passable, drinks ordinary. Would possibly go again, if going to a show, but their are many other eateries within walking distance or short drive, so it would be dependant on the weather. We booked and were surprised how few people were in there, further: trying to book a table is very difficult, so I certainly would not bother going through that drama again.

Over priced, and decor upstairs is awful. Strong spot lights from most angles. Staff were pleasant.

Every single time I go into this Subway the same woman, presumably the manager, is berating a different young man working behind the counter. Genuinely shouting at and bullying them right in front of customers, I think it’s disgusting and completely puts me off going in. The same experience with the same woman whenever I have been in there in the past year and I have also witnessed her being rude to customers. She should be ashamed.

Ordered a veggie sandwich and after waiting 40 minutes I received a Tuna sandwich. I'm a vegetarian. Absolute joke

Two Colleagues & myself ordered a take away from here. Never again. Total scutter. Food was diabolical. I ate one slice & was as sick as a dog 🤮

Pedimos desde aquí el lunes pasado (6th) pedimos 2 comidas de hamburguesas, una comida de nuggets para niños, gofres y batidos, además de algunos lados. Cuando llegó el pedido nos faltaba el gofre y una de las hamburguesas también estaba mal. Llamamos y le dijimos al restaurante que dijeron que no podían enviar reemplazos como habíamos pedido a través de Lancaster Eats y que no tenían su propio conductor. El restaurante aconsejó que agregarían una nota a nuestro registro para la próxima vez que ordenamos enviar estas cosas de forma gratuita (que rechazamos). Hablé con el gerente y pedí un reembolso y me dijeron que tomaría 48 horas, ya que tenía que enviar un mensaje en el chat de grupo de WhatsApp de Lancaster Eats. Todo esto estaba bien, y completamente comprensible, excepto que todavía no hemos recibido un reembolso y a pesar de llamar más de 10 veces durante la última semana no puedo contactar con nadie. Tendría 100% pedido desde aquí de nuevo porque la comida que llegó era sabrosa, pero estoy harto de perseguir mi propia cola ahora

Heard about this place through a friend. Had a great time and the food was fantastic, the staff were happy and couldn't help enough. We ordered a sharing platter and asked if they could add another place to it, which was no bother at all. The food was delicious and VERY plentiful!!!. After our meal, we were invited to see the smoker units and meet the owner. He was a very personable chap and gave us a good insight to how the food is cooked. It's that personal touch a lot of restaurants need to embrace that Triple BBBs are well ahead of. Can't wait to go back.

Chole who served us was very rude and unprofessional made coffee when told it was cold took it off us remade but was still not as hot as usual. Once we moved she started talking to others behind counter about us. Also not always able to get seat as far to many in there on lap tops taking up tables and when there is a free table it full of used cups. Whilst staff stand around doing nothing waiting for others to be disapointed

New efficient staff have replaced the the old and for the better. Recommend a visit. Great food, decent price. Recommend the app to pre-order at busy lunchtimes.

Friendly, standard subway fare. Standard prices. Tasty, but Stingy on salad stuff with just 5 kernels of sweetcorn as a "portion" 1/400 of your "5 a day"!! Boss was dishing it out. So he can't blame the staff!

People were arguing and fighting outside... It was a Friday night, but it felt very uncomfortable...
